Description
verfahren zur Herstellung eines Düngemittels. Das den Erfindungsgegenstand bildende Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Dü geinittels beruht darauf, dass inan rohen Kalkuiergel einer deichmüssigen Durchglühung unter re duziertem 'Luge bis zur Bindung einer Kruste aus Ätzkalk unterzieht und mit aus denn gleichen Kalkmergel gar gebranntem Kalk nach der Feinmahlung beider unter mindestens an nähernd gleiche Volumenverhältnissen mischt.
Dadurch wird ein Kalkdünger erhalten, welcher eine regelmässige Hydratisation des Bodens ohne Auftreten der bei der bisherigen reinen Ätzkalk- oder Kalk- und Kalkst.Pin- düngung her bekannten Verbrennungserschei nungen bewirkt, welch letztere den Wert der Kalkdüngung meist aufhoben.
Bei dein neuen Düngemittel wird durch die starke Volumenvergrösserung bei der Wasseraufnahme und der dabei 8tattfi dein- den Tempel < atursteigerung eine kräftige Locke rung und Erwärinu g des Bodens erzielt, so wie eine allmähliche, molekular fortschreitende Lösung der Teilchen des Kalkmergels durch die Teilchen des gebrannten Kalkes hervor gerufen,
so dass das Düngemittel auch i che mischer Hinsicht gleichmüssiger und anlial- tender auf den Boden einwirkt als eine bis- lier angewandte 3lischu g von Kalkstein und gebranntem Kalk.
Bei der praktischen Ausführung des neuen Verfahrens erfolgt das Durchglühen des rohen Kalkmergels bis zur Bildung einer Atzka.lk- krust.e am rationellsten i Drelirohi@lifen unter reduziertem Feier, das Brennen des Kalk- mergels zii Kalk in gewöhnlichen Kalküfen. Das Mahle beider Bestandteile geschieht bis auf 500 Maschen Feinheit.
