Description

  

      Faltschachtel.       Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Falt  schachtel, insbesondere zur Aufnahme loser  Blätter.  



  Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, auf  einfache und billige Art einen     Verschläss    zu  schaffen, der nicht nur- zur     Sicherung    der  Lage des Schachtelinhaltes, sondern auch  zum Sichern des Deckels in der     Schliesslage     dient. Dieser Zweck wird dadurch erreicht,  dass ein Zugorgan durch einen Schlitz der  Schachtelwand nach aussen geführt ist und  ausserhalb der Schachtel gesichert wird. Das  ausserhalb der Schachtel liegende Ende des  Zugorganes dient dann auch zum Sichern des  Deckels der Schachtel in der Schliesslage.  Zum Festlegen des     Zugorganes,    zum Beispiel  einer Schnur, werden dabei vorteilhaft Knöpfe  oder Scheiben verwendet, über welche die  Schnur geschlungen wird.

   Dadurch wird ein  für praktische Zwecke genügend sicherer  Verschluss erzielt. Die Schnur kann dabei  durch einen steifen Hilfsdeckel gezogen wer  den, der auf dem Schachtelinhalt gleichmässig  aufliegt und damit zum Halten loser Papier  stücke behilflich ist.    In der beiliegenden     Zeichnung    ist ein       Ausführungsbeispiel    des     Erfindungsbegenstan-          des    dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine perspektive Ansicht einer       Faltschachtel;          Fig.    2 ist ein Querschnitt durch die  Schachtel,       Fig.    3 eine     Seitenansicht    derselben.  



  Die gezeichnete Faltschachtel, die zum  Beispiel zur Aufnahme von losen Blättern,  Schriftstücken, Zeitschriften,     Musterkartons     usw. bestimmt ist, , besitzt einen Deckel 1,  der mittelst     Streifen        !)    am Schachtelunterteil  2     angelenkt    ist und mit seinem     Rand    3,     -1     über die Wände 5, 6 des     Schachtelunterteils    2  greift. Am Boden 7 der Schachtel ist das  eine Ende einer Schnur 8 befestigt. Diese ist  durch einen Hilfsdeckel 10 gezogen und ist  durch     einen    Schlitz 11 in der Seitenwand 6  nach aussen geführt.

   Auf der Seitenwand 6  sitzt unten eine Scheibe 12, uni welche die       Schnur    8 geschlungen wird. Wird die Schnur  8 mehrfach um die Scheibe 12     geschlungen,          nachdem    sie     straff    angezogen worden ist, so  werden durch den Druck des Hilfsdeckels      die durch punktierte Linien dargestellten       Schriftstücke    gegen den     Boden    7 gepresst  und damit festgehalten. Das freie Ende der  Schnur 8 wird dann über die an dem Deckel  1     befestigten    Knöpfe 15, 16 geschlungen.  Dadurch wird der Deckel 1 in seiner Schliess  lage gesichert. Das     Öffnen    und Schliessen  der Schachtel kann rasch erfolgen.

   Die in  der Schachtel liegenden Papierstücke sind  aber auch dann in ihrer Lage gesichert, wenn  der Deckel nicht gesichert ist. Die Schachtel  kann also leicht in jeder Lage transportiert  und hochgestellt werden. Der Hilfsdeckel       kann    auch weggelassen sein. Es     können    auch  für grosse Schachteln mehrere     SchrIurver-          schlüsse        vorgesehen    sein.

  The purpose of the present invention is to create, in a simple and inexpensive manner, a lock which not only serves to secure the position of the box contents, but also to secure the lid in the closed position. This purpose is achieved in that a pulling element is guided to the outside through a slot in the box wall and is secured outside the box. The end of the pulling element lying outside the box then also serves to secure the lid of the box in the closed position. To fix the pulling element, for example a cord, buttons or disks are advantageously used, over which the cord is looped.

   This achieves a closure that is sufficiently secure for practical purposes. The cord can be pulled through a stiff auxiliary cover who rests evenly on the contents of the box and thus helps to hold loose pieces of paper. An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a perspective view of a folding box; Figure 2 is a cross-section through the box, Figure 3 is a side view of the same.



  The drawn folding box, which is intended, for example, to hold loose leaves, documents, magazines, sample boxes, etc., has a lid 1, which is hinged by means of strips!) To the box base 2 and with its edge 3, -1 over the walls 5, 6 of the box base 2 engages. One end of a cord 8 is attached to the bottom 7 of the box. This is pulled through an auxiliary cover 10 and is guided to the outside through a slot 11 in the side wall 6.

   At the bottom of the side wall 6 sits a disc 12, uni which the cord 8 is looped. If the cord 8 is looped several times around the disc 12 after it has been tightened tightly, the documents shown by dotted lines are pressed against the base 7 by the pressure of the auxiliary cover and thus held in place. The free end of the cord 8 is then looped over the buttons 15, 16 attached to the lid 1. As a result, the cover 1 is secured in its closed position. The box can be opened and closed quickly.

   The pieces of paper lying in the box are secured in their position even if the lid is not secured. The box can therefore be easily transported and put up in any position. The auxiliary cover can also be omitted. Several thread locks can also be provided for large boxes.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Folding box, in particular for receiving sheets, characterized in that a pulling element intended to hold the box contents is guided to the outside through a slot in the box wall and that a device for fixing the pulling element is attached to the outside of the box wall and a device is provided on the lid of the box which enables the lid to be secured in the closed position with the same pulling element.
