Description

  Chaussure.

  Les     fig.    1 et 2 montrent une vue de  dessus et de     dessous    de la semelle intérieure ;  La     fig.    3 est une     vue    d'une semelle     semi-          rigide    ;  La     fig.    4 fait voir la coupe     transversale     de la semelle semi-rigide     suivant    la ligne  4--4 de la     fig.    3;  La     fig.    5 montre la semelle extérieure de  la chaussure:  La     fig.    6 en est la coupe transversale sui  vant la ligne 6-6 de la     fig.    5;

    La fig. 7 montre nu coussinet formé de laine, de plumes etc; La fig. 8 est la coupe transversale dudit coussinet suivant la ligne 8-8 de la fig. ï ; La fig. 9 fait voir une série de vis de fixage d'un ressort et du talon, La fig. 10 est une coupe longitudinale du fond complet de la chaussure ; La fig. 11 est une coupe suivant la ligne 11 de la fig. 10.

  Dans ledit dessin, la semelle inférieure d. (fig.

  Shoe. The object of the present invention is a shoe providing good ventilation for the foot, as well as condensation of the vapors which form around the latter in the shoe.

  The invention is shown, by way of example, in one embodiment in the accompanying drawing.

  Figs. 1 and 2 show a top and bottom view of the insole; Fig. 3 is a view of a semi-rigid sole; Fig. 4 shows the cross section of the semi-rigid sole taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 3; Fig. 5 shows the outer sole of the shoe: FIG. 6 is the cross section along the line 6-6 of FIG. 5;

    Fig. 7 shows a bare pad made of wool, feathers etc; Fig. 8 is the transverse section of said pad along line 8-8 of FIG. ï; Fig. 9 shows a series of screws for fixing a spring and the heel, FIG. 10 is a longitudinal section of the complete bottom of the shoe; Fig. 11 is a section taken along line 11 of FIG. 10.

  In said drawing, the lower sole d. (fig. 1.2 and 11) consists of several layers of fabric made waterproof and applied to a semi-rigid sole C, for example made of wood.

  On the edge of the sole C is arranged a coil spring Z (fig. 2) intended to serve ie the peripheral ventilation of the boot.

  Parts A .. C and Z are surrounded by sine waterproof envelope B formed by layers <the canvas, the seam F serving to join the parts A, B, C and T and to fix the upper at the sole.

       Î n spring II is fixed to the sole at the points designated by 1, 2, 3 and 4 by means of two U-shaped I and L screws (fig . () ) slums that the other end slides between the arms of the U-shaped JI sis which as well as the screw 1 "U-shaped used, fix the heel.

        The function of this spring H is that of maintaining ü the sole its shape and its elasticity; the screws are also used to fix the protection and adhesion components (fig. 5).

  Fig. 5 shows the outsole. This sole is formed from layers of waterproofed canvas, and is provided with a strip of leather, sewn first to the layers of canvas and then ir. the shoe, as usual: This detail being known is not included in the drawing.

  Figs. 7, 8, 10 and 11 show a neck 0 which is housed in the space formed by the peripheral chamber D.

  This pad preferably contains a soft material such as wool, feathers, and (,. which is enclosed in a textile sheath. The pad is cut so as not to fill the entire space surrounded by the spring. E; but to leave space for the movement of the fingers.

  With each movement of the foot, the spring T is compressed and then returns to its original shape, which produces ventilation of the shoe.
