Caisse d'emballage démontable. La présente invention a pour objet une caisse d'emballage .démontable, comprenant quatre tablettes pourvues de renforts destinées à former les parois latérales et frontales du corps de la caisse et deux autres tablettes destinées à former le fond et le couvercle, ainsi que des pièces de garniture métalliques se terminant en forme de tiges filetées pour recevoir des écrous, et dont quatre, en forme de pièces d'angle, sont appliquées aux extré mités des parois latérales et au moins une à chacune des parois frontales, le tout en vue que, en montant les premières quatre tablettes sur celle du fond,
la caisse se tienne debout par l'effet desdites premières pièces de garniture et de crochets articulés sur les parois frontales et pouvant être enclanchés dans des ceillets portés par lesdites quatre pièces d'angle, réalisant ainsi un montage solide et facile, renforcé par la superposition et l'adaptation du couvercle serré en place par les écrous vissés sur les tiges filetées ainsi qu'au moyen de brins de corde de liai son, et que, d'autre part, inversement, la caisse puisse aussi être très facilement dé montée, afin d'en réduire l'encombrement pour le renvoi de la caisse.
La. caisse présente donc de grands avan tages pour l'expédition de marchandises, vis- à-vis des caisses ordinaires qui occupent inu tilement beaucoup de place lorsqu'elles revien nent vides.
Une forme d'exécution de cette caisse est représentée, à titre d'exemple, sur le dessin ci-joint dans lequel la fig. 1 est une vue en perspective du couvercle et la fig. 2 est une vue en perspective du corps de la caisse, tandis que les fig. 3 et 4 montrent des détails; la fig. 5 est une coupe verticale longitudinale du fond de la caisse.
Comme on le voit par la fig. 2 du dessin, la paroi frontale antérieure a du corps de la caisse est constituée par une simple tablette renforcée par plusieurs montants 1, disposés l'un au milieu et, deux autres, aux extrémités de ladite tablette. La paroi frontale pos térieure b est constituée de la même manière et pourvue de renforcements 2. Pour monter la caisse, on pose avant tout, verticalement sur le fond, une des parois frontales<I>a b</I> et une des parois latérales<I>c d</I> en les fixant l'une à l'autre au moyen des crochets 9 correspondants et en procédant à la fixation, par des vis, des pièces d'angle 4 correspondantes à la paroi latérale c ou d mon tée, ainsi que de la pièce de garniture médiane à la paroi frontale<I>a</I> ou b. On répète l'opération pour l'autre paroi frontale, ainsi que pour les autres pièces d'angle et pour la pièce de garniture située art milieu de la seconde paroi frontale;
le corps de la caisse sera alors constitué et il ne reste plus que de lui super poser le couvercle, qui s'y adaptera parfaite ment et sera solidement fixé en position par les écrous 7, que l'on serre sur les tiges file tées 5 des quatre pièces de garniture d'angle et des deux pièces de .garniture de milieu. Lé couvercle contribuera à consolider la caisse. Par une manoeuvre inverse, on procèdera au démontage de la caisse.
Pour obtenir une plus grande sûreté, outre lesdits brins de corde 21 et 21' liés en dessus au moyen du brin de corde 22, de façon à assurer la liaison d e la caisse latéralement, on petit, d'une rnanièr e analogue, disposer d'autres brins de corde vers le milieu des parois frontales pour les fixer par une seconde liaison dans une direc tion perpendiculaire à la première.
Afin que les éléments constitutifs de la caisse puissent s'ajuster les uns contre les autres avec précision lors du démontage, pour occuper le moins de volume possible, la lar geur de la tablette des parois latérales c et d, c'est-à-dire la hauteur de la caisse, doit être inférieure d'environ 4 crn à la longueur de la caisse même.
