Device for hot water preparation connected to a central heating system. The subject matter of the present invention is a device connected to a central heating system for heating water.
The subject matter of the invention is shown on the line in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 a side view of the same, FIG. 2 a plan view of FIG. 1, partially in section, and FIG. 3 a schematically illustrated detail.
1 is a boiler and 16, 17 (Fig. 3) a heating cable, respectively. a supply and a return line of a central heating system, while rend 2 represents a next to the boiler 1 angeord designated boiler for the preparation of hot water. The exhaust pipe 3 of the boiler 1 is provided with the flap 4 and opens into the combustion chamber 5 of the boiler 2 provided with grate 6. 7 is the door zL: m combustion chamber 5, 8 the door to an ash chamber under the grates. The pipe 9 connects the combustion chamber 5 with the chimney 10 (Fig. 2).
11 is a pipe socket arranged at the level of the grate on the boiler 2, which is connected to the lines 13, 14 by means of a three-way valve 12. 13 is a \ water line for filling the boiler 2. The line 14 is by means of devices not shown in the drawing for the release of heat, which are used for heating purposes, for example, niit the line 15 through the lid of the boiler 2 in this connection is introduced.
The lines 15 and 14 thus form a flow line and a return line of the boiler. According to FIG. 3, it is provided that the lines 14 and 15 are connected to the lines 16 and 17 of the boiler 1, so that the water from the boiler 2 ' can also be passed into lines 16 and 1.7.
For this purpose (Fig. 3) the corresponding lines 15 and 16, respectively. 14 and 17 through nozzle 18, respectively. 19 connected to each other, the nozzle 18 and 19 are connected by taps 20 to 23 with the ge called lines.
When the boiler 21 is heated by fire created in the firebox 5, the exhaust gases pull with the flap closed 4 after heat is given off to the wall of the fire chamber 5 and the flue pipes 3 and 9 through the latter and the chimney 10 into the open. The water heated by the walls of the furnace 5 and the flue pipes 3 and 9 flows through the lines 15 and the devices (not shown) for the release of heat and the line 14, if the cock 12 is set accordingly, through the nozzle 11 back into the lower part of the boiler 2 where it is reheated and the cycle starts again.
Instead of the heating devices, hot water outlet taps could also be connected to the line 15. When hot water is withdrawn through these taps, the boiler can be fed with fresh water by means of line 13 of the hot water withdrawal.
Through the appropriate position of the taps 20 to 23, the circulation of the water in. The lines 16 and 17 connected to the boiler 1 can be passed over, the warm water from the boiler 2 from the line 15 through the nozzle 18 after the line 16 and from the line 17 through the nozzle 19 is transferred into the line 14, from which it is fed back to the boiler 2 in order to run the last-described circuit again after heating.
When firing the boiler 1 loading the boiler 2 is not provided. The heating gases from the boiler 1 pull through the pipe 3, the fire chamber 5, the flue pipe 9 and pass through the chimney 10 into the open with the flap 4 open. When pulling through the pipe 3, the furnace 5 and the pipe 9, they give off any heat still present to these parts, through which the heat is transferred to the water in the boiler 2. The taps 21 to 23 can now be set so that the water heated in the boiler 1 circulates through the lines 16, 17 and the water heated in the boiler 2 through the lines 15, 14 and 11.
