Wagenheber.
Jack. The present invention relates to a jack with a lifting ram connected in a parallelogram to a stand column, and aims to distribute the load on this and the stand column using a support arm connected to a hand lever without the support arm making it difficult to work with the jack becomes.
A one-armed hand lever is provided for lifting the load, the lifting rod being arranged according to the invention between the stand column and the support arm articulated on the hand lever. The support arena automatically erects it when the load is lifted and, after erecting it, when the hand lever is released, takes on part of the load, the other part of which is carried by the stand column.
In the accompanying drawing, three exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown, namely: FIGS. 1 and 2 each show a side view of the jack according to the first embodiment shown in two different positions of use, FIG. 3 is a plan view of FIG. 4 shows a side view of the collapsed car liver, FIGS. A and i each show a side view of the jack according to the second embodiment shown in two different positions of use, FIGS. I and 8 each show a side view. of the jack according to the third embodiment shown in two different positions of use.
The lifting ram marked with a (Fig. 1 les -4) is close to one end of the one-arm hand lever f, g between the stand column d wid the support arm i and arranged through gel arms b, c to achieve a vertical guide in a parallelogram-like manner connected to the stand column cl. The hand lever f. g is releasably connected to the upper hinge arms b by means of a pull-out bolt c and consists of two parts f articulated to one another at hr. G. so that it can be folded up at Nicltgebraucl. By pulling out the bolt e, the hand lever can be separated from the articulated arm b and the jack can be dismantled into two parts that can easily be accommodated in a utility or tool box (Fig. 4).
The support arm i is attached to the lower end of the hand lever f, g and when not in use, as FIG. 1 shows, rests on the underside of the hand lever part f. If the jack is in use, the support arm i automatically assumes the position shown in FIG. 2 by its own weight when the hand lever f, g is raised. In this use position of the support arm i, the raised load rests on the one hand on the stand column d and on the other hand on the support arm i.
In order to achieve an automatic folding over of the support arm i when the load is lowered, a spring k which can be tensioned by means of a foldable lever l is provided between the support arm i and the hand lever f, g. When the jack is not in use, as well as during the lifting of the load, the reversible clamping lever l takes the position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, drawn with full lines. In this clamping lever position, the spring is k un tensioned.
If, on the other hand, when the support arm i is upright and loaded, the tensioning lever l is turned over in the direction of the arrow x, i.e. into the position l 'shown in dashed lines in Fig. 2, the suspension k is tensioned and causes the support arm i to automatically move into the position of Fig. 1, as soon as the hand lever f, g is lifted a little before lowering the load, thereby relieving and releasing the support arm i.
After the load has been lowered, the tensioning lever 1 is returned to the position shown in full lines so that the spring k does not prevent the support arm i from automatically raising itself when the jack is used again. The clamping lever l itself is articulated on the lever part f in this way. that it automatically remains in both end positions. In the second Ausführungsforen according to Fig. 5 and 6, a denotes the lifting ram, the gelenlparallelogrammar tig connected to the Stän dersäule d and between cieser and when lifting the load fell itself actively into its supporting position, Stützam i on your one-armed hand lever f, g augelenken is.
The support arm i is provided with teeth and engages by means of a second support arm when lifting the load, which is fixed to the footplate n. Of the jack, but could also be folded against the same. The engagement of the support arm i is brought about by its own weight, but could also act on the support arm in order to achieve a secure engagement, for example, a spring.
In the third embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8, the ratchet teeth are provided on the fixed support arm m and the support arm i is designed as a toothed pawl which engages the teeth of the support arm m when the load is lifted, with a leaf spring on the hand lever part f o is provided which presses against the toothed pawl i and causes a secure engagement of the same with the ratchet teeth. In the two last-mentioned embodiments, the lifting of the support arm i when the load is lowered is carried out in the same way as in the first embodiment, namely by means of a lever 1 that can be folded over and a spring k that can be tensioned.
