The invention relates to a device for contamination-free filling of flowing and bulk materials, comprising a filling tube for the transfer of flow or bulk materials in a container and arranged around the filling tube film supply, on a film for shielding from the Fill tube exiting flow or bulk material against the environment is provided.
Such devices are suitable, for example, for the transfer of fluid and bulk materials from a reservoir into smaller individual containers. In many cases, there is a great deal of interest in the product not coming into contact with the environment or with certain components of the dispenser for a variety of reasons. For this purpose, the product purity, the protection of the environment and of the personnel involved in the handling, as well as the cleaning effort in batch operation are merely examples.
The invention is based on a so-called endless liner system, in which the product is conveyed from the filling tube into a container lined with film material container. The container thus does not come into direct contact with the product. This is particularly advantageous if the container serves only as a dosing and should be used for other filling operations with other flowing and bulk materials. The film material is for this purpose e.g. held in a cassette through which extends the usually made of stainless steel filling tube. Contamination of the film supply with product is excluded here.
If the cassette is replaced or the filling device subjected to a cleaning, it is usually necessary to dismantle the entire assembly including the filling tube.
From the prior art, it is already known to carry out a filling process under a protective film, wherein the protective film separates the product during transfer from a filling tube of the filling device into a container from the environment.
In particular, from DE 4 406 605 A1 discloses a filling device of the type mentioned above, with a flowable or pourable Good can be filled under ambient conditions continuously in tubular bag. The corresponding tubular bags are pulled off via the filling tube, which protrudes into the respective bag to be filled. The supply of the film material for the tubular bag takes place here continuously, so that the problem of disassembly is only for the purpose of cleaning. However, the associated effort to the rigid filling tube is considerable.
Another filling device is described in WO 2005/056 443 A1. In this case, a film tube is connected to the outlet of a filling tube. The film tube is initially tied and is tightly connected at its free end to a container inlet made of film material. Subsequently, the film tube is opened and filled the container. After filling, the film tube and the container can be tied so that when the connection is disconnected, a separation between the product and the environment is always maintained. The separated sections are then disposed of. The film tube is withdrawn from a film supply, which is arranged above the outlet opening to the filling tube. Again, a significant cleaning effort in the field of rigid filling tube is required for a batch change.
In addition, this apparatus lacks an endless liner system with which a packaging wrapper could be formed or a container could be lined.
Against this background, the invention is based on the object to provide a filling device of the type mentioned, which is particularly easy to clean and handle.
This object is achieved by a device according to claim 1. The device according to the invention comprises a filling tube for transferring flow or bulk goods into a filling container and a film supply arranged around the filling tube, via which a film-shaped material for shielding flow or bulk material emerging from the filling tube from the environment can be provided. It is characterized in particular by the fact that the filling tube is lined with a replaceable tube of foil-like material or formed by an exchangeable tube of foil-shaped material.
In contrast to the prior art omitted in the inventive solution by the non-contamination of a rigid filling tube otherwise required in a batch change in this regard cleaning. According to the invention, depending on the configuration, only the lining must be removed or the flexible hose replaced by a new hose.
The elimination of a rigid filling tube made of stainless steel also facilitates handling when replacing the film supply and the cleaning of other components of the filling device.
Moreover, a significant weight advantage is achieved, which is noticeable in particular in an arrangement of the filling device on a scale, as a result of the weighing range of the balance is less stressed and consequently for the dosing a larger weighing range is available.
Further advantageous embodiments of the invention are specified in the patent claims.
Preferably, the tube is made of foil-shaped material between an inlet-side upper nozzle and an outlet-side lower nozzle.
A quick attachment and removal is made possible in an advantageous embodiment in that at the upper nozzle and the lower nozzle each have a fastener for releasably securing the tube is made of foil-shaped material.
Further, an outer tube may be provided, on which the film supply for the film-shaped material for shielding emerging from the filling tube flow or bulk material is held. This shielding material can be used at the same time as packaging material for the filled individual batches. The lower nozzle is connected to this outer tube. A hose connected to the lower connection usually remains connected as long as the same filling or bulk material is separated.
