Wächterplatine. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Wächterplatine, welche eine Verengung der Ausnehmung aufweist, zum Zwecke, da durch einen Anschlag zu schaffen, der ein Abspringen der Platine von der Führungs schiene verhindern soll, wenn die Platine durch den Faden bei der Fachbildung hoch geschnellt wird.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfin dungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Ansicht eines ersten Aus führungsbeispiels, und Fig. 2 die Ansicht eines zweiten Aus führungsbeispiels.
Die ans einem dünnen Stahlplättchen be stehende Wächterplatine 1 weist beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel eine Fadenöse 2 auf, welche durch die Verengung 3 mit dem Führungsschlitze 4 verbunden ist. Mit ihren Schenkeln ist die Platine über die Führungs schiene 6 geschoben. Die Platine ist zu dem durch ihre Öse 2 hindurchgeführten Ketten faden 7 gleichgerichtet, da eine Platine an die andere anliegt. Wenn null die Platine durch den Faden 7 bei der Fachbildung hoch gesehnellt wird, dann kann sie mit ihrem durch die Verengung 3 geschaffenen Anschlag an dem durch die Öse 2 gehenden Faden anstossen. Der Faden kann nieht durch die Verengung 3 hindurchtreten, solange die Platine zum Faden nicht quer steht.
Auf diese Weise ist der Hub der Platine begrenzt, das heisst vom Ausschlage des Fadens ab hängig gemacht, wodurch ein Abspringen der Platine von der Führungsschiene verhindert wird. Dieses Abspringen der Platine kam bei ihrer bisherigen Ausführungsform öfters vor.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 2 ist die Verengung 3 an das untere Ende des Führungsschlitzes 4 angeschlossen. Der eine Schenkel 5 der Platine 1 ist ein wenig kür zer gehalten als der andere. Der durch die Verengung 3 geschaffene Anschlag trifft bei entsprechendem Hochschnellen der Platine auf die Führungsschiene auf. Die Platine kann daher nicht aus dem Bereiche der Führungsschiene kommen, so dass ihr Hub wiederum begrenzt ist.

The guard plate 1 standing on a thin steel plate has in the first embodiment a thread eyelet 2 which is connected to the guide slot 4 through the constriction 3. The board is pushed over the guide rail 6 with its legs. The board is aligned with the chain thread 7 passed through its eyelet 2, since one board rests against the other. If the sinker is zeroed up by the thread 7 during shedding, then it can abut the thread going through the eyelet 2 with its stop created by the constriction 3. The thread cannot pass through the constriction 3 as long as the sinker is not perpendicular to the thread.
In this way, the stroke of the board is limited, that is, made dependent on the deflection of the thread, which prevents the board from jumping off the guide rail. This jumping off of the board occurred frequently in its previous embodiment.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the constriction 3 is connected to the lower end of the guide slot 4. One leg 5 of the board 1 is kept a little shorter than the other. The stop created by the constriction 3 hits the guide rail when the board rises accordingly. The board can therefore not come out of the area of the guide rail, so that its stroke is again limited.
