Abstract

The fixation has a steel rod (1) with an end fixed to a part such as decorative element (2) e.g. stone, of a jewelry. A socket (3) has a part that is split, thinned and embossed to form flexible fingers (5) placed on a groove (6). The socket is fixed in a tube (4) that creates a space for displacement of the fingers after deformation of the fingers and limits course of displacement. The tube connects another part of the jewelry while ensuring free sliding of the rod during closing of the fixation, where the fixation is opened by reverse movement of the rod after a traction on the rod.

  [0001]    La présente invention concerne une fixation interchangeable pour bijoux, tels que boucles d'oreilles, colliers, pendentifs, bracelets, broches, bagues, piercing, etc. La fixation décrite dans cette invention a pour avantages principaux, par rapport aux fixations existantes, de réduire son encombrement et d'éviter des effets de déformation du ressort qui sont parfois la cause d'une ouverture intempestive et inopportune. Sa miniaturisation et son efficacité en font une fixation apte à être intégrée dans de nombreux bijoux et à permettre aisément le changement de l'élément décoratif, tel qu'une pierre, un émail ou un décor en métal précieux.

  

[0002]    On connaît la boucle d'oreilles munie d'une tige avec au moins une rainure sur laquelle vient glisser un papillon, appelé "poussette" et constitué d'un oeillet et de deux ailes ou boucles agissantes comme des ressorts provoquant l'arrêt et le blocage du papillon, lorsque ce dernier passe sur la rainure. Ce système est décrit notamment dans le brevet français FR 102 232. Le défaut reconnu de la fixation à poussette est que les deux ailes ressorts sont susceptibles de se déformer, en particulier suite à des manipulations malencontreuses, lorsque l'utilisateur appuie fortement le papillon sur la tige. Il en résulte que l'une ou l'autre aile du papillon n'appuie plus suffisamment sur la tige lorsqu'il est en position fermé sur la rainure et que la fixation peut se détacher lors d'une traction banale sur le bijou.

  

[0003]    Le brevet américain US 4 382 317 apporte un perfectionnement à la fixation à poussette en fixant l'extrémité des deux boucles à l'oeillet central dans lequel coulisse la tige. Cette opération a pour conséquence de rigidifier les deux lames et de rendre la fixation plus "dure" sans empêcher pour autant les déformations plastiques du ressort, en particulier lorsqu'il est en or.

  

[0004]    Le brevet américain US 5 392 617 est également connu. Les deux lames-ressort pliées qui viennent se loger dans la rainure ont pour avantage d'avoir un angle d'attaque perpendiculaire par rapport à la tige et de permettre un meilleur ancrage dans la rainure. Cette fixation ne protège pas non plus des manipulations qui forcent les lames-ressort à se déformer.

  

[0005]    L'invention décrite ici est une fixation constituée d'une tige 1 fixée par une de ses extrémités à l'élément décoratif du bijou 2 au moyen de méthodes connues, l'autre extrémité 7 disposant d'une forme appropriée pour s'engager dans un orifice et d'au moins une rainure 6. La deuxième partie de la fixation est un tube 4 dans lequel est fixée une douille partiellement fendue 3 dont une partie 5 est amincie et encochée de façon à servir de lame-ressort et à s'ancrer dans une des rainures 6.

[0007]    La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe de l'invention décrite ci-dessus. La tige 1 n'est pas nécessairement rectiligne pour la partie comprise entre la fixation et l'élément décoratif 2. La forme de l'extrémité 7 peut être arrondie ou conique de manière à faciliter la pénétration dans la douille 3. L'ensemble de la douille 3 montée dans le tube 4 est d'une grande importance pour l'invention. La douille 3 est fendue dans sa partie amincie, par exemple en quatre. Lorsque la tige 1 pénètre dans la douille 3, les doigts 5 formés par la partie fendue s'écartent puis se referment sur la rainure de la tige 1. Le diamètre intérieur du tube 4 est ajusté de telle façon qu'il permet l'écartement des doigts 5 mais qu'il limite son déplacement de manière à éviter une déformation plastique, c'est-à-dire permanente de ces doigts.

