Method for operating refrigerating machines and refrigerating machines for carrying out this method. The present invention relates to a method for operating refrigeration machines and a refrigeration machine for performing this process. The purpose of the invention is to make the operation of chillers that work with jet devices more economical and also safe for any temperature.
There are already methods and devices known according to BEZW. in which the refrigerant vapors sucked out of the evaporator are compressed by means of steam and liquid jet devices, conveyed to the condenser and liquefied there .
According to In all of these previously known methods and devices, the steam or liquid jet of the jet device only serves to remove the gases coming from the evaporator, respectively. Carrying away vapors and condensing them in the actual compressor of the jet device, while the liquefaction of the gases in the actual condenser takes place after compression.
The efficiency of. Jet devices, which are intended for the entrainment of gases, is a bad one. In addition, at low evaporator temperatures there is a risk that the liquid jet will evaporate into the evaporator, which means that the vapors will be sucked in. Gases from the evaporator is affected. In order to counter this, it has already been proposed to pre-cool the auxiliary liquid for the operation of the jet apparatus by means of the evaporator gases itself before passing through the latter. However, this requires a much more complex design of the blasting device.
The method forming the subject of the invention and the refrigerating machine serving for its execution now make it possible to achieve a very significant advance and a better mode of operation in that when the method is carried out, the gases to be sucked off from the evaporator, respectively. Vapors before the increase in their pressure by the working jet liquefy themselves on this jet and only in a liquefied state due to the kinetic energy inherent in your working jet are entrained and brought to higher pressure.
According to the invention, this is achieved by lowering the pressure of the working jet in the jet device of the refrigeration machine so that the working jet at the point of lowest pressure in the jet device has a lower temperature than corresponds to the lowest possible evaporator temperature. In a refrigeration machine to carry out this method, the expansion part of the jet apparatus, in which the conversion of the pressure energy of the operating medium for the jet apparatus into kinetic energy takes place, is designed as a divergent nozzle for this purpose.
In the accompanying drawing, an example embodiment of a serving for performing the method refrigeration machine is schematically illustrated, namely Fig. 1 is a vertical section through part of the machine, and Fig. 2 shows diagrams which serve to explain the essence of the invention . 1 denotes an evaporator, 2 a condenser, which is provided with cooling water tubes 3, and 4 a liquid pump with drive shaft 5. The liquid sucked in from the condensation container 6 by the liquid pump 4 through suction nozzle 7 passes from the pressure chamber 8 of the pump 4 into a Jet device 9.
This jet apparatus has three parts 9a, 9b, 9. 9a is the expansion part, in which the pressure energy of the equipment for the blasting device is converted into kinetic energy, and where at the same time the pressure reduction in the liquid results in a partial evaporation of the same and thus a temperature reduction of the liquid jet.
9b is the open part of the jet apparatus in which the gases drawn in by the evaporator 1, respectively. Vapors mix with the liquid jet, respectively. in the present case the vapors from the evaporator 1 on the colder liquid jet, d. H. on the working jet to liquefy 9 is the actual compression part of the blasting device, where the kinetic energy is converted into pressure.
The first part of the jet apparatus 911 is now formed so that when it emerges from its mouth the pressure and thus the temperature of the liquid jet under the evaporator pressure respectively. the evaporator temperature is set, which is achieved in that this part is designed as a divergent nozzle.
For a better understanding of the processes taking place, reference is made to FIG. 2, in which the entropy diagram of any refrigerant is shown, with a representing the outer and b the inner saturation line. In the normal cold compression diagram, line c corresponds to the evaporator pressure, respectively. the evaporator temperature and d the condensing pressure, respectively. the condensing temperature. In the throttling point between the condenser or condenser and evaporator, the status line runs along curve e.
In the jet apparatus part 9, on the other hand, the expansion runs along the line f to the pressure line g, so that in the open part 9b of the jet apparatus between the jet liquid and the steam sucked in from the evaporator 1 there is a temperature difference corresponding to the distance . is present.
It is thus readily given that the gases from the evaporator 1 can liquefy themselves on the cold liquid jet and therefore in the compressor part 9 of the jet apparatus only the liquid must be conveyed to the condenser pressure instead and no vapors, respectively. Gases from the evaporator need to be compressed more.
However, this also means that the gas volume no longer has to be compressed in the jet apparatus described, but only the corresponding amount of liquid has to be conveyed from the evaporator pressure to the higher condenser pressure. The compressor work is therefore significantly smaller than with the usual, previously known jet devices.
On the other hand, if: i,: expansion in the jet apparatus were only driven up to a pressure which is above the evaporator pressure, the effect of the jet apparatus is only used as a compressor in which the gas parts are entrained from the evaporator and compressed. A liquefaction of the gas parts from the evaporator 1 in the jet apparatus part 9 ″ is not possible at all because the temperature gradient is absent.
As an aid for operating the blasting apparatus of the refrigeration machine described, the liquid refrigerant in the condenser tor the refrigeration machine can be taken itself. However, another means can also be used, which undergoes a sufficiently deep temperature reduction in the jet apparatus with the selected expansion ratios.
Steam can also be used as an aid for operating the blasting apparatus. When it expands in the blasting apparatus, it has a lower temperature than the evaporator temperature, so that the evaporator gases can be liquefied in the blasting apparatus.
