Abstract
Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un contenitore concavo commestibile (1), quale ad esempio un cono o una coppa, atto in particolare ad essere riempito con un prodotto dolciario, quale una crema od un gelato. Secondo il trovato, detto contenitore concavo commestibile (1) è realizzato in un alimento spumoso solidificato, in particolare meringa. Il contenitore secondo il trovato fornisce una valida alternativa ai coni tradizionali in cialda e wafer, sia dal punto di vista del sapore, sia dal punto di vista della compatibilità con intolleranze a glutine, latticini e simili.

[0001] Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un contenitore concavo commestibile, quale ad esempio un cono o una coppa.
[0002] In particolare, il presente trovato si riferisce ad un contenitore concavo commestibile atto ad essere riempito con un prodotto dolciario, quale una crema od un gelato.
Arte Nota
[0003] Sono noti ed universalmente diffusi i cosiddetti coni gelato. Il cono gelato è un contenitore per il gelato o simile prodotto di forma conica aperto alla base realizzato con una cialda o wafer, da impugnare con la parte aperta in alto. Anche se si parla universalmente di coni gelato, tali contenitori in cialda o wafer possono anche avere forme concave diverse, ad esempio a tronco di cono, a semisfera e cosi via.
[0004] Si tratta in linea generale di contenitori atti a contenere alimenti, solitamente prodotti dolciari come creme e gelati, che sono essi stessi commestibili.
[0005] Tali contenitori commestibili in cialda o wafer presentano tuttavia notevoli inconvenienti, in particolare per quanto riguarda il problema delle intolleranze alimentari. Le cialde sono infatti realizzate a partire da farina di grano e non possono essere pertanto consumate da persone affette da intolleranze alimentari a tale alimento, in particolare da persone affette da intolleranze al glutine quali la celiachia.
[0006] Sono noti peraltro contenitori concavi realizzati in cioccolato. Tuttavia, essi non costituiscono una soluzione sicura al problema summenzionato; ad esempio l’AIC Associazione Italiana Celiachia sul suo sito web indica il cioccolato come alimento a rischio.
[0007] Scopo principale del presente trovato è quello di superare gli inconvenienti summenzionati fornendo un contenitore concavo commestibile realizzato in un materiale alternativo ai materiali noti, quali cialda o wafer.
[0008] Questo ed altri scopi sono raggiunti da un contenitore cavo commestibile come rivendicato nelle unite rivendicazioni.
Descrizione dell’invenzione
[0009] Realizzando il contenitore secondo il trovato in un alimento spumoso solidificato, in particolare meringa (ovvero alimento spumoso solidificato a base di albume d’uovo e zucchero), è possibile fornire una valida e vantaggiosa alternativa ai coni gelato noti ed analoghi contenitori commestibili in cialda o wafer.
[0010] Secondo tecnica nota, meringhe e altri alimenti spumosi solidificati sono realizzati in forme piene, cioè convesse. Non era pertanto evidente rivolgersi a questo tipo di prodotti per la realizzazione di contenitori concavi commestibili.
[0011] Tuttavia essi hanno dato prova di fornire una valida soluzione al problema sopra enunciato.
[0012] In particolare, la meringa non contiene né glutine (uova e zucchero sono indicati come alimenti permessi dall’Aie -Associazione Italiana Celiachia sul suo sito web) né latticini e può quindi essere consumata senza problemi da persone affette da intolleranze a tali alimenti, che sono largamente diffuse.
[0013] Peraltro, al di là del problema delle intolleranze alimentari, contenitori commestibili in meringa forniscono una valida alternativa anche dal punto di vista del sapore ai tradizionali coni in cialda o wafer e possono essere piacevolmente consumate anche da persone che non soffrono di intolleranze.

Descrizione di un Esempi di Esecuzione del Trovato
[0015] Con riferimento alle fig. 1-2 è illustrato un contenitore concavo commestibile 1 secondo il trovato.
[0016] Detto contenitore 1 presenta una cavità 3 atta a ricevere un alimento, in particolare un prodotto dolciario, quale ad esempio panna montata, una crema, un gelato e cosi via. Nell’esempio illustrato, il contenitore 1 ha forma troncoconica, aperta in corrispondenza della base maggiore. È evidente tuttavia che esso potrebbe avere forma diversa, ad esempio conica aperta alla base, semisferica, cilindrica aperta in corrispondenza di una o di entrambe le basi e - più in generale - qualsiasi forma concava.
[0017] Secondo il trovato, detto contenitore 1 è realizzato in un alimento spumoso solidificato, in particolare in meringa. Detta meringa potrà essere eventualmente aromatizzata secondo le normali conoscenze del tecnico del settore. Detta meringa potrà inoltre eventualmente essere ricoperta o decorata (ad esempio con cioccolato fuso) secondo le normali conoscenze del tecnico del settore.
[0018] È evidente da quanto sopra descritto che il contenitore concavo commestibile secondo il trovato permette di raggiungere gli scopi sopra prefissati.
[0019] È inoltre evidente che è possibile immaginare numerose varianti e modifiche alla portata del tecnico del settore senza comunque uscire dall’ambito del trovato come definito dalle unite rivendicazioni.
Claims (11)
1. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava, caratterizzato dal fatto di essere realizzato in un alimento spumoso solidificato.
2. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1, in cui detto alimento spumoso solidificato è meringa.
3. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto contenitore è di forma conica, aperta alla base.
4. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto contenitore è di forma tronco-conica, aperta alla base maggiore.
5. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto contenitore è di forma semisferica.
6. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto contenitore è di forma cilindrica, aperta a una base.
7. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto contenitore è di forma cilindrica, aperta ad entrambe le basi.
8. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto alimento spumoso solidificato è privo di glutine.
9. Contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo la rivendicazione 1 o 2, in cui detto alimento spumoso solidificato è privo di latticini.
10. Alimento comprendente un contenitore commestibile di forma concava secondo una qualsiasi delle rivendicazioni da 1 a 8 ed un prodotto dolciario contenuto nella cavità (3) definita da detto contenitore commestibile di forma concava.
11. Alimento secondo la rivendicazione 9, in cui detto prodotto dolciario è una crema o un gelato.
