Dormant leaf spring breaker for nail ignition devices. It is known. To operate leaf spring interrupter for magneto ignition devices in such a way that the under-breaker contact attached to a leaf spring. is not moved directly, but with the help of a slidable intermediate piece from the projections of a cam disc. The cam disk can be stationary and the interrupter together with the intermediate piece can rotate around it.
or the cam disk can be arranged rotating and the interrupter with the intermediate piece stationary. Experience has shown that the shapes of such devices that have become known up to then do not allow a regular sequence and safety of the ignitions in the engine to be achieved under all circumstances. Rather, these are at risk as soon as these apparatuses are exposed to vibrations, such as, for example, caused by violent movements of the vehicle driven by the engine or by the gear of the engine itself, especially at critical speeds of the same ver. The uncertainty of the action of the interrupters can arise from two causes.
One of these is that the point at which the intermediate piece engages the leaf spring of the movable Is'ontalj # tes is too far away from the contact piece, so that this natural vibrations a, ns- at the free end of the spring can lead. The other cause is
that the intermediate piece is mounted with play in its pivot point and therefore has a dead gear.
Both shortcomings are in the design. of leaf spring breakers according to the present invention in that one as two:
A rotatably mounted intermediate piece is inserted between a rotating cam disk and the contact spring to be moved in such a way that its point of application on the contact spring is close to the contact and a spring is pressed against the intermediate piece that the same rests on one side of its pivot pin and only the rotational movements brought about by the projections of the cams, not
but Ei @, @ eti movements as a result of play in his camp.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the lines. The movable contact part a of the interrupter is attached to the leaf spring b , which in turn is connected to the frame c. The movement of the contact part takes place with the help of the intermediate piece d designed as a two-armed lever, wel ches is rotatably mounted on the pin e fastened to the housing of the apparatus and is moved on the one hand by the projections that revolve the cam disk f, on the other hand this movement in the immediate vicinity of the contact at point g on the leaf spring b transfers.
A return spring h attached to the movable contact part in this example rests against the intermediate piece d both at point g, and at point i and presses it on one side of its pivot e, so that each dead Gang of the intermediate piece is avoided as a result of play in its storage.
instead of the moving contact part a, the return spring lr can also be attached to the stationary contact part or to the device's rail.
