Fig. 5.
Device for automatic release of the carrying chains on hay and grain loaders. Previously known devices for the automatic release of the carrying chains on hay and grain loaders were provided with an exposed hook and had the disadvantage that the hay etc. easily got caught in this hook, which then gave rise to many disturbances.
This drawback is to be avoided in the subject matter of the present invention. The same is a device for the automatic release of the carrier chains on hay and grain loaders, and in the same the hook used to hold the suspension element is arranged displaceably in a housing and is under the influence of a locking element that is automatically activated when the load is supported out of effect and the hook resp. releases the suspension element connected to the suspension chain.
In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the same in the rest position, Fig. 2 is a partial longitudinal section of the Ausfüh provided with the suspension element in locking position, Fig. 3 is a longitudinal section of the only partially drawn Exemplary embodiment in the release position, FIG. 4 shows a side view of the same in the release position, FIG. 5 shows a front view thereof,
and FIG. 6 shows a longitudinal section according to. Fig. 5. With a an elongated, open at the bottom housing is referred to, which is provided with a downwardly inclined recess ä. The hook b , the diameter of which corresponds to the inner diameter of the housing a , is guided in the housing a . The hook b is connected to a shaft c which is guided through the bore d _ of the housing a . At its upper end, the shaft c is provided with a thread e, onto which the projection f, which carries a ring g, is screwed.
The hook b has on one side an approximately right angle bent groove h, both ends of which are directed backwards. The groove 1a is of such a depth that the ball i can move in it. The housing a has on the side facing the mentioned groove a shoulder k which is provided with a recess l widened downwards. The latter is of such a size that the ball i can lie a little more than halfway in the lower part of the opening.
The recess 1 is tapered towards the top by the projection over . The approach k also has a recess n which protrudes at right angles from the hook b and is of such a size that the ball i, as described later, can comfortably be inserted into it.
0 denotes a suspension element, one end of which is connected to a support chain, not shown, and the other end of which carries a bolt p, which is smaller in diameter than the insertion opening in the hook, so that it can be comfortably inserted into the same. q denotes a coil spring which is housed in the housing a and one end of which rests on the housing and the other on the hook.
The use and operation of the device described is as follows: Assumed that the lower ends of the four pulling elements, such as those used in fuder lifts, were connected to the ring g of four of the various devices, while the ends of the carrying chains under the fudder were connected the A hanging organ 0 of the device are connected, and you want to pull the Fuder up, so the hanging organs 0 respectively. whose bolt p, when the device is in the position shown in Fig. 1, pushed through the recess of the housing a, then pulling the housing a downwards,
so that the hook assumes the position shown in FIG. By moving the hook b, the ball i has also been carried along and, after the lower end of the channel has reached the level of the lower end of the recess i, is due to its own weight in the lower part of the recess 1 < / B> fallen. Since the diameter of this part of the recess l is smaller than the diameter of the ball i, the same is in front of the recess l by the corresponding amount (Fig. 2).
If the pull on the hook b stops, the helical spring q tries to push the hook b downwards, but the edge b '(FIG. 2) hits the ball i and the latter prevents the hook from sliding back into the rest position, with the result that the suspension hook 0 BEZW. the bolt of the same not from the hook b respectively. the recess ä of the housing a can fall out; an unintentional loosening of the suspension element is prevented.
If all suspension elements have been suspended in the manner described, the foot can be pulled up. The hook b is due to the train acting on it in the position shown in Fig. 3 leads and the ball i pulled up along the inner edge of the projection m. After the foot has reached the required height, a carriage provided with a bridge is pushed under it in a well-known manner, on which the foot is placed after the pulling elements have been unwound a little from the cable drum.
By extending the train organs and putting the Fuders on the said car, the train stops on the device described, and the same has the tendency to assume an outwardly inclined position, with the result that the ball i from the lower part the channel h exits and enters the recess n. Under the influence of the spring q, the hook b is now moved so far down that the bolt p and thus the suspension element o is released; The former then actively falls out of the downwardly inclined recess ä.
The device could also be designed differently in its individual work than shown, without the essence of the invention being impaired thereby. For example, instead of a ball, another locking element could also be provided; for example, the helical spring could also be placed around the shaft of the masterpiece.
The device described has ge compared to existing devices on the part of simplicity and convenient handling.
