Thrust bearing with divided wing. The present invention forms a further development of the idea of achieving an even distribution of the load on the subdivided support surface of thrust bearings through Tragkör by struts in the manner of strung together, which in the event of an additional load on a part of the support body forming the support surface immediately all support bodies to absorb the additional load draw on. As a simplification, we ourselves have already proposed to let the support bodies rest directly on sliding blocks, so that the supporting bodies themselves form the trusses together with the sliding blocks. However, by virtue of their flat support surfaces, these sliding shoes prevent the support body from tilting perpendicular to the sliding movement.
According to the present invention, this disadvantage is avoided in that the supporting bodies are mounted directly between bodies with curved support surfaces.
In the drawing, some example, embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated. Fig. 1 shows in longitudinal section and Fig. 2 in cross section the support body d. With the sliding shoes a t, only the support surfaces are formed as spherical surfaces.
3 to 5 show, in longitudinal section, cross-section and floor plan, an embodiment in which balls g are used instead of the spherical sliding shoes. The inclination angles? are the same at the support body ends above the left ball in Fig. 3. By unequal angles, such as above the right sphere by the angles? 9 and 9, a different load on the two ends of the support body can be achieved in order to favor a tilting movement to form the wedge-shaped oil belt that is known Lich advantageous.
FIG. 6 shows a deviation from FIG. 3 in that the support bodies are supported symmetrically in relation to the pressure resulting P of the oil cushion and asymmetrically in relation to the center point of the wing. This arrangement is particularly suitable for reducing the frictional losses in the bearing by promoting the formation of wedges in the lubricated layer. The distances x, y related to this force are the same. on the other hand, the distances 1 and 2 related to the plane z through the center of gravity of the wing are unequal, namely for the sense of the indicated rotation 1 is greater than 2.
FIG. 7 shows an arrangement similar to FIG. 3 with the difference that a ball pair g1, g1 takes the place of a ball g. This makes it possible to keep the support points of the supporting bodies on the balls further apart without increasing the dimensions of the balls.
