Description

  

  Dispositif pour le     chauffage,    par un combustible gazeux, plus particulièrement par  l'acétylène, de chaudières construites en vue de brûler un combustible solide.    L'objet de la présente invention est un  dispositif pour le chauffage, par un combustible  gazeux, plus particulièrement par l'acétylène,  de     chaudières    construites en vue de brûler  un combustible solide, suivant la revendication  du brevet principal N  81084 dans lequel aux  orifices de la rampe à gaz sont superposées  des chambres dans lesquelles pénètrent, pour  s'y mélanger, le gaz et l'air de la rampe à  air, permettant d'obtenir un carburant dont  la flamme brûle avec une grande intensité  calorifique.  



  Le dessin annexé représente en coupe  verticale et schématiquement une forme d'exé  cution d'une chambre de mélange, donnée à  titre d'exemple.  



  Sur les orifices de la rampe à gaz sont  fixées de petites tubulures     .l    qui se terminent  chacune par une buse B qui pénètre dans un  chapeau C évasé à sa partie inférieure et se       terminant    à sa partie supérieure par une    tubulure D, formant brûleur. Le chapeau est  pourvu à l'extérieur d'un manteau E, con  centrique à celui-ci et qui a la même forme  que le chapeau C sur lequel il s'emboîte.  



  L'air qui se dégage de la rampe à air  placée sous la rampe à gaz, pénètre dans le  chapeau C et se mélange au gaz qui s'échappe  de la buse B pour former un carburant  propre à brûler à la partie supérieure D du  chapeau C en une flamme de grande intensité  calorifique. La zone fermée entre le manteau     E     et le chapeau C constitue une conduite dans  laquelle se forme un appel d'air supplémen  taire qui sert à l'oxydation de la flamme de  combustion. L'entrée du gaz et de l'air dans  la chambre de mélange est indiquée au dessin  par des     flèches.

  On the orifices of the gas train are fixed small tubes .l which each end with a nozzle B which enters a cap C flared at its lower part and terminating at its upper part with a tube D, forming a burner. The cap is provided on the outside with a mantle E, con centric to it and which has the same shape as the cap C on which it fits.



  The air which is released from the air rail placed under the gas train, enters the cap C and mixes with the gas which escapes from the nozzle B to form a clean fuel to burn at the upper part D of the cap C in a flame of great calorific intensity. The closed zone between the mantle E and the cap C constitutes a duct in which an additional draft of air is formed which serves for the oxidation of the combustion flame. The entry of gas and air into the mixing chamber is indicated in the drawing by arrows.
