Device for operating shutters and the like. Up to now it has been customary to move the roller shutters, storm shutters, etc. up and down by hand using a crank or pulling device, but this measure is very time-consuming and inconvenient.
The subject of the present invention is a device for actuating roller shutters and the like, by means of which the above-described inconvenience is to be eliminated. For this purpose, a gear is provided at one end on an axle, which can be coupled to an electric motor when a rod rotates, in such a way that the roller shutter etc. is moved up or down.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows of the same FIG. 1 a view from above, FIG. 2 a view from the front with partial sections, and FIG. 3 a detail seen from above finite partial cuts.
a denotes the axis of a roller shutter L, which is mounted in the wall c. d is a on the axis cc axially displaceable ge superimposed, with this standing in operative connection gear, which consists of two gears e and f ', which sit on the hollow shaft g. The hollow shaft g has a groove in which a correspondingly ausgebil deter wedge-like, not shown on the drawing approach of the shaft engages. The gear i, which is arranged on the shaft of the electric motor k, is located between the two gears e and f.
l denotes an angle fixed on the rotating rod nt, one leg of which is connected to the hollow shaft g by a pin, while the other leg is guided through an eyelet of the lever n. The lever jz is connected to a contact part p provided in your switch box o, which is located between the contact terminals q and q1.
A lever j- provided with a handle is arranged on the rod 7n at its lower end, which lever is provided with a pointer (FIG. 3) which partially encompasses the arc t, which is rather provided with setting symbols.
If the lever r is in the "OFF" position, the gearbox d assumes the position shown in FIGS. By turning the lever r to "OPEN", the rod is turned in and thus also the angle l. The angle l thereby pulls the gear d to the left, so that the gear f engages with the gear i of the electric motor.
At the same time, the lever n is moved forward, so that the contact part p comes into contact with the contact terminal q 'and thereby closes the circuit, so that the electric motor is put into action. On the other hand, if the lever r is turned to "AB", the rod in and the angle l perform an opposite movement, the gear wheel e engaging with the gear wheel i.
At the same time the circuit is closed again by touching the contact part p and the contact terminal q, the roller shutter U is moved downwards.
The device described above can be arranged on roller shutters, blinds, blinds, etc. that are already in use without any significant design changes, as well as on new systems. To operate the roller shutters, an electric motor of about 1/100 to 1/2 s P.S. is sufficient, and the manufacturing costs are therefore relatively low. Of course, the axes could z.
B. are connected to each other by four roller shutters arranged next to one another in such a way that all four can be moved up or down with one another by means of an electric motor.
