Description

  

  Gerät zur Erleichterung des     Inziehens    von Schuhwerk.    Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung  bildet ein Gerät zur Erleichterung des An  ziehens von Schuhwerk.  



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel desselben ist auf  der beiliegenden Zeichnung in seiner An  wendungsweise schaubildlich dargestellt.  



  An einer     Placheisenschiene    1 ist ein  Klemmorgan 2     scharnierend    angebracht. Das  selbe bildet einen zweiarmigen Hebel, dessen  einer Arm 3     abgekröpft    ist, während der  andere Arm 4 des     Klemmorganes    2 mit dem  einen Endteil 5 der     Flacheisenschiene    1 ein  Klemmaul 6 bildet. Der Endteil 5 und der  Arm 4 sind auf den einander zugekehrten  Seiten mit Einkerbungen 7 versehen. An der       Flacheisenschiene    1 liegt eine Flacheisen  schiene 8 an, die durch zwei an der Schiene 1  festgelegte     Briden    9 Führung erhält. Die  Schiene 8 trägt an ihrem einen aufgebogenen  Endteil eine drehbare Rolle 10.

   Dieselbe  greift unter den     gegen    die     Flacheisenschiene    1  geneigten Arm 3 des     Klemmorganes    2. Die       Flacheisenschiene    1 besitzt einen rechtwinklig  umgebogenen     Fortsatz    11, dem ein gleichfalls  rechtwinklig umgebogener     Fortsatz    12 der       Flacheisenschiene    8 gegenüber liegt. Die Fort-    Sätze 11 und 12 bilden die Handgriffe des  Gerätes. Am Handgriff 12 ist eine Zugfeder  13 festgelegt, die     andernends    am Arm 3 des       Klemmorganes    angreift.

   Dieselbe bewirkt  beim Freigeben der Handgriffe 11, 12 eine  Verdrehung des     Klemmorganes    2 in der Pfeil  richtung 14, wodurch das Klemmaul für ge  wöhnlich offen gehalten wird.  



  Beim Anziehen eines Schuhes erfasst man  das Gerät mit der einen Hand an den Griffen  11, 12, wobei der letztere in der Pfeilrichtung  15 verschoben und der mit dem obern Rande  in das Klemmaul 6 ragende Schaft 16 eines  Schuhes zwischen den Klemmbacken 4, 5  festgehalten wird.

  A clamping member 2 is hingedly attached to a flat iron rail 1. The same forms a two-armed lever, one arm 3 of which is cranked, while the other arm 4 of the clamping element 2 forms a clamping jaw 6 with one end part 5 of the flat iron rail 1. The end part 5 and the arm 4 are provided with notches 7 on the sides facing one another. On the flat iron rail 1 is a flat iron rail 8, which is 9 by two fixed on the rail 1 clamps guidance. The rail 8 carries a rotatable roller 10 at its one bent end part.

   The same engages under the arm 3 of the clamping member 2, which is inclined against the flat iron rail 1. The flat iron rail 1 has an extension 11 which is bent at right angles and opposite which an extension 12 of the flat iron rail 8 which is also bent at right angles is opposite. The continuation sentences 11 and 12 form the handles of the device. A tension spring 13 is fixed on the handle 12 and engages the arm 3 of the clamping member on the other end.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Gerät zur Erleichterung des Anziehens von Schuhwerk, gekennzeichnet durch eine Schiene, die einerends als Handgriff ausgebildet ist, und durch ein an dieser Schiene ange brachtes zweiarmiges Klemmorgan, dessen einer Arm mit dem andern Schienenende ein Klemmaul bildet, während ein mit dem Klemm organ in Verbindung stehender Handgriff gegen den erstgenannten Handgriff verschiebbar ist, das Ganze derart, dass beim Erfassen des tlerätes an dessen beiden Handgriffen der letztgenannte Handgriff verschoben wird und dabei derart auf das Klemmorgan einwirkt, dass der mit dem Rand in das Klemmaul ragende Schaft eines Schuhes durch das Klemm- maul festgehalten wird.