   De plus la partie non-flexible de la douille 3 sert de guidage à la tige 1 pour la forcer à se présenter selon l'axe longitudinal de la fixation et d'éviter ainsi la possibilité de forcer un ou plusieurs doigts 5.

  

[0008]    La fig. 2 représente plusieurs vues de la douille 3. Les doigts 5 fendus et embossés sont bien visibles. La douille 3 montrée ici présente encore une portée 8 destinée à faciliter son montage, que ce soit par chassage, soudage ou collage. Il est également possible d'imaginer que la douille 3 et le tube 4 ne forment qu'une seule pièce, pour autant que des butées de protection soient aménagées pour éviter la déformation plastique des doigts 5.

  

[0009]    La fig. 3 est un exemple de boucle d'oreilles montée avec la fixation de l'invention. La pièce 10 est un élément fixé sur le tube 4 pour faciliter la préhension et la manipulation de la fixation.

As a result, one or the other wing of the butterfly no longer bears sufficiently on the rod when it is in the closed position on the groove and that the fastener can be detached during a banal pull on the jewel.

  

US Patent 4,382,317 provides an improvement to the stroller attachment by fixing the end of the two loops to the central eyelet in which slides the rod. This operation has the effect of stiffening the two blades and make fixing more "hard" without preventing the plastic deformations of the spring, especially when it is gold.

The two folded spring blades which are housed in the groove have the advantage of having an angle of attack perpendicular to the rod and allow better anchoring in the groove. [0007] FIG. 1 is a sectional view of the invention described above. The rod 1 is not necessarily rectilinear for the portion between the fastener and the decorative element 2. The shape of the end 7 may be rounded or conical so as to facilitate penetration into the socket 3. The set of the sleeve 3 mounted in the tube 4 is of great importance for the invention. The sleeve 3 is split in its thinned portion, for example in four. When the rod 1 enters the sleeve 3, the fingers 5 formed by the slotted portion move apart and then close on the groove of the rod 1. The inner diameter of the tube 4 is adjusted so that it allows the spacing fingers 5 but limits its movement so as to avoid plastic deformation, that is to say permanent of these fingers.

FIG. 2 shows several views of the sleeve 3. The fingers 5 split and embossed are clearly visible. The sleeve 3 shown here also has a scope 8 to facilitate its assembly, whether by driving, welding or gluing. It is also possible to imagine that the sleeve 3 and the tube 4 form a single piece, provided that protective stops are arranged to prevent the plastic deformation of the fingers 5.

  

FIG. 3 is an example of an earring mounted with the fixation of the invention. The piece 10 is an element attached to the tube 4 to facilitate the gripping and manipulation of the fastener.

  

FIG. 4 is a simple fastener for use in many types of jewelry, such as earrings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets, brooches, rings, piercings, etc. The piece 12 symbolizes a fixed attachment to a piece of jewelry, while the tube 4 containing the attachment is secured to another part of the jewel.

  

FIG. 5 shows a double fastening according to the same principle and which has the advantage of allowing the change of the rod 1 during the assembly of another decorative element of the jewel.

  

FIG. 6 is an example of a collar mounted with a simple attachment, according to the invention.

  

The various embodiments described above show some of the many possibilities of application of the invention. The material used for the manufacture of the sleeve 3 may be gold, titanium, steel or other materials sufficiently flexible for this application.

Claims

1. Interchangeable attachment for jewelry, for example earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, pins, rings, piercing, characterized by a rod (1), for example steel, fixed by one of its ends to a part of the jewel (2), the other end (7) having a shape suitable for engaging in an orifice and at least one groove (6) on which are placed, when closing the fastener at least two flexible fingers (5), elements of a sleeve (3), part of which has been split, thinned and embossed to form said fingers (5) while the other part (3) serves as a guide for the rod (1) said sleeve (3) being itself fixed in a tube (4) by appropriate means, the role of said tube (4) being to create the space necessary for the movement of the fingers (5)

Interchangeable attachment for jewelry, for example earrings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants, brooches, rings, piercing, according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the way in which one of the extremities of the stem is attached to the corresponding part of the jewel is the same as in the case of the other end.