In addition, the upper nozzle may also be connected to the outer tube, whereby an independent structural unit is formed, on which both the film supply for the shielding or packaging material and further the hose are held.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, the filling pipe is preceded by a metering element.
The filling tube or the hose thereof may be connected to the metering element. However, it is also possible that the filling tube and the metering element form a unit that can be replaced together. The latter is advantageous if a likewise exchangeable hose-like metering element according to the parallel patent application entitled "metering element" is used. Furthermore, in the latter case, the tube of foil-like material can also be guided over or through the metering element and connected to an outlet arranged upstream of the metering element.
The sheet-like material for the lining of the stuffing tube or for providing a tube can be withdrawn from an endless supply similar to an endless liner system, which is understood here as an endless supply also cartridges, the material for a variety of Füllrohrauskleidungen or flexible Contain hoses. If a dosing element is present, the endless supply is preferably arranged above it.
Alternatively to such a stock of material already cut to length material for the lining of the filling tube or to provide the flexible hose can be connected.
If film-shaped material is used only for lining a substantially rigid sleeve of a filling tube, the weight reduction may not be very serious, but eliminates the cleaning of the filling tube, since the contaminated foil-shaped material is disposed of and the sleeve is readily reusable.
For the sake of weight savings, the sleeve may be made of plastic or a perforated plate or formed as a wire construction.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to embodiments shown in the drawing. The drawing shows in:
<Tb> FIG. 1 <sep> is a schematic representation of an apparatus for the contamination-free filling of flowable and bulk materials according to a first embodiment of the invention,
<Tb> FIG. 2 <sep> is a schematic representation of a device for the contamination-free filling of flowable and bulk materials according to a second embodiment of the invention, and in
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> is a schematic representation of a device for the contamination-free filling of flowing and bulk materials according to a third embodiment of the invention.
The first embodiment of Fig. 1 zeigt a filling device 1 for flowing and bulk materials, with a larger batch can be divided into smaller batches. The filling device 1 can be connected, for example, to the outlet of a storage bunker. It is also possible to mount the filling device 1 on an emptying device for bags and the like.
A flow or bulk material passes through a filling tube 2 into a filling container 3. According to the invention, it is provided that the flow and bulk material does not come into contact with the environment on its way through the filling tube 2 into the filling container 3. For this purpose, the product path is protected up to the filling container 3 by a film-shaped material 4. In the illustrated embodiment, the filling container 3 is also formed by the film-shaped material 4 itself. However, it is also possible to line a filling container made of a stable material through the film, as described in the parallel patent application "metering element on a container for liquid or bulk materials".
The film-shaped material 4 is withdrawn from a film supply 5, which is arranged around the filling tube 2 around. The film supply 5 can be held on an outer tube 6, through which the filling tube 2 extends therethrough. The film-shaped material 4 of the film supply 5 can be stored as an endless tube. However, it is also a storage of individual hose sections possible. Moreover, the film-shaped material can also be supplied as a strip material, which is optionally first welded to a hose in place.
The film-shaped material 4 of the film supply 5 can be unraveled aufgerafft to the outer tube 6. Optionally, as shown in connection with the third embodiment in Fig. 3, the film-shaped material 4 for a filling operation against the outer tube 6 by means of a releasable clamping device 7 are sealed. For this particular own clamping rings, Bridenbänder, Blähklemmen and the like. In the third embodiment, the annular clamping device 7 extends around a lower or outlet end portion of the outer tube 6. About the clamping device 7, the film supply 5 can be well shielded from the flow or bulk material.
Further, the outer tube 6 has a cover plate 8, on which the inlet side is an upper nozzle 9, and also a bottom plate 10 with an outlet-side lower nozzle 11. Between these nozzles 9 and 11, the filling tube 2 is clamped. The attachment and a seal of the filling tube 2 to the nozzle 9 and 11 can be done via detachable fasteners 12 and 13, such as clamping rings, Bridenbänder, Blähklemmen, elastic O-rings, adhesive tapes and the like. These fasteners 12 and 13 are either attached separately, but can also be incorporated directly into the material of the filling tube 2, for example in the form of elastic rings or adhesive tapes.
