Description
Randabdichtung an Trennwänden in ölgefüllten Gefässen für elektrische Apparate. In ölgefüllten Gefässen für elektrische Apparate, insbesondere Widerstände, Drossel spulen, Transformatoren, Induktionsregler, bringt man häufig Trennwände oder Ab schlussböden an, die beispielsweise zur Tren nung und Führung von kaltem und warmem Öl dienen und nicht starr mit dem Gefäss verbunden sind. Der Rand solcher Wände soll möglichst dicht abschliessen und eine Ver mischung der zu beiden Seiten desselben vor handenen Ölmengen verhindern.
Erfindungsgemäss wird die Abdichtung des Randes der Trennwände gegen die Ge fässwandung durch einen elastischen oder elastisch angepressten Stoff bewirkt, der längs des Randes der Trennwand befestigt ist.
In der Zeichnung sind fünf Ausführungs beispiele für die Erfindung dargestellt. Darin bedeutet a die Wandung eines Transformator- Ölkastens und b die Trennwand bezw. den Ab schlussboden.
Die Abdichtung erfolgt gemäss Fig. 1 nach Art einer Stopfbüchse, indem über den an der Platte b befestigten Führungsring c der Pressring d geschoben wird, der mittelst keilförmiger Flächen die elastische Dich tungseinlage e gegen die Gefässwand a presst, wenn die Schrauben f angezogen werden.
Gemäss Fig. 2 werden äls Dichtungs mittel steife Bürsten oder Gewebestreifen g verwendet.
Fig. 3 zeigt eine Dichtung, bei der der Rand der Platte b mit einer Nut versehen ist; in dieser ist ein besonderer Dichtungs träger h verschiebbar, auf dessen Aussen rand eine elastische Einlage i befestigt ist. Der Dichtungsträger<I>i</I> ist mittelst Stiften<I>k</I> in der Platte b geführt und wird durch kleine Schraubenfedern l nach aussen gepresst. Der bewegliche Teil der Dichtung kann durch eine Tuchkappe m abgedeckt werden.
Die Dichtung nach den Fig. 4 und 5 besteht aus mit einer Tuchlage m überspann ten Blattfedern n bezw. o verschiedener Form. Dabei darf die einzelne Blattfeder in Rich tung des Plattenrandes nicht allzu breit sein, damit das Tuch überall gleichmässig am Ka- sten a anliegt.

In oil-filled vessels for electrical equipment, especially resistors, chokes, transformers, induction regulators, partitions or trays are often attached, which are used, for example, to separate and guide cold and warm oil and are not rigidly connected to the vessel. The edge of such walls should be as tight as possible and prevent the same amount of oil from mixing on both sides of the wall.
According to the invention, the sealing of the edge of the partition walls against the vessel wall is effected by an elastic or elastically pressed material which is fastened along the edge of the partition.
In the drawing, five execution examples are shown for the invention. Therein a means the wall of a transformer oil box and b the partition or respectively. the final floor.
The sealing takes place according to Fig. 1 in the manner of a stuffing box, in that the press ring d is pushed over the guide ring c attached to the plate b, which presses the elastic sealing insert e against the vessel wall a by means of wedge-shaped surfaces when the screws f are tightened.
According to FIG. 2, stiff brushes or fabric strips are used as sealing medium.
Fig. 3 shows a seal in which the edge of the plate b is provided with a groove; in this a special seal carrier h is displaceable, on the outer edge of which an elastic insert i is attached. The seal carrier <I> i </I> is guided by pins <I> k </I> in the plate b and is pressed outwards by small coil springs l. The moving part of the seal can be covered by a cloth cap m.
The seal according to FIGS. 4 and 5 consists of a layer of cloth m overstretched leaf springs n respectively. o different shape. The individual leaf spring must not be too wide in the direction of the edge of the plate so that the cloth rests evenly on the box a everywhere.
