Description

21,7/o bezw. 28,4% an aktivem Sauerstoff beschrieben.

Process for the production of sodium perborate with maximum stable oxygen content. In the German patent specification No. 318219 is a process 'for the production of three perborates with 10' / o respectively. 21.7 / o or 28.4% active oxygen is described. It has been found that the first two perborates are practically stable and only lose one to two percent of their active oxygen content within a year. The perborate at 28.4% loses several percent of its salary within a year and falls to 21.5% during this time.

The present invention now relates to a process for the production of sodium perborate with a maximum stable oxygen content, according to which process one does not introduce substantially more than 23% of active oxygen in the treatment of sodium metal boron with hydrogen peroxide according to one of the known processes. A sodium perborate produced by this process is practically stable.
