Um eine für Atmung geeignete Warm luft zii erhalten, die zur Beheizung von menschlichen Aufenthaltsräumen verwendbar ist, wird erfindungsgemäss ein gasförmiger Brennstoff, zuln Beispiel Leuchtgas, zur Erzeugung der Feuergase benutzt, so dass diese Feuergase zum vornherein rauch-, russ und aschefrei sind;

Process and device for the production of -V # tarlliluft. With regard to the great need for warm air, especially in industry for drying and drying purposes, it has already been proposed, for the purpose of the greatest possible outcome, to use the fuels that result from the combustion of solid materials such as coal.
Coke or the like, fire gases obtained to make smoke, soot and ash free and. Then to mix them with air by means of exhaustors and to lead them to the point of consumption.
Such systems have a large space requirement in terms of the required combustion space, as well as the precipitation devices for ash and the like, require a longer time to heat up and deliver poor air, which contains harmful admixtures in the form of carbon oxides.
In order to obtain a warm air suitable for breathing that can be used for heating human living spaces, a gaseous fuel, for example luminous gas, is used according to the invention to generate the fire gases, so that these fire gases are free of smoke, soot and ash from the outset;
In order to ensure that the gases are free of any other harmful additions, the new process is used to carry out a complete combustion, in that the gaseous fuels, as a result of the increased gas outflow velocity due to the suction effect of the exhaustor, are drawn out in fine, elongated, of combustion air on all sides painted jet flames, which have almost no inner core, are subjected to a complete combustion. This is how you keep fire gases, which on the one hand only consist of carbon dioxide and '' water vapor,
on the other hand, due to their high temperature (up to 1000), they can tolerate an addition of up to 400 times the volume of the fire gas in fresh air, so that in the final warm air the carbonic acid is diluted in such small quantities that it does not affect the human respiratory organs.
The device which is used to carry out the described process and which brings about the complete combustion of the fuel gas by increasing the gas outflow speed and creating fine, elongated jet flames that are coated on all sides with combustion air, has:
a combustion hood, in whose interior fine-curled burners are laid and which at the top has an outlet opening under the suction effect of the E% llaustor sitting above it, as well as holes on the bottom which limit the air intake to the amount required for complete combustion of the gas.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows a simple example embodiment of the new device in vertical section, partially also in sight; the rig. to 5 show another embodiment, namely Fig. and 3 in two vertical cuts offset by 90; Fig. 4 is a cross-section on line 4-I of Fig. 3;

Two side walls of the combustion hood 11 which enclose the exhaustor housing 20 are designed as flaps 24 which can be adjusted simultaneously from the outside by means of a linkage.
In order to prevent the direct access of the hot combustion air from the hood 11 to the exhaustor housing 20, a baffle 25 extends across the combustion hood 22 and forms a duct above which either takes in air from your jacket 16 on both sides or from the Installation room, and then the Man iel 16 breaks through, as shown differently on the left and right in Fig. 3.
To control the inflowing air volume, flaps 26 in the jacket 16 can be used. The hot exhaust gases coming from the hood 11 mix with large amounts of fresh air as they pass the flaps 24 both inside through the hood 11 and outside through the fresh jacket 16 before they pass to the exhaustor 13.
In order to prevent hot eddy currents from coming into contact with the bearings 16, which are moved outwardly into the casing sanding, special guide plates 27 are installed between them and the suction opening of the exhaustor 13, which are inserted into the fresh air casing 16 of below and above through the throat opening 23 fresh air flowing a certain way Zvorscl) rub and force them to

