Building block press. The subject of the invention is a building block press of the type in which the compact is pushed out from below from the press mold which is firmly seated on the frame of the press. The pressing device having a stamp is arranged on a bracket pivotably mounted on the frame, for the purpose of being able to expose the space above the form when filling and emptying the same.
In the drawing, an execution example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows partially a vertical section, partially a side view of the same, Fig. 2 perpendicular to Fig. 1 a vertika len center section, Fig. 3 the upper part in front view, and Fig. 4 is a plan view of the mold on a larger scale.
The block press shown has a stand frame 1 with a table top 2, on which by means of screws 3, that is to say releasably, a press mold 4, open at the top and at the bottom, of unequal angular basic shape. and in the longer leg of the same two plate-shaped, vertically arranged cores 5 are attached.
The latter are fixed to the tabletop by means of the same from below by penetrating screws 6. In cross-section, the cores 5 are gradually tapered upwards in order to achieve a slight distribution of the same on both sides of the cores when the material brought into the mold 4 is pressed.
In the space between the mold wall's rule and the cores, a frame 7 corresponding to the same and the base of the cavity of the mold is inserted, which forms the bottom of the latter. Below the frame 7 there are three head pieces 8 which are embedded in depressions in the table top in the rest position. which are stuck at the upper ends of perpendicular rods 9, which are connected at their lower ends by handlebars 11 with levers 13 fixed on a common @@ table 12.
Outside of the machine frame 1, the shaft 12 carries a hand lever loaded with weight 14, by means of which the rods 9 are pushed out for the purpose of pushing out the frame 7 and the ruliei on the same: the press line (fs out of the form -t <uf - and after placing a different rail 7 on the headrest B. like the downwards, eR-egt.
Cracked into shape. The material used to manufacture a building block is pressed with the aid of a pressing device which is arranged on a bracket 16, which carries axle journals 17 lying coaclisially to one another on the free leg ends,
by means of which it can be pivoted about a horizontal axis on the machine frame. To limit these @chivenhbeivegungen, resp. Determination of the end positions of the bracket 16.
are on the table top 2 two frames -d on gebra.cht, each of which two pins 19 protrude to the outside. In the one shown in Fig. visible positions;
, see the bracket 16 in the working position, in Fig. 3 hineccen in the rest position. Below the cross piece of the book 16, a stem plate 21 is suspended on two links 20, which is held on the bracket so that it can be moved up and down in the office 16 with the help of rods 21 guided up and down.
The upper ends of the handlebars 20 grip a short Irish ?? of a three-armed helmet 22, 23, 24, which is fixed on a shaft 26 laid in two eyes 25 of the bracket 16.
The arm 23 serves as a handle for actuating the pressing device and the arm 24 applies a weight 27 which holds the stamp plate in the upper end position (rest position).
The handling and mode of operation of the block press described is as follows: By pivoting the bracket 16 sideways, the space above the press mold 1 is freely lived. so that the same material to be shaped for filling in zli building blocks is easy to pull:
inable i, t. After a frame 7 has been placed in the press mold, it is filled and the bracket is brought into its working position (Fig. 2). By moving the hand lever 23 downwards, the stamping slot 21 is moved downwards into the mold moves into it, wherein the llal-erial located in the same is pressed into a mold.
