Methods of cleaning heat exchange devices. The invention relates to a method for cleaning an agent which, in normal operation, uses a liquid, gas or dosed, substance-depositing agent through a flowing container of a heat exchange device by means of an auxiliary agent which dissolves the deposits.
Then the flow of the main agent is interrupted for cleaning and replaced by a self-contained circuit of the auxiliary. The method can be designed in such a way that the container for cleaning is switched off from the source that feeds it in normal operations and from the place where it delivers the consumed main agent, and that there is a conveyor between its outlet and inlet opening Direction containing diversion is connected.
This provision is made in the case that, in normal operation, the container receives the main medium from some elevated or pressurized point, and that a pump is therefore not required for its normal operation. Such is only possible for the second cleaning cycle to be initiated.
If the method is applied to a surface condensation system which contains a feed pump connected upstream of the condenser, the Sa.nS-leitiznb of the ramp and the condenser discharge, a connecting line with the associated switching device is switched on,
so that a liquid that dissolves the deposits is circulated through the water tank underneath the condenser during cleaning.
The drawing shows a surface condensation system as an exemplary embodiment of an implementation means for implementing the method. Dem.
The surface condenser 1 is usually supplied by means of the circulation pump 2 to cool water into the well 3 through the suction line 1 and the 1) ritcl @ line 5. The heated water is conveyed through the discharge line 6, 7 ,
ugleifung I is a three-way lanyard 8 and a three-way cock 9 is included in the lead 6, 7. These horns are connected by a line - t.unb 10. For normal operation, taps 8 and 11 are ordered so that the connection between each other is tiitl "; elto-
