Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines direktziehenden     o-Oxyazofarbstoffes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    durch     Kuppeln     von 1     Mol.        diazotiertem        2-Amino-4-nitro-          1-oxybenzol    und 1     Mol.        diazotiertem        Mono-          acetyl-p-phenylencliamin    mit 1     Mol.        Harn-          stoff    der     2-Amina-5-oxynaphtalin-7-sulfo,

  säure     ein direktziehender     o-Oxyazofarbstoff    erhal  ten wird, welcher Baumwolle in     licht-    und       alkaliempfindlichen    Bordeaux Tönen an  färbt. Durch Nachkupfern oder noch besser  durch Färben in der für direktziehende  Farbstoffe üblichen Weise unter Zusatz von  Kupferverbindungen zum Bade werden her  vorragend licht- und     alkaliechte,        gelbstichig     Bordeaux Töne erhalten.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  15,4 kg     2-Amitio-4-nitro-l-oxybenzol    und  15 kg     Monoacetyl-p-phenylendiamin    werden       diazotiert    und diese     nacheinander    in eine  Lösung von 50,4     k4    Harnstoff der     2-Amino-          5-oxynaplitalin-7-sulfosätii-e    und 50 kg Soda    einfliessen gelassen. Nach 1.2 Stunden wird  der Farbstoff     ausgesalzen.    filtriert und ge  trocknet.