The filling tube 2 is formed in the embodiment shown in Fig. 1 as a flexible tube 14 which consists of an elastomeric material, in particular a plastic film. As shown in FIG. 1, this hose 14 is fixed to both the upper nozzle 9 and the lower nozzle 11. As already stated, the hose 14 is clamped, so that it can be replaced quickly and easily. The fastening elements 12 and 13 shown as O-rings in FIG. 1 are merely exemplary in nature and may be replaced by other clamping and tensioning devices known to those skilled in the art, which ensure a seal.
In a batch change, the filling tube 2 can be easily replaced, so that a complex cleaning process of the same is not required. For this purpose, the filling tube 2 can optionally be tied together at its lower end, as a result of which residues adhering in the filling tube 2 can not escape to the outside. Equally, then, the upper end of the filling tube 2 are tied together. Furthermore, the filling tube 2 can be dismantled under completion by the film 4, whereby this can be disposed of together with a portion of the film 4, preferably enclosed in this. Subsequently, a new filling tube 2 is drawn between the nozzle 9 and 11.
In the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, the flexible hose 14 is externally mounted on a tubular outlet and fixed by means of a first O-ring. The flexible hose 14 is slipped later in the further course from the outside over the upper nozzle 9 and can optionally be additionally fixed there by a further fastening element 13, for example a second O-ring. However, the flexible tube 14 can also be inserted directly into the upper neck 9, without being slipped over or attached to this.
The free end of the tube 14 is everted over the lower socket 11 to the outside and is fixed by another fastener 12, for example, a third O-ring.
Are the O-rings incorporated in the flexible hose, they are mitentsorgt the same exchange.
Furthermore, the flexible tube 14 and the film-shaped material 4 of the film supply 5 in the region of the further fastening element 12 at the lower nozzle 11 are sealed against each other. For this purpose, a portion of the film-shaped material 4 is pulled from the upper end of the film supply 5 between this and the filling tube 2 and the outer tube 6 through to the lower nozzle 11 down and pulled under the fastener 12. If the fastening element 12 is not embedded in the flexible hose 14, the film-shaped material 4 can be guided over the everted flexible hose 14 and tightened by means of the fastening element 12. Furthermore, it is possible to weld the film-shaped material 4 with the flexible hose 14 or to glue, in which case the fastening element 12 can be omitted.
This also applies to the case that the film-shaped material 4 and the flexible tube 14 are integrally formed with each other. When mounting the one-piece variant, the film-shaped material 4 is guided through the nozzle 11 upwards and, for example, as shown in Fig. 1 attached to the upper nozzle 9 and / or the outlet.
Are the flexible tube 14 and the film-shaped material 4 welded together, glued or integrally formed, the material of the flexible tube 14 is pulled down when pulled down from the film-shaped material 4, so that this takes the same way as the film-shaped material. 4 The material of the flexible hose 14 is thus disposed of together with the film-shaped material 4 when the supply 5 of the film-shaped material 4 is over.
If, however, the flexible tube 14 and the film-shaped material 4 only together, optionally also clamped separately, if desired, the flexible tube 14 remain in its position when the film-shaped material 4, a new supply 5 is mounted.
All components described above can be combined to form a preassemblable unit 15, which can be connected to a storage bunker or an emptying device in total.
In addition, this unit 15 can be preceded by a metering element, as described in the parallel patent application "metering": Whose contents are hereby expressly included in the present application. The metering element comprises a deformable, in particular elastic base body with an inlet opening and a slot-shaped outlet which can be variably expanded by lateral pressure. The slot-shaped outlet is located in the long axis of an oval surface, which is opposite to the inlet opening.
The filling tube 2 can be replaced by suitable connecting means e.g. be connected to the outlet side of such a metering element. Furthermore, it is possible to combine the dosing element and the filling tube 2 into a tubular unit which is exchangeable overall. Further, the flexible hose 14 of the stuffing tube 2 can be pulled upwardly over the metering member or through the metering member and secured upstream thereof.
The formation of the filling tube 2 as a flexible tube results in comparison to a filling tube made of stainless steel, a significant weight saving, which facilitates the handling of the filling device 1 and on the other the limited weighing range of a scale on which the filling device 1 usually arranged is less stressed. This weight gain can be used directly to measure larger individual batches.
