Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein mit einem Anti-Reflex-Beschichtungssystem beschichtetes anorganisches, transparentes Substrat Dieses umfasst eine Hartstoffbeschichtung, welche als eine amorphe, transparente Schicht umfassend Aluminium, Silizium, Stickstoff und Sauerstoff ausgebildet ist Der Stoffmengenanteil der Hartstoffschicht an oxidischem Aluminium ist größer als der an nitridischem Silizium, der Stoffmengenanteil der Hartstoffschicht an oxidischem Aluminium ist grösser als der an nitridischem Aluminium und der Stoffmengenanteil der Hartstoffschicht an oxidischem Aluminium ist grösser als der an oxidischem Silizium, wobei der Stoffmengenanteil der Hartstoffschicht an Stickstoff größer als der an Sauerstoff ist Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen beschichteten Substrats
