The invention relates to a hinge for doors or for windows or flaps.
Such hinges are usually attached to the outer surfaces of the door and door frame. This is for aesthetic reasons as well as in terms of burglary in some cases of disadvantage.
The invention has for its object to avoid these disadvantages and to provide a hinge of the type mentioned, which is invisible when the door is closed.
This object is achieved in that the hinge is installed in a cavity of the door frame, which fully absorbs the hinge with the door closed.
The built-in hinge thus has no outstanding or freely accessible components when the door is closed.
This improves the aesthetic effect and also increases the security against intrusions by manipulating the hinges.
In terms of the simplest possible construction, the invention provides that the cavity receiving the cavity is formed by the interior of a hollow profile of the door frame, wherein the hinge is inserted into the cavity through a mounting hole of the hollow profile, whose dimensions adapted to those of the hinge circumference are.
This is particularly advantageous if, as is customary often, the door frame is made anyway from a suitable hollow profile.
To minimize the required cavity, it is provided according to the invention that in a hinge with two hinge wings and a hinge pin connecting them the door frame side hinge wing has a simple angle at a slight angle wing profile, while the door-side hinge wing with a multi-angled and the hinge pin enclosing Sash profile is provided.
Expediently, the door frame-side hinge wing is composed of two wing halves enclosing the door-side hinge wing,
which are interconnected by a narrow connecting web and are each provided with a mounting flange.
It is further provided according to the invention that the door-side hinge wing is flanged to an installable in a cavity of the door insert pocket. This makes it possible to arrange the setting means required for adjusting the installation position of the door in the insertion pocket, without being visible when the door is closed.
The cavity for receiving the insertion pocket is conveniently formed by the interior of a hollow profile of the door, and the insertion pocket is inserted into the cavity by a corresponding to the outer periphery of the insertion pocket sized opening of the hollow profile wall.
This embodiment is particularly advantageous if, as is customary in many cases, the door leaf is already provided with a hollow profile frame.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment with reference to the drawing. Show it:

<Tb> FIG. 2 <sep> is a view of the hinge in the direction of the arrow II in FIG. 1,
<Tb> FIG. 3 <sep> is a partial view of the hinge in the direction of the arrow III in FIG. 1,
<Tb> FIG. 4 <sep> a pocket for hinged attachment,
<Tb> FIG. 5 <sep> is a view of the insertion pocket according to FIG. 4,
<Tb> FIG. 6 <sep> the hinge of Fig. 1, installed in a door frame,
<Tb> FIG. 7 <sep> the hinge of Fig. 2, installed in the door frame and shown with the door closed,
<Tb> FIG. 8 <sep> the attachment of the hinge to a door with the insertion pocket shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and
<Tb> FIG. 9 <sep> is a view of the hinge attachment according to FIG. 8.
The hinge 1 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is composed of two hinge wings 2 and 3, which are connected together with a hinge pin 4.
The door frame side hinge wing 2 has a simple angle at a slight angle wing profile. The door-side hinge wing 3 has a multi-angled and the hinge pin 4 enclosing profile.
The door frame side hinge wing 2 is composed of two the door-side hinge wing 3 encompassing wing halves 5a, 5b, which are interconnected by a narrow connecting web 6 and provided with a respective mounting flange 7a and 7b.
The wing half 5a of the hinge wing 2 has a threaded sleeve 8, in which a threaded bolt 9 is screwed for height adjustment of the hinge. In the mounting flanges 7a and 7b threaded holes 10a and 10b are provided for fastening screws, not shown.
The door-side hinge wing 3 has a mounting flange 11 which is provided with a keyhole-shaped opening 12, a central square opening 13 and slots 14 for fixing screws, not shown. Both in the hinge wing 2 and in the hinge wing 3 beads 15 and 16 are provided to increase the rigidity of these parts.
For both hinge wings also gently curved wing profiles are used instead of sharp angled profiles.
