getrieblich verbunden.Counting device. Counting devices whose pointer axis consists of two, while
of counting parts connected by a coupling are known. Of these
In the known devices, one part of the pointer axis carries the pointer
and the heart disc used for zeroing. The other part is with the drives
geared connected.
The innovation according to the invention is based on such counting devices
essentially that the coupling consists of two in the same axial direction,
of the same size and at the opposite ends of the two pointer shaft parts
fixed gears and a third pivoted gear,
while counting in the two directly superimposed gears
intervenes. An externally actuated stop moves this gear to uncouple
before zeroing off. This gear is on a well known spring action
standing lever arranged according to the invention at the same time a latch for
Pressing a known heart disc carries. With this arrangement, the device
significantly simplified and at the same time with the same greater security
Counting process and when resetting the pointer reached in the zero position.
The drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the object
of the invention, namely: Fig. Z is a plan view of the drive mechanism of a counter clock
from behind in the switching position, Fig. 2 a section along the line A-B in Fig
z, and Fig. 3 is a top view of the switched off engine for the pointer.
in sonst geeigneter Weise befestigt.
k in Verbindung.
Einwirkung
auf den Zapfen w das Schaltwerk i
zum Zählerwerk A bewegt, so
(Abb. i) zurückschnellt. On a loose part of the pointer shaft a (Fig. 2) of the counter clock, an eccentric heart b (Fig. 3) is jointly wedged with a gear c or fastened in some other suitable way. The pointer axis a is supported loosely with a pin d (Fig. 2) in another part of the pointer shaft d '. A gear wheel e is placed on this part d 'of the pointer shaft. On its upper end, this shaft part d 'carries the ratchet wheel f, in which the spring pawl g (Fig. R) engages. This pawl g is connected by a tab h to a known switching mechanism i for the number rollers k. In the plane of the eccentric heart b , a bolt n rotatably mounted about a pin l and under the action of a spring m is arranged, which laterally in an arm o carries a gear P which has the same teeth as the gears c and e. Opposite the arm o, a pin y is attached to a second arm q of the bolt n, which pin is mounted in the area of two pins s and t that are perpendicular to it. The two pins s and t are attached to a disk az parallel to one another. This disk 2c can be moved from the outside by a shaft v designed as a handle. The mode of operation is as follows. According to Fig. Z, the gear P is in joint engagement with the two gear wheels c and e. If the switching mechanism i is now moved to the counter mechanism A by any action on the pin w , the tab la is carried along and its pawl g rotates the ratchet wheel f and consequently the shaft d '. This movement must be followed by gear c. Since the gear wheel p engages in this gear wheel e, it is also rotated. The gear wheel takes the gear wheel c seated on the pointer shaft a and consequently the eccentric heart b, because it engages jointly in both gear wheels c and e. As a result, the pointer x of the shaft a is carried along, so that it indicates each measurement process. During this process, the pin s rests on the side of the pin y, so that the bolt n, which is under the action of the spring na, is held in the position shown in Fig. I and the gear P remains in mesh with the two gears c and e. If the shaft v with the disk u is now rotated in the direction of the arrow in Fig. I (it is secured against rotation in the other direction), the pin s leaves the pin y as it rotates, whereby the bolt n under the action of the spring m into the in Fig. 3 drawn position is snapped. Here, on the one hand, the gear wheel p leaves the gears c and c and, on the other hand, the beveled edge of the bolt n hits the eccentric heart b laterally and rotates it with the gear wheel c and the pointer x into the starting position of the pitch y. - This rotation of the eccentric heart b mit.dem gear c and the pointer x takes place by the resilient stop of the bolt n so quickly that a return of the gear P into the two gears c and c and consequently a braking of the pointer x during or is not possible before returning to the zero position. When the pointer x has been returned, the inclined edge of the bolt n lies against the edge of the eccentric heart in such a way that when the push button w and thus the switching mechanism h are pressed again, the ratchet wheel can rotate the shaft dl with the gear wheel e, but without doing so to influence the gear c and the pointer x. When the bolt n is released, it does not matter which position the eccentric heart b has, as the bolt, depending on the position of the heart b, snaps back to the left or right into the starting position (Fig. I).
By further turning the shaft v in the direction of the arrow, the pin t strikes the pin y and rotates the bolt n around the pin i: Here, on the one hand, the bolt n releases the heart & and, on the other hand, the gear P is returned to the two gears c and e indented so that a new count can take place. The position of the relevant stop pin s or t on pin y is secured by a spring pawl z which snaps into the shaft v and which at the same time prevents rotation in the opposite direction.
