The invention relates to an anti-shock device for mobile rotating on an axis.
The traditional anti-shock devices used in watchmaking usually have 5 parts: a support, the kitten, the stone, the counter-pivot and a spring, the spring being in abutment against the pivot against. The five elements mentioned above being gathered in the support, the spring is of reduced size, and has, in operation, a relatively small amplitude. The anti-shock thus formed is therefore of limited effectiveness.
On the other hand, the assembly of the parts mentioned above, on the top and bottom of the mobile, consists of a relatively complicated device which must be completely dismantled when it is desired to change a part.
The object of the present invention is to overcome these disadvantages.
The anti-shock device for mobile rotating on an axis according to the invention, is characterized in that it comprises at least one spring element consisting of a series of lamellae connecting the periphery of the element with a central support arranged to receive the axis of the mobile.
The slats can be radial and arranged towards the center of the device.
The slats can also be inclined to form an acute angle ranging from 0 to 15 deg.
with the diameter of the device.
The slats may also have a curved configuration. They will then be in the form of an arc connecting the periphery of the spring element to the central support.
In a preferred embodiment, the slats engage with a groove formed at the periphery of the support, a gap being provided between the slats and the groove.
A stone intended to receive the axis of the mobile is driven inside the support.
The device usually comprises two spring elements enclosing the mobile which can be a spiral balance,
the support then being made in one piece with the balance peg carrier.
The spring element may have a free sector without leaf spring.
The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing the device, characterized in that it consists of traditional machining by chip removal or wire cutting, electroforming, die cutting, or by micro-molding techniques obtained by illumination of resin sensitive to ultraviolet rays, or by galvanic deposition methods in micro-molds, or by galvanic treatment on a support, the device being made of metal or material plastic, or both together.
The drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the anti-shock device according to the invention.
In the drawing:
<tb> fig. 1 <sep> is a perspective view of a spring element used in an anti-shock device,
<tb> fig. 2 <sep> is a section through the element of FIG. 1
<tb> fig. 3 <sep> is a section through the center of the spring element of FIG. 1
<tb> fig. 4 <sep> is a perspective view showing the mounting process of the spring member of FIG. 1
<tb> fig. 5 <sep> is a sectional view of a detail according to A of FIG. 4
<tb> fig. 6 <sep> is a perspective view of a balance spring mounted inside a suspension shock absorber, the upper part of the device having been truncated to make visible the balance adjustment system,
<tb> fig. 7 <sep> is a top view of a variant of the device of FIG. 6, and
<tb> fig. 8 <sep> is a sectional view of the device of FIG. 6, showing the possibilities of use offered by said device.
The spring element 1 shown in Figs. 1 to 5 comprises a stone 2 driven into a support 3, itself maintained by a succession of lamellae 4 extending radially towards the center 3 from an annular zone 5 of the element 1, which is under the shape of a disc.
In the embodiment shown in the drawing, the lamellae extend radially towards the center of the element. However, according to a variant not shown, the slats 4 may have a curvature or be inclined to form an acute angle ranging from 0 to 15 deg. relative to the diameter of the element.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2, the lamellae 4 become thinner from 2/3 of their length towards the center.
The spring strips 4 will perform the anti-shock function. As shown in FIG. 3, the stone 2, which will guide the mobile mechanisms equipped with spring elements 1, is frictionally driven into the support 3.
The height clearance of the mobile can be adjusted by driving more or less the stone 2 in the support 3. The support 3 has on its outer periphery a groove 6 for receiving the lamellae 4.
The introduction of the spring blades 4 is described with reference to FIG. 4.
It is sufficient to bring the support 3 against the slats 4 and to exert a pressure on said slats 4 until they pass over the support 3 to be housed in the groove 6. As soon as the slats are in place in the groove 6, the spring strips 4 return to their initial position, and the element 1 its planar configuration. Fig. 5, showing the section A, on an enlarged scale, of the support 3 containing the slats 4 after they have resumed their flat rest position, shows that a clearance 7 between the groove 6 and said slats is provided in height. Similarly, a game 8 of minor importance is provided laterally between said lamellae 4 and the bottom of the groove 6.
Games 7 and 8 will allow element 1 to have free and optimal operation.
It is possible to achieve the element 1 by various means known to date, such as traditional machining by chip removal, or wire cutting (electroerosion wire), electroforming (electro-erosion diving), by die cutting, or by micro-molding techniques obtained by illumination of resin sensitive to ultraviolet rays, or by galvanic deposition methods in the micro-molds, or by galvanic treatment on a medium without micro-molding mold.
This block of components can be made of plastic or metal, or both together, or by injection or galvanic deposition in micro-molds.
FIG.
6 represents an anti-shock device for a balance spring 9 mounted between two spring elements 1 and 1 ¾ of FIGS. 1 to 5. In the case where the balance spring 9 is mounted as shown in FIG. 6, the stud holder 10 allowing the adjustment of the balance 9 is an integral part of the support 3, and the adjustment can be performed using the slot 11 formed in the upper part of the support 3.
Alternatively and to allow the fine adjustment of the device, it is possible to leave free an alpha sector of the element 1 or 1 ¾ as shown in FIG. 7. The bolt carrier 10 will then be more accessible and the adjustment will be facilitated.
In operation, the device of FIG. 6 can absorb shocks with a magnitude much greater than the shock absorbers of the prior art.
The components of the pendulum are thus better preserved. On the other hand, it is possible to provide the interchangeability of the balance spring inside the device without disassembling said device. Indeed, as shown in FIG. 8, it is possible with a tool to lift the spring blades 4 in the direction of the arrow 12, and extract the balance spring 9 after releasing its spring in order to place another balance in the device without disassembly of the 'together.
Although the anti-shock device has been developed for the watch industry, its use is however not limited to this area, and the device described can be used in many areas of the art, including mechanical, micro -mechanical, space industry, etc.
