Dadurch werden die Bolzen achsial und nach demn Einbetonieren der Stäbe auch quer zu ihrer Axe in ihrer Lage gesichert. Der Einbau dieser Armsierung lässt sich irr einfaclher Weise vor nehmen. Es kann zum Beispiel zunächst vor demn aus den Stäiben 4 und 5 zu bildenden Gitter eine Schicht Beton fertiggestellt werden;
Armor for valuables containers. Tanks for safes, vault doors, etc., which are reinforced by a group of bolts which are directed like a group of bayonets against the front armor plate in order to repel the attack on the rear end plate in the event of a break-in attempt, are known. However, the previously proposed tanks of this type have the disadvantage that the installation of this Armierssng and the securing of the bolts in their position is not sufficiently simple and therefore very expensive.
The subject of the present invention is such a tank, in which the reinforcement is built in a very simple way and the bolts can be secured in their position. This is achieved in that the bolts are connected to one another by a system of intersecting rods which are embedded in a filling compound in such a way that they engage with a neck in the manner of a bayonet lock in intersecting slots in the rods. This prevents them from moving both axially and transversely to the axis in a simple manner, while at the same time a grid is created by the intersecting bars, which forms another obstacle on the way to the rear end plate.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is illustrated. Fig. 1 shows a cross section along line A-A of Fig. 2 of part of a wall of a safe, e.g. B. a safe, a safe door or the like; FIG. 2 shows the reinforcement in a view, FIG. 3 shows a section along the line B-ss of FIG. 2.
The tank shown has between two outer plate part 1 and an inner steel plate a filling compound 3 atis concrete, in which a bevy of bayonet-like bolts 6 directed forward ge is embedded. These Bol zen are designed at their rear end as a conical wall anchor 8, whereby they are anchored in the concrete to the rear, while the front end is a pointed head 9 leads out.
These Bolzest are now connected by the crossing flat iron bars 4 and angle iron 5 (in whose place flat iron can also step) in the following way. The bolts 6 have a turn (neck) 7, by means of which they in narrowing slots 10 respectively. 11 of the crossing bars a tire. Middle of these slots that grip in the. By means of these Schiltze, which run in the direction of the rod, i.e. cross each other, the connection can be made in the manner of a bayonet lock by moving the rods 4 and 5, which are placed on top of one another with the expanded parts of the slots, after the bolt heads have been pushed through Neck this is held in place in the narrowed part of the slots.
As a result, the bolts are secured axially and, after the bars have been set in concrete, also transversely to their axis. The installation of this armouring can be done in a very simple way. For example, a layer of concrete can first be completed in front of the grid to be formed from the bars 4 and 5;
The crossing bars are placed on top of one another with slot extensions and the 9 is driven into the concrete up to the neck; then the bars are shifted in their longitudinal direction so that the bolt necks enter the constrictions of the slots, whereupon the rear layer is concreted, with concrete also entering the parts of the braided wire 1O and 11 not filled by the bolts.
After the dent has solidified, the bolts are firmly anchored in every direction. In addition, the grid 4, 5 itself forms a very rigid obstacle that must first be eliminated in order to get to the rear plate. If it was also possible to cut a part of it with the cutting torch after penetrating the concrete strut at the front, it would still be held back by the anchor bolts 8. The bolts S are also connected to the rear armor plate 2 by stud bolts 13 engaging in the threaded bores 12 for increased security. This connection can, however, also be omitted if the rear pin ends are designed as anchors.
The present securing of the bolts renders a connection of the same to the front plate superfluous, as a result of which heat conduction through it all the way to the front plate to the inside is excluded. Nor do they need to be secured against failure by plates placed over the inside.
The bolts 6) are expediently made of hardened material in such a way that at least the surface full of the head 9) and armature 8 are hard, while the neck 7 can remain soft. For example, the bolts can be made of coquille cast iron with a soft core insert cast in, or made of steel that has been subsequently hardened. The hardened surface is effective protection against the attack by cutting torches and chisels, which the latter repels all of the hardened point.
Since the bars can be inserted individually during installation, the latter is not hindered by protruding parts of the construction, FOR the example of a door.
If desired, the bolts can also be filled with a material which, in the event of an all-round action, releases toxic gases.
