Device for deriving motor power from a wheeled motor vehicle and for feeding soleher to the same.
The subject matter of the present invention is a device to generate motor power from a wheeled motor vehicle, for example to drive a machine tool, work machine; Pump ete. or to start the engine of another wheeled motor vehicle and to transfer external motor power to a wheeled motor vehicle to start the engine of this vehicle. The device can also be used for tractor purposes.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the rfindnngsgegcnstan- des are shown.
Figures 1, 2 and 3 are an elevation, a plan view, and a side view of a first embodiment, and Figures 4 and 5 are an elevation and a side view of a second embodiment.
In Fig. 1 and 3, 1 denotes a motor-driven, slightly raised wheel of an automobile and 2 is a pushable under the same shoe. The same consists of two parallel, upright set, at the ends by webs 3 interconnected rails 4 with castors 5. In these rails NEN are on both sides of the shoe 2 in front of standing waves 6th respectively. 7 rotatably mounted.
Sitting on each of these waves. between the rails 4 a correspondingly concave around the circumference of the wheel 1, with a cover S on the soft material, for example leather, a different level friction roller 9; respectively 10, and a belt pulley 11 is also seated on the shaft 6.
The latter can also be placed on the part of the shaft 6 projecting towards the other side or on each of the projecting parts of the shaft 7. L'rn the distance between the friction roller 10 and the roller 9 of the greetings. to be able to change the relevant wheel accordingly, two rows of mutually offset holes 12 for mounting the shaft 7 are attached in the rails 4.
The wheel 1 resting wholly or partially on the friction rollers 9, 10, when it is motor-driven, drives the aforementioned rollers 9, 10 by friction and can transfer this movement to any machine, pump, etc. by means of the belt pulley 11 . be transmitted. For example, an air pump for inflating the tires can be driven from the automobile.
On each preceding shaft part of the two shafts 6, respectively. 7 a coupling sleeve 13 with a spring 14 can also be inserted, the opposite end of which also carries a sleeve 15 if it is. This sleeve can be on \\ 'elle 6, respectively. 7 of another, under the wheel of a second car whose 11 '(otor is to be driven, sliding device of the type described with shoe 2 are set.
If the wheel 1 is driven by a motor, the frictional roller 10 causes shaft 7, sleeve 13. Spring 14, sleeve 1; 5. Shaft 6 'and friction roller 9' of the coupled device driven the wheel i \ of the second automobile and thus started its 3lotor, which eliminates the laborious start, let (cranking) with the crank.
By connecting the pulley 11 to a third-party engine. For example, a new electric motor, the friction roller 9 and thus the wheel 1 can be driven and thus the automobile engine can be started, i.e. cranking can be bypassed. If necessary, Liraft can be derived from each rear wheel of an automobile by means of a device described.
The pressure of the wheel on the friction rollers 9, 10 can be regulated by means of an axle jack. To use the car, the shoe is removed from the bike and the latter is lowered to the ground. By means of the device, the automobile can be made usable during the time not used for driving, and its utility value can thus be ascertained.
In the embodiment of FIGS. 4 and 5, the inward extension of the shaft 7 is mounted in a side lugs 20 of the shoe and carries a ball or roller bearing ring 21, around which a clamping hook 22 engages. A second hook 23 engages around the axle housing 23 of the rear wheel 1.
Both hooks have opposite nut threads and are connected to one another by a tension rod 24 with left and right threads. By rotating the rod 24, the wheel 1 can be pressed against the friction roller 10 and the required friction can thus be achieved. This is mainly two-dimensional when the automobile is under little or no load.
Instead of the belt pulley, a cable drum can be on one of the two shafts 6, respectively. 7 and so the device can also be used for tractor purposes.
It can also be used only one friction roller wid this in a Bodenversen effect of the garage so that only part of the circumference of the roller protrudes above the ground. The shaft of the roller with the transmission element is then also sunk.
