These knives are driven by the main shaft 33 by means of a chain 36 guided by adjustable chain guide wheels 34 and 35 on a shaft 37, from which the transmission is carried out by means of Z'inkelrad_etriebe 38, 38 'on the rollers 30 and thus on the friction knife 8 'takes place. If the friction knife 81 now lay on the fabric and the main shaft rotates,
so the knife band 32 moves to the left and the knife band 31 to the right (Fiu. 1), whereby the from the knife band 3? Rub the Igetra.genen knife 8 'to the right and the knives carried by the knife band 31 to the left. Any irregular warp threads are now laid evenly by these knives.
The friction of these knives acts as a result of the longitudinal movement of the material and the transverse movement of the rubbing knives in P, in the direction of the diagonal, i.e. at an angle of 45 ", if the movement of the material and the movement of the rubbing knives are at the same speed At different speeds, the angle of friction becomes smaller or larger.
This Nessersv system can also be moved upwards or downwards by eccentric rods 39 and handwheel 40 or by a worm 42 which is brought into engagement with a cutting wheel 41. according to a scale, 43.
The fabric guide stitch is 17. formed: from various soft interleaves 45 placed on a plate 4-1 (Fig. 4), the whole of which is enclosed by a leather band 48 moved from the machine in the direction of movement of the fabric when the machine is in operation,
which in the process is deviated from a roller 46 and wound onto a second such roller.
Means are provided (not shown) in order to be able to wind the leather band 48 back onto the corresponding roller by hand after it has been completed. That means the base for the moving knives <B> 8 '</B>. Whatever your rubbing the fabric from table 17 is presented.
is still resistant, two thin steel rails 47 are placed between the fabric to be rubbed and the leather band 48 (FIGS. 5, 6).
With certain finer materials, rubbing by means of the stopping rubbing knife 8 or by means of the rubbing knife 81 is sufficient. With thicker fabrics, both knife systems are switched on, the material being rubbed first by the rubbing knives 8 and then by the moving rubbing knives 81 becomes. The material can be processed so intensively that. Even if this is difficult to process, a single pass of the material through the machine is completely sufficient to give it the desired texture.
4, the fabric is rubbed only by the moving rubbing knives 81. The reamers 8 are raised.
According to Fig. 5, the rubbing knife 81 are GE raised, and the rubbing knife 8 are lowered.
