Abstract

The invention relates to a sports shoe (20) comprising: an inner shoe (3) adapted to form a walking shoe; an exogenous shell (1) whose dimensions allow to insert or extract said internal shoe (3), said exogenous shell for reinforcing said inner shoe and fix it on a sports article; said exogenous shell (1) having a sole (10), a stem front portion pivotable relative to said sole (10) about a first hinge (110), and a rear shaft portion pivotable relative to said sole (10) around a second joint (120). In the closed position, the stem front portion and the rod rear portion together define a window (14) behind which is located a deformable zone of the inner shoe (3), said window being located on the outer wall near the ankle. This forms a sports shoe without support on the malleolus.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present invention relates to the field of sports shoes, in particular the field of sports shoes comprising a rigid shell for skiing, skating, etc. The present invention relates in particular to a sports shoe with an exogenous rigid shell and a removable internal shoe such as walking or hiking shoe.

State of the art [0002] Ski boots having an internal shoe and a rigid exogenous shell are known in the state of the art. The inner shoe can be extracted from the exogenous shell to walk more comfortably, or inserted into this hull to ski. An example of such a shoe is described in WO 2009/097 550.

The exogenous shell of hard material has elastically deformable parts of the shell in positions at which potential points of compression may occur, in order to adapt the shoe to several individual foot shapes. In particular, these elastically deformable portions are formed of a membrane element which can be placed in particular in the side wall of the base of the exogenous shell.

The addition of these soft inserts or any other inserì in the rigid exogenous shell complicates the manufacture of the shoe. In addition, the connection zone between the hard part of the exogenous shell and the insert must maintain a good mechanical strength, or even a good seal, despite the mechanical stresses exerted on these two areas during the sports activity performed by the wearer of the shoe.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION [0007] An object of the present invention is to propose a new improved sports shoe with an exogenous shell and a removable internal shoe.

Another object of the invention is to provide a new sports shoe with a simplified design and in which there is no support on the external malleolus of the wearer, that is to say no support on the external malleolus of the wearer with a rigid or hard portion of the shoe.

According to the invention, these objects are achieved in particular by means of a sports shoe comprising: an internal shoe adapted to form a walking shoe; an exogenous shell whose dimensions allow to insert or extract said internal shoe, said exogenous shell for reinforcing said inner shoe and fix it on a sports article; said exogenous shell having a sole, a stem front portion adapted to pivot relative to said sole around a first joint, and a rear shaft portion pivotable relative to said sole around a second joint.

According to the invention, when the exogenous shell is in the closed position, said stem front portion and said stem rear portion together define a window behind which is located a deformable zone of the inner shoe, said window being located on the outer wall near ankle.

This solution has the advantage over the prior art not to exert support on the external malleolus of the wearer, which is an intense friction zone between the foot and the sports shoe, and this as much as the external malleolus is more protuberant according to the anatomy of the wearer of the shoe.

Thus, the comfort of the wearer of the shoe is improved. The weight of the shoe is also reduced and its construction is simplified.

Example (s) of Embodiment of the Invention [0013] The sports shoe 20 illustrated is a ski boot. The invention could also be applied to other types of sports shoes, for example ice skates or rollerblades, snowboard boots, etc.

The sports shoe 20 illustrated in Figs. 1 and 2 comprises an inner shoe 3, shown in more detail in FIG. 3, and an exogenous shell 1 shown in FIGS. 4 to 8. The inner shoe 3 is designed to keep the foot warm, and also to allow a comfortable walk in the city, at the ski restaurant or in the snow. This internal shoe 3 is not therefore a boot without sole suitable for contact with the ground as in some ski boots of the prior art. The inner shoe 3 is for example a walking shoe, hiking type or walking in the mountains, so preferably with upper stem and with a sole 37 suitable for walking. The inner shoe 3 therefore overall has a certain flexibility, in particular it comprises a flexible sole, namely a sole 37 which allows to fold more or less the inner shoe when it is caught between the front and the heel, and which allows at the foot to form a certain unrolled when walking.

The exogenous shell 1 is intended to stiffen the inner shoe 3 and allow to introduce it into a ski binding or in another sporting article. The foot and ankle are held by the inner shoe, which has for example laces 36, and with greater pressure by the exogenous shell when it is closed. In place of these laces 36, another closure or clamping system may be used, such as straps with Velcro® (hook fastener and textile loops that cooperate), elastic bands, a fastening system by tightening BOA type (by rotation and locking), etc.

