Construction element. The object of the present invention is a building element.
The accompanying drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the element, as it is used for the construction of walls (fig. 1, 2 and 3) as well as a form of execution of the element as it is used for making floors (fig. 4).
Fig.1 is an elevation, part cross section of the first embodiment; fig. 2 is a cross section thereof and FIG. 3 is a plan Cree view; Fig. 4 is an elevation of the second embodiment.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, the element intended for making walls with a prismatic shape; a is an agglomerated Cree block, for example of lime or cement concrete, of sand; of gravel or slag, having three longitudinal cylindrical cavities b in order to lighten the weight of the element and to form channels forming an air mattress and which can be used for aeration and dewatering.
The block is provided with a metal frame made up of four round iron rods c, arranged in the direction of the length of the element and joined in pairs, at distance to distance, by transverse brackets d placed in the direction of the width, alternating between the transverse stirrups and placed in the direction of the thickness.
For assembly into walls or crisps, the elements have, on their longitudinal sides, grooves f resp. ribs g of corresponding dimensions, which fit into each other to form a joint which can be sealed by means of a cement sealant or other binder. In the embodiment according to fig. 4, the element is used for making floors.
In this element, identical in appearance to that described, the metal frame is reinforced by two round rods h., In iron, juxtaposed with the two rods c embedded in the lower part of the element. The rods h are raised towards their ends to join the other two rods c arranged at the upper part of the element. Rods / t. thus complete the metal frame in order to increase the resistance force of the elements and to make them more suitable for the preparation of floors.