The insertion pocket 17 shown in Figs. 4 and 5 consists of an inner flap 18 and an outer flap 19 thereon, which are bolted together by arranged at their ends screws 20. The inner plate 18 has mounting flanges 21a, 21b with threaded holes 22a and 22b for fastening screws, not shown. To increase its rigidity, a bead 23 is provided. The outer plate 19 has a bore 24 in which an unrepresented adjusting bolt is guided with an eccentric cam.
It also has a hump-shaped projection 25 and threaded holes 26, in which mounting screws, not shown, are screwed.
In Figs. 6 to 9, the hinge 1 is shown in the installed state. As can be seen from FIGS. 6 and 7, the hinge is installed in the cavity 27 of a hollow profile 28 forming the door frame. The hinge 1 is inserted into the cavity 27 through an installation opening 29 of the hollow profile 28. Subsequently, the hinge wing 2 is fixed to the hollow section 28 with screws, not shown, which are guided by elongated holes 30 of the hollow section 28 and in the threaded holes 10 a, 10 b of the mounting flanges 7 a and 7 b are screwed.
The installation height of the hinge 1 can be adjusted by means of the threaded bolt 9, which is supported in the edge region of the mounting hole 29 against the edge of the hollow section 28. To adjust the installation height of the hinge, the threaded bolt 9 is turned on or turned off in the threaded sleeve 8.
The dimensions of the mounting hole 29 are adapted to those of the hinge. In this case, the mounting opening 29 is dimensioned so that on the one hand the introduction of the hinge and the pivoting of the hinge wing 3 in the cavity 27 is allowed, but on the other hand, the mounting flanges 7a and 7b of the hinge wing 2, the inner wall of the hollow profile 28 fully overlap.
8 and 9, the attachment of the hinge 1 is shown on the door 31.
As can be seen from FIG. 8, the insertion pocket 17 is installed in the cavity 32 of a hollow profile 33 of the door 31. The insertion pocket 17 is inserted into the cavity 32 through an opening 34 of the hollow profile 33. The opening 34 is dimensioned according to the outer circumference of the insertion pocket so that on the one hand the insertion of the insertion pocket is made possible in the cavity 32, but on the other hand, the mounting flanges 21a, 21b of the inner flap 18 fully overlap the inner wall of the hollow profile 33.
The attachment of the insertion pocket 17 on the hollow profile 33 by means not shown fastening screws, which are guided in bores 35 of the hollow profile 33 and screwed into the threaded holes 22 a, 22 b of the inner flap 18.
To install the door, this is initially positioned with respect to the hinge wing 3.
This is done by means of the provided in the outer flap 19 approach 25 and the locking pin, not shown, with the eccentric cam 36th
To position the door, the lug 25 and the eccentric cam 36 are inserted into the openings 13 and 12 in the mounting flange 11 of the hinge wing 3, wherein the lug 25 simultaneously absorbs the weight load of the door. By turning the adjusting bolt with the eccentric cam 36 you can now easily adjust the mounting position of the door transversely to the door level.
The attachment of the hinge wing 3 to the outer plate 19 of the insertion pocket 17 is then carried out by means not shown fastening screws, which are guided through the slots 14 in the mounting flange 11 of the hinge wing 3 and screwed into the threaded holes 26 of the outer plate 19.
The installation position of the door in the door level can be adjusted by screwing in or out the adjusting screws 20.
It is also within the scope of the invention possible to make the installation of the hinge in the reverse manner, namely to install the hinge 1 in the cavity 32 of the door 31 and to arrange the insertion pocket 17 in the cavity 27 of the door frame 28. As can readily be seen, this achieves the same inventive advantages as with the arrangement described above.
With this inventive hinge, it is possible to open a door at an angle of 115 deg. and open more. It is with him a load capacity up to 250 kg and more guaranteed.
In addition, with this hinge an adjustment of the door to the frame three-dimensionally possible, namely vertically upwards or downwards, horizontally to the left or right and horizontally forward or backward. This results in a simple and accurate alignment of the door to the frame.
