Eckverbindung bei zusammenlegbaren Versandkartons. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Eckverbindung bei zusammenlegbaren Versandkartons, bei welcher ein Stab durch Wandungsteile des Kartons durchdringende Ösen eines Drahtes hindurchgesteckt ist. Gemäss der Erfindung sind die zwischen den Ösen liegenden Teile des Drahtes in einem durch Umbiegen eines Wandungsteils des Kartons gebildeten Falz angeordnet.
Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Eckverbindung eines Kartons in Fig. 1 bei senkrecht geschnittenem Karton von innen gesehen dargestellt, und Fig. 2 ist die Draufsicht zu Fig. 1, wäh rend Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach Linie r1-13 von Fig. 1 veranschaulicht; in Fig. 4, 5 und 6 ist der Draht in drei An sichten gezeichnet.
Ein Draht a ist in bestimmten Entfernun gen zu viereckigen oder auch runden oder vieleckigen weiten Ösen b im rechten Winkel abgebogen und dabei sind diese Ösen alle nach einer Seite gerichtet.
Die Verbindungs lappen c und d der zwei zusammenstossenden Wandungen des Pappkartons sindinbekannter Weise mit Schlitzen e versehen, die in glei cher Entfernung angebracht sind wie die Ösen<I>b</I> am Drabt <I>a.</I> Der Draht aa wird beim Aufstellen des Kartons mit.den Ösen b erst durch die Schlitze e des einen Verbindungs lappens c gesteckt, worauf letzterer gegen die Kartonwand geklappt wird, so dass der Draht aa in einen von der Kartonwand und dem Verbindungslappen c gebildeten Falz zu liegen kommt.
Dann schiebt man den zwei ten Verbindungslappen d, der an der Nach barwand des Kartons sitzt, so auf, dass die Ösen durch seine Schlitze dringen. Nunmehr wird ein starker Holzstab f durch die Ösen von oben nach unten gesteckt. Sind auf diese Weise alle vier Ecken verbunden, so wird ein Holzrahmen g zur Versteifung des Ober randes des Kartons aufgelegt. Zu diesem Zwecke sind die senkrechten Stäbe f um so viel kürzer gehalten, wie das Holz des Auf lagerahmens g stark ist.
Damit der Rahmen g bei seitlicher Verschiebung des Kartons nicht von den senkrechten Stäben f abgleiten kann, ist in jedem Stabe f in die obere Stirnseite ein Drahtwinkel lt eingeschlagen, und dieser legt sich, wie aus Fig. 1 und 2 ersichtlich, in die Ecke des auf dem Stab f liegenden Rahmens.
