Description

  

      Dreiweghahn.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein       Dreiweghahn.    Derselbe besitzt einen     segment-          artigen    Drehschieber zum abwechslungsweisen  Schliessen der drei     Öffnungen    des     Hahnge-          häuses.    Dieser Drehschieber ist an einer       Kröpfung    einer zu seiner Drehung bestimmten  Welle angeordnet.  



  In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der       Erfindung    in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dar  gestellt, und zeigt       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht mit abgenom  menem     Deckel    des Gehäuses, und       Fig.    2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie     A-B     der     Fig.    1.  



  Es ist 1 ein zylindrisches     Hahngehäuse     mit Deckel 2. Dasselbe hat drei zu Stutzen  führende     Öffnungen    3; 4, 5, welche alle in  der Ringwand des zylindrischen     Hahngehäuses     1 liegen. In der Hinterwand 6 und im Stirn  deckel 2 ist eine Welle 7 gelagert, die von  aussen durch einen Hebel 8 in einem durch  einen Anschlag 9 begrenzten Winkel gedreht  werden kann.

   Die Welle 7 hat eine     Kröp-          fung    10, welche zwischen Ansätze 11 eines       segmentartigen    Drehschiebers 12 lose     greift;       wobei zwischen der     Kröpfung    10 und dem  Drehschieber 12 eine Druckfeder 13 eingelegt  ist. 14 sind die Abdichtungsflächen des Dreh  schiebers.  



  Durch Drehen des Hebels 8 kann ab  wechslungsweise eine der     Öffnungen    3, 4, 5  des     Hahngehäuses    geschlossen werden. Die  Anordnung     der,Kröpfung    10 hat den Vorteil,       däss    sie die     Durchflussöffnung    möglichst frei  lässt. Infolge der verhältnismässig kurzen Ab  dichtungsflächen 14 kann der Durchmesser  des Gehäuses gegenüber solchen mit konischen       Reibhahnen    wesentlich reduziert werden. Der  Wasserdruck im Gehäuse hat dabei das Be  streben, den Drehschieber fest auf die Ab  dichtungsflächen am Gehäuse anzupressen.  Die Feder 13 könnte auch fehlen.

  1 is a cylindrical tap housing with a cover 2. It has three openings 3 leading to connecting pieces; 4, 5, all of which lie in the annular wall of the cylindrical tap housing 1. In the rear wall 6 and in the end cover 2, a shaft 7 is mounted, which can be rotated from the outside by a lever 8 in a limited angle by a stop 9.

   The shaft 7 has a crank 10 which loosely engages between lugs 11 of a segment-like rotary valve 12; a compression spring 13 being inserted between the crank 10 and the rotary valve 12. 14 are the sealing surfaces of the rotary valve.



  By turning the lever 8 one of the openings 3, 4, 5 of the valve body can be closed alternately. The arrangement of the crank 10 has the advantage that it leaves the flow opening as free as possible. As a result of the relatively short sealing surfaces from 14, the diameter of the housing can be significantly reduced compared to those with conical friction taps. The water pressure in the housing has the task of pressing the rotary valve firmly onto the sealing surfaces on the housing. The spring 13 could also be missing.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH: Dreiweghahn, gekennzeichnet durch einen segmentartigen Drebschieber zum abwechs lungsweisen Schliessen der drei Öffnungen des Hahngehäuses, welcher Drehschieber an einer Kröpfung einer zu seiner Drehung bestimmten Welle angeordnet ist. ÜNTERANSPRUCH: Dreiweghahn nach Patentanspruch, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Drehschieber und der Kröpfung der Welle eine Druckfeder angeordnet ist.
