Molding machine for the production of cement and concrete pipes. The invention relates to a molding machine for the production of cement and concrete pipes and aims to provide a machine which enables pipes to be produced in an economical manner by compressing the plastic material by centrifugal action.
More detailed investigations and numerous tests have shown that the best results can only be achieved if the speed of the molding machine can be fully controlled and used to a large extent. In doing so, however, no specific speed information can be given, since the results change depending on the change in the nature of the material to be used and therefore the stated quality is also decisive for the selection of the speed.
In the accompanying drawings, an example embodiment of the inven tion subject, and detailed variants are shown, namely: Fig. 1 is a side view of the tube forming machine, with molds are shown in the working position.
Fig. 2 is a plan view of this machine; Fig. 3 shows how the forms are completed along their longitudinal edges abutting; Fig. 4 is a plan view of Fig. 3; Fig. 5 is a section illustrating another device for drawing the longitudinal edges of the molds together; FIG. G shows a vertical section through a part of a mold serving as a runner and serving for the formation of the tube end, with parts of a tube and a cover still being shown, which is to be pierced into the tubes to be deposited; Fig. I shows a larger scale.
Graduated part of a shape serving as a liner, which makes it possible to design the tube ends in such a way that a dovetail-shaped joint is distorted between adjacent stirrers.

<tb> be. Another embodiment of the locking device is shown in FIG. In the water embodiment two angle irons 27 are fastened in a suitable manner on the housing 22 be and see ver at 28 with a seat.
The slots 28 of the two angle iron 27 serve to accommodate the locking bracket 29, which is attached to one of the angle irons 27 and passes through the slot of the other angle iron, so that the locking wedge 30 when driven into the part of the locking bracket 29 bent over by) be limited space tightly pulls together the abutting parts.
After the longitudinal edges of each housing 22 have been connected to one another by means of the parts described above, the lateral ends of the housing are inserted in the manner shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 into the flanged parts 21 serving as runners, these parts 21 are connected to one another by means of cylinder bolts 31 in the longitudinal direction, as shown in FIGS. In this way, a strong cylindrical shape is obtained, which is provided on both linden trees with ge flanged wheels and wel che when placed on the driving Rei friction rollers 5 brings the same with each other in We kung connection.
In order to be able to bring the movable molds into the required position, an articulated ramp 32 is provided on the machine so that the molds, if necessary, can be easily removed from the machine and loaded onto a trolley 33 who can. 34 denotes a lightweight trolley which can be moved relative to the machine during the manufacture of the pipes for the purpose of feeding the cement and which serves to absorb excess moisture after the pipes have been manufactured.
For the manufacture of the tubes, a longitudinal and circumferential reinforcement 35 (Fig. 6 and 7) is seen within the built-up form and then the form on the machine is brought into the required position. The concrete or cement is thrown into the housing 22 of the mold after it has already been mixed and while the cylinder is rotated slowly at both ends as a result of the friction present there at a constant Ge speed. It should be noted that the shape is completely free and is only held in the required position by its own weight.
The speed of the machine is then gradually increased by adjusting the belts running over the conical drums 10, 14 until the cement thrown into the housing has been evenly distributed by the centrifugal force, so that a cement cylinder is created in which the reinforcement 35 is embedded. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the reinforcement 35, which at the beginning is only loosely inserted into the machine, automatically moves into the required position.
After the required thickness has been reached in the course of the manufacturing process, the belts are pushed by means of the organ 20. without stopping the machine on which the pulleys are running at high speed, so let the carrot rotate at greater speed, with the tubular material huddled together and the excess water is thrown out. Then the speed can be reduced and the inside of the tube is filled with a spatula, which is held on opposite ends of the mold. while the latter is still turning.
Finally, the machine is stopped, the excess water removed, and a lid 36 inserted into each end of the tube. to prevent the inside of the tube from drying out too quickly, avoiding storage of the tube.
The forms including the Stirring is then removed from the machine - and the tubes are finally removed from the molds so that they can still be stored. The thickness of the tubes can be controlled as desired by bringing a resilient, slotted ring 37 (in Fig. 7 in dashed lines is indicated) by sol che range of required radial width are used in the two ends of the cylindrical shape.
The deposited tube will have the thickness which corresponds to the Ent distance from the inner wall of the cylindrical shape to the inner edge of the ring ent. If necessary, the flanged end parts 21 of the form can be staggered on the inside or provided with angular shoulders, as shown in Fig. 7, so that a space is created between the adjacent ends of the tubes to be assembled, which is used to receive plastic sealing material is used. A cement ring is provided around the joint between two adjacent pipes.