The inner shoe 3 comprises various soft padding materials 35 providing thermal insulation, impermeability and ensuring comfort, especially for the rod, including the portion intended to cover the malleolus and in particular the external malleolus of the carrier. The sole 37 of the inner shoe and reinforcing bars over the base 31 which covers the foot and / or the shank 30 may, however, be made of rigid synthetic materials. The inner shoe 3 does not in principle have a rigid portion extended on the surface, but only possibly on one or more portion (s) very localized (s). The sole 37 is not rigid but flexible and flexible as previously described. The inner shoe 3 is however not fully protected by the exogenous shell 1 and must therefore be made of waterproof materials. The dimensions of the exogenous shell 1 allow to insert or extract the inner shoe 3. As seen in Figs. 1,2 and 4 to 8, the exogenous shell 1 comprises a sole 10 forming part of a base 13, a front part of the rod 11 capable of pivoting relative to the sole 10 around a first articulation 110, and a part rear of rod 12 which can pivot relative to the sole 10 around a second hinge 120. In a variant not shown, it is also possible to have only one of the two rod parts that is hinged. The inner shoe 3 can be inserted into the exogenous shell, respectively extracted from this shell, by pivoting the front portion of the rod 11 and / or the rear portion of the rod 12, as seen in FIGS. 6 and 7. In one embodiment, however, the inner shoe could be extracted or inserted by pivoting only the rear portion 12, the front portion 11 remaining in the position shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. The pivoting of the front portion 11, however, makes the extraction of the inner shoe 3 easier, and furthermore makes it possible to reduce the height and bulk of the exoskeleton (the exogenous shell 1) if it remains on the ski.

The reference 18 illustrates an axillary reinforcement pivoting about an axis 180 connected to the base 13 of the exogenous shell 1, and which is fixed in closed position against the inner face of the rear stem portion 12 by means of a post 182 inserted into an opening forming a latch 181 in this rear shank portion 12. The base 13 of the exogenous shell 1 houses the base 31 of the inner shoe 3, this base 31 forming a foot portion as it receives the foot of the user, namely the anatomical portion below the ankle.

The exogenous shell 1 can be closed and tightened by means of shoe loops, in this example two loops 112 and 113 (see FIGS. 1 and 2) which make it possible to tension the clamping bands 114 and 115 respectively. front rod 11 clamped against the rear shank portion 12, and placing the exogenous shell 1 in the closed position.

The internal shoe 3 illustrated in FIG. 3 comprises a base 31, a rod 30 and a sole 37. The reference 35 indicates the padding. The inner shoe 3 closes in this embodiment shown by means of a lace 36 with a lace stop 34 which allows to stretch the lace and hook the stop 34 at a fixed point on the tongue 33.

As seen in Figs. 1,2 and 4, on the outer wall of the exogenous shell 1, near the outer portion of the ankle, in the closed position of the outer shell 1, the stem front portion 11, the stem rear portion 12 and the base 13 together define the edge of a window 14 behind which is located a deformable zone of the inner shoe 3. Thus, when the inner shoe 3 is mounted in the exogenous shell 1, the window 14 is located on the outer wall of the internal shoe 3, near the ankle, especially opposite the external malleolus. This deformable zone of the wall of the inner shoe 3, which is opposite the opening that forms the window 14, belongs to the lower part of the upper of the inner shoe 3: it is generally the entire stem of the inner shoe 3 which is flexible (as in Fig. 3), thus deformable but it is also conceivable the case of a flexible rod in portions, one of these portions comprising the area facing the window 14.

It is understood that in the present text, apart from the outer shell 1 and the inner shoe 3 above, the term "outer" means an element or a portion which is turned outwardly relative to the leg / at the foot of the wearer of the shoe (eg the larger toe is the outer toe) and the term "internal" refers to an element or portion that is inwardly facing the wearer's leg / foot ( for example the smallest toe is the internal toe).

In this way, the window 14 directly on the flexible wall of the inner shoe. Unlike other shoes of the prior art there is thus no rigid element facing the outer face of the ankle at the location of the external malleolus, neither in the exogenous shell 1, nor in the internal shoe 3. In particular, the window 14 is not equipped with an insert, but remains free and open in all circumstances. Furthermore, the wall of the inner shoe 3 does not include a zone or a rigid piece, such as a pivot that could cooperate with the window 14 to attach the inner shoe 3 to the exogenous shell 1. On the contrary, the wall of the inner shoe 3 is flexible, and therefore deformable, in particular in the area of the wall of the inner shoe 3 intended to cover the external malleolus. In this way, no pressure or support is exerted on the external malleolus of the ankle which not only increases the comfort of the wearer of the shoe, but also grants a certain possibility of relative movement, including bending, of the upper the exogenous shell 1 (front portion 11 and rear portion 12) relative to the inner shoe 1.

Also, it is understood that the inner shoe 3 is visible through said window 14 when the sports shoe 20 is worn by the user.

Thanks to the rigid attachment between outer shell 1 and inner shoe 3 by the fasteners and the grooves, it leads to a good transmission of forces without locking between the exogenous shell and the inner shoe at the ankle, and especially without support on the malleolus (malleolus), so no contact between the exogenous shell and the internal shoe at the level of the malleolus (malleolus).

The exogenous shell comprises, in the illustrated embodiment, a widely open structure allowing to see the inner shoe.
