Description

  

  Trockenkupplung für Kraftfahrzeuge.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine  Trockenkupplung für Kraftfahrzeuge nach  dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, bei  welcher gemäh vorliegender Erfindung die  Zuführung des Schmiermaterials zu dem im  äussern Scheibenmitnehmer angeordneten Kupp  lungswellenlager von einer mit der Kupplungs  welle in Verbindung stehenden Büchse aus  durch einen im Innern dieser Welle ange  brachten Kanal erfolgt.  



  Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf bei  liegender Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellt.  Es zeigt  Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch die Kupp  lung,  Fig. 2 die Kupplungswelle.  



  In den Figuren bedeutet F die Kupplungs  welle. Dieselbe weist in ihrem Innern einen  sich auf die ganze Länge der Welle er  streckenden Kanal N auf; die Kupplungs  welle ist also als Hohlwelle ausgebildet. Am  linken Ende der Welle ist ein hohles Ver  bindungsstück O befestigt, welches in den  Flansch Q eingeschraubt ist. In diesem Flansch    Q ist auch eine mit P bezeichnete Stauffer  büchse eingeschraubt. Vom Hauptkanal N  der Kupplungswelle gehen noch Seitenka  näle Z aus.  



  Das im Innern der Staufferbüchse befind  liche Schmiermaterial gelangt nun durch den  Kanal N in den Raum T und von dort zum  Kupplungs wellenlager J. das im äussern  Scheibenmitnehrner B angeordnet ist. Eben  so gelingt auch Schmiermaterial durch die  Seitenkanäle Z zu den beiden an der Kupp  lungswelle befindlichen Lagerstellen bei R.  



  Um ein Austreten des Schmiermaterials  zu den Bremsscheiben zu verhüten, ist eine  Filzabdichtung S eingebaut, sowie auf der  Welle F noch eine Schmiernute U angebracht,  welche das austretende Schmiermaterial wieder  nach hinten führt.

  In the figures, F means the clutch shaft. It has inside a channel N extending over the entire length of the shaft; the clutch shaft is therefore designed as a hollow shaft. At the left end of the shaft, a hollow connecting piece O is attached, which is screwed into the flange Q. In this flange Q, a designated P Stauffer sleeve is screwed. From the main channel N of the coupling shaft, Seitenka channels Z go out.



  The lubricant material located inside the Stauffer bush now passes through the channel N into the space T and from there to the clutch shaft bearing J. which is located in the outer disk drive B. In the same way, lubricant also passes through the side channels Z to the two bearings on the coupling shaft at R.



  In order to prevent the lubricant from escaping to the brake disks, a felt seal S is installed and a lubricating groove U is attached to the shaft F, which guides the escaping lubricant backwards.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Trockenkupplung für Kraftfahrzeuge nach dem Patentanspruch des Hauptpatentes, da durch gekennzeichnet, dass ciie Zuführung des Schmiertmaterials zu dem im äussern Scheiben mitnehmer angeordneten Kupplungswellen lager von einer mit der Kupplungswelle in Verbindung stehenden Büchse aus durch einen im Innern dieser Welle angebrachten Kanal erfolgt.
