Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmplatte aus expandiertem Polystyrol (EPS), insbesondere zur Wärmeisolation von Gebäudeteilen, insbesondere Aussenfassaden, Sockelbereichen, Wänden oder Dächern, umfassend eine Dämmplatte. Bereitgestellt werden soll eine Wärmedämmplatte, die kostengünstig herstellbar ist, bei gleichzeitig verbessertem Dämmwert. Dies wird erreicht durch eine Dämmplatte, die aus gelb pigmentierten Polystyrolpartikeln und weniger als 30 Vol.-% dunkel pigmentierten Polystyrolpartikeln resp. -perlen mit atherman wirkenden Bestandteilen besteht.The invention relates to a thermal insulation panel made of expanded polystyrene (EPS), in particular for heat insulation of building parts, in particular exterior facades, base areas, walls or roofs, comprising an insulation board. [0001] Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wärmedämmplatte aus expandiertem Polystyrol (EPS), insbesondere zur Wärmeisolation von Gebäudeteilen, insbesondere Aussenfassaden, Sockelbereichen, Wänden, Decken oder Dächern, umfassend eine Dämmplatte. Der Anteil der pigmentierten Styrolpolymerisatpartikel kann 10–90 Gew.-% betragen, siehe z.B. DE-U-20 315 226, wobei ein Anteil von 30 Gew.-% oder insbesondere von 50 Gew.-% pigmentierter Partikel als besonders vorteilhaft angesehen wird, resp. nur eine Dämmplatte mit einem Verhältnis von 50:50 tatsächlich hergestellt wird. Weiterhin sind auch Dämmplatten aus Polystyrol mit einem Anteil von 0,5–5 Gew.-% (EP-B-0 620 246) oder 2–8 Gew.-% (EP-B-0 981 574) atherman wirkenden Zusätze enthalten, wobei ein Styrolpolymerisat gemäss EP-B-0 981 574 noch zusätzlich ein Flammschutzmittel, insbesondere organische Bromverbindungen enthält. Gemäss EP-B-1 815 077 können die Dämmplatten auch aus zwei EPS-Teilen bestehen, einem Teil mit überwiegender Dämmwirkung, der aus einem grauen expandierten Polystyrol besteht und athermane Stoffe enthält, und einem zweiten, wesentlich dünneren Teil aus weissem expandierten Polystyrol mit einer weiteren Schutzeigenschaft. Die athermanen Stoffe können wiederum Russ, Grafit, Metallpulver oder Metalloxid u.a. sein und als Infrarotabsorber bzw. -reflektoren fungieren.