By the weight gain explained above, further the disassembly of the assembly e.g. for cleaning purposes and their re-assembly easier.
For cleaning purposes, it is not necessary with appropriate shielding of the bottom plate 10 by the film-shaped material 4, to dismantle the entire assembly. Rather, it is sufficient, as described above, to replace only the filling tube 2 and the film supply 5.
From the illustrated embodiment, numerous papers are possible.
Fig. 2 shows an alternative embodiment, which differs in the design of the filling tube 2. The filling tube 2 according to the second embodiment comprises a rigid sleeve 16, which to a certain extent connects the upper and lower sockets 9 and 11 analogously to the first embodiment and is provided on the inside with a lining 17 of sheet-like material, for example a flexible tube 14. As can be seen in Fig. 2, the film-shaped material is turned over at the ends of the sleeve 16, so that it does not come into contact with the product and thus does not need to be specially cleaned when changing the batch. Rather, in this case, only a new lining 17 is pulled into the sleeve 16.
For reasons of weight saving, the sleeve 16 may be made of plastic or perforated plate. Another possibility is the design as a wire mesh.
With appropriate dimensioning of the diameter, an outlet pipe can also be inserted into the upper nozzle 9 and thereby clamp the flexible hose 14. In this case, the fastening device shown at 12 can be omitted. However, it can be ensured by such that the tube 14 is not accidentally inserted into the sleeve 16 with the outlet tube. In the case of an outlet pipe whose outer diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the sleeve 16, the configuration of a double fastening shown in FIG. 1 or a fixing only to the outlet pipe can also be used.
Instead of using already cut-to-length pieces of tubing 14 and 14 for the filling tube 2 and 2, as shown in Fig. 3 by way of example, for the corresponding film-shaped material 18 and an endless supply 19 may be provided. This endless supply 19 can be arranged above the filling device 1 and formed similar to the film supply 5 for the film-shaped material 4 for shielding and packaging purposes.
For example, the endless supply 19 for the filling tube 2 or 2 can be arranged around an outlet of a storage bunker or an emptying device, so that upon retraction of a new tube 14 or 14 film-shaped material 19 only needs to be pulled down. A known per se clamping or clamping device 12, a seal and fixation of the new tube 14 and 14 is ensured at the outlet.
Furthermore, it is conceivable to attach an endless supply 19 for the filling tube 2 or 2 to the cover plate 8. In particular, an endless tube supply can be arranged around the upper nozzle 9, from which the respectively required length is withdrawn. It is also possible to stockpile corresponding pieces of tubing in a cassette. In principle, a hose made of strip material can be welded together in place.
In a further modification, the film supply 5 and the endless supply 19 can be combined to form a stock, for example, in one direction, the film-shaped material for the filling tube 2 and 2 and in the other direction, the film-shaped material 4 to shield and Be deducted for packaging purposes.
In all cases, the film-shaped material 4 of the film supply 5 can be used as a packaging casing, for which purpose suitable devices for welding thereof are provided. Before a first dosing process, sufficient film-like material 4 is first removed downwards, the free end of which is welded. After fixation and, if appropriate, sealing of the filling container 3 thus formed on the outer circumference of the outer tube 6, the filling container 3 can be filled. After completion of the filling process, the film-shaped material 4 is set below the outer tube 6 and above the filling, for example, welded.
The welding can be carried out so that at the same time a separation of the filling container 3 takes place and the remaining sheet-like material 4 is welded for the next filling container. However, it is also possible to bind the film-like material 4 at two superimposed points or to weld and to make a transection of the film-shaped material 4 between these two locations.
This process can be followed in particular when no metering element is provided above the filling tube 2 or 2, a metering container, as described in the parallel patent application "metering element on a container for liquid or bulk materials". Their content is included in this regard in the present application. This metering container has a bottom opening through which the film-shaped material 4 is pulled down to the filling container 3. This filling container 3 can be formed by the film-shaped material 4 itself. However, it is also possible to connect the film-shaped material 4 to a further container or to line such with the film-shaped material.
The invention has been explained in more detail above with reference to preferred embodiments and modifications. However, it is not limited to these embodiments and modifications, but includes all embodiments defined by the claims.