For the purpose of achieving higher degrees of heat and increasing the outflow speed of the gas from the burner. a pipe 28 from the pressure port 18 of the exhaustor hot compressed air through nozzles 29 into the two burner tubes 10 a. The compressed air enters the chamber 30 in front of the burner tubes 11) from the inside.
A thermostat 31 closes the gas line 32 if the flames have gone out or if the heat output decreases in an impermissible manner due to reduced gas pressure. The fresh air jacket 16 is reinforced by a frame 33 at the level of the thermostat 31.
For room heating, the rice air generator can un- in the room to be heated. be set up indirectly and continuously remove the air to be preheated from this room. The jacket 66 is then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, open at the bottom. As the room air enters the hot exhaust gases above the burners 10, uninterrupted sterilization occurs at the same time. For drying purposes, especially in the cold season, it is more expedient to connect the jacket 16 according to the example in FIG. 5 to a channel 34 with a connection to the outside air.
Although the outside air that is drawn in has a low temperature, it warms up faster than air containing water vapor due to the low moisture content (at around 10 degrees cold only 17 grams per kilogram of air). Flaps 35 can be used to switch the intake to room and outside air.
The thermostat shown in Fig. 6 to 9 has as the expansion body a rod 31 which extends over the combustion tube 10 and is firmly supported at one end (in the drawing on the right). The rod 31 is closed off at the unsupported end by a non-conductive plug 36 so that the other control parts remain uninfluenced by the arm. A sleeve 37 with a hole 38 is attached to the plug 36. A sleeve 39 is attached to this unscrewed, from which the bolt 40 protrudes.
This has a conical beveled collar 41 within the sleeve and a threaded pin 42 on which a plate 43 with a nut 43 'is screwed ver; it is held in its setting by the lock nut -14. Between her and the sleeve 37, a spring 45 is clamped, which seeks to press the collar 41 against the bottom of the sleeve 39.
A bolt 46 rests against the plate 43 on the side facing away from the spring, which is held in the position shown by a spring 49 which is enclosed in the housing 47 and presses against the plate 48 firmly connected to the pin -16. The bolt 41_I leans against an adjustment screw 10, which sits in the locking lever 51.
This swings around the fixed pin 5? and is connected to the sleeve 39 by means of a spring 39 '. Opposite the lever 51 is the valve 53 which, by means of the eyes 54, can be pivoted about another locking pin. A rod leading to the non-designated gas valve engages on one eye 55 of the lever 53.
A fixed stop 56 is located between the locking lever 51 and valve 53 to limit the advance of the lever 51.
If the flame is ignited under one of the thermostat rods 31, this elongates itself and moves its head with the sleeve 39. The locking lever 51 is thereby turned by:
a pin 5? pivoted until it hits your stop 56 and its edge-like beveled end 51 'engages under a projection 53' of the valve lever 53. This has to be angled by hand until the locking lever 51 moves under it.
Extended. If the tube 31 now moves further (FIG. 7), the sleeve 39 moves with it, while the bolt 40 continues to enter it while the spring 45 is compressed.
In this way, however, the collar 41 is also pressed into the cap 39, so that it initially pushes the bolt 46 outwards against the pressure of the spring -19 by means of its chamfering strap until it slides over the collar 41 and, as can be seen from FIG. 7, snaps into place behind the waistband. By adjusting the screw .i0, as well as the plate 43 is achieved
that the time when the bolt was seen. .16 finite coincides with the largest extension of the Stan @ -c 31. If, in this state, the flame is all., The tube 31 contracts and takes the sleeve 39 along with the bolt 40, which is latched by means of the locking bolt 46,
but at the same time by means of the still tensioned spring 39 'the locking lever 51, so that the latter under

But moves the locking lever 51 under the influence of the expansion body from in the direction of the arrow x Tig. 9), with the lower tooth 59 serving as a slideway until the upper tooth 60 no longer rests on the locking lever 51, the support pawl 58 becomes free and pivots under the influence of its weight around the eye 57 on the expansion body in the direction of the bow arrow y around. This ensures that the locking mechanism continues to work for the operating time, while the operation is simplified for commissioning by using the support pawl 58.
By changing the amount of fresh air to be added to the flue gases or changing the amount of flue gas by adjusting the gas tap or by closing off individual burner tubes, if the apparatus is made up of thin metal walls that do not require excessive heat units for their own heating, there is a further advantage of the immediate supply of hot air to In operation.
