[0003] Smarte Einwegkennzeichnung, statt Mehrwegkennzeichnung!
The result of a (plastic) recycling process are so-called waste bales, which are stored and deposited before they are fed into the production cycle. For the distribution of each bale from operation to operation (grinding operation - customer, for example), an unambiguous labeling is required - after all, they represent not insignificant values, eg. B. 1,500 mark / bales and more.
For this purpose, transponders are used, which are attached to each bale.
Disadvantages: 1. the transponders are contaminated again or again during rough transport of the bales, such as on the trucks, sometimes damaged, they also fall from the bale and are lost - and, with them the bale itself, camp - (list) moderate in any case. 3. the forklift driver has to get off the forklift truck to read the code of the bale in question digitally via the reader. 4. is due to "signal thunderstorms" again and again to read errors. And - 5th, the price for a transponder is at least around 5 marks.
Our solution:
Smart one-way labeling, instead of reusable labeling!
The inventive idea replaces the same in many respects mankobehafteten transponder application in the bale designation by a plastic card - main claim number 1, in a fixed equipment, i. Size, thickness, shape (e.g., analogous radius of the standard bale), lettering, embossing, coding, etc. Subclaims Zif. 4 and 7-7, by way of example only, with a specific code - above all, EAN bar code - subclaim Zif. 4 or, reference state-specific identity code whose individual defined digits within the sequence of digits give the first detailed information about material (for example PET), production time, weight - etc., etc. Sub-claim.
Zif. 5, which is stapled to each individual bale, preferably irreversibly, subclaim Zif. 6, consequently, is no longer lost suddenly during the distribution process.
Not enough.
In contrast to the transponder, which can not be fed into the production cycle together with the bale, the plastic card - incidentally, together with the fixing medium made of the same material as the card itself - allows under claim Zif. 6, this much more economical and comfortable way very well.
Result:
The security of the data collection "around every single bale" is optimized, not least, what the synergetic efficiency between data collection tools, that is, in the recycling loop together with the bins plastic cards with code or identity code one -, and the Software on the other hand, in the whole "digital recycling process" arrives. After all, billing, from the warehouse to the financial accounting, is always as safe and reliable as the data collection before it.
This is accomplished by making the transponder surrogate preferably of the same material that makes up the bales of material, e.g. in the case of PET bottle bales, a plastic unit made of PET material or, for example, in the case of an old foil bale, a plastic unit made of LDPE foil, in the case of cardboard a marking unit made of cardboard, etc., etc.
Alternatively, the marking unit can also be produced from a substance or a composition of matter that is neutral for the specific recycling process: for example, PP (= polypropylene) plastics are often technically simple (eg in the floating-sink process) because they are less dense than other types of plastics. so that it is possible to produce the transponder surrogate for plastic bale recycling from PP, according to.
Main claim Zif. 1a) -c)
With the size and the spatial dimensions of the transponder surrogate many variants are possible, but it would offer at first for cost reasons to produce the transponder surrogate in the standard check card format (= 86 X 54 mm, thickness 0.1-2.5 cm thickness), Of course, from the appropriate material.
In order to apply the information on the transponder surrogate, it would be concretely possible with the expression of the transponder surrogate as PP plastic card in credit card format to make it printable by corona treatment and a (highly) polished surface, for example for screen printing. or thermal transfer method.
The information can now be displayed in various forms on the map, on the one hand in plain text (e.g.
PET bottles, transparent green, etc., etc.) and / or by a within a system (eg operating unit, group of companies, collective association, ...) unique bale number, which refers to a record in a database, even more information about this bins contains. Ideally, this information is also machine-readable (e.g., OCR, barcodes, EAN codes, 2D codes, etc., etc.).
As attachment of the transponder surrogate to the bales of material various cords, cords, threads, dowels, nails, etc., etc. are usable. The material of the fixing unit is to be selected in the same aspects as the material of the transponder surrogate, in the concrete case, for example, pendants made of PP strings can be made, which resemble in their form standard (plastic) paper clips.
