Fig. 4) befestigen.
The invention relates to a device on a carding machine for processing fiber material, in particular cotton or man-made fibers, according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
In a known device, the flat bar consists of a back part and a support body with a foot surface. On the foot surface (clothing receiving part) is in the longitudinal direction extending a clothing strip (flexible clothing) attached. The clothing strip comprises a support element made of a plurality of textile layers, in which a plurality of wire hooks (clothing tips) is attached. The clothing strip is fastened by means of two clamps (staples, clips) over the longitudinal sides of the support body. The brackets comprise with their one end the longitudinal edge regions of the clothing strip and engage with their other end in recesses of the support body.
In practice, the brackets consist of a metal strip whose one longitudinal edge is pierced in the fabric. The fabric of the clothing strip is fastened in a form-fitting manner during assembly under considerable tension on the support body of the flat rod. The brackets in this case exert tensile forces in such a way that the textile material is deformed crowned away from the foot surface, so that the clothing tips are also arranged in an undesired manner outwards on a convexly shaped envelope. The lid set thus produced has an accuracy of 0.05 mm in height and flatness unused. By use, the height differences in the set are increased to approx. 0.2 mm. By re-sharpening the clothing on the machine, the accuracy is improved only insignificantly.
After approx. 400 t of fiber material throughput, the flat cover is so worn that it has to be replaced. In order to dismantle the sheet metal staples, the flat bar is clamped. Lever and pincers undo the fit. The considerable forces during assembly and disassembly have an adverse effect on the dimensional stability of the flat rod. Added to this are unwanted tolerances in the production of the flat bar body. The disadvantages mentioned have the consequence that the clothing tips of the garnished flat bar must be ground (leveled).
It has already been proposed (EP-A-0 887 445) that the clothing strip be attached to a support, e.g. attached to a steel bandole.
The flat steel band insole is inserted between inwardly opening guide grooves in the edge regions of the foot portion of the flat bar (profile), whereby the clothing strip is fastened to the flat bar. The production of this flat rod is manufacturing technology and assembly consuming.
In particular, it interferes with the fact that the steel soleplate and the guide grooves have to be manufactured precisely to provide adequate support during operation, which on the other hand makes it difficult to replace them easily.
The invention is based on the object to provide a device of the type described above, which avoids the disadvantages mentioned, which allows in particular a simple way a dimensionally stable garnished flat bar and a simpler production of the flat bar and replacement of clothing strips allowed.
The solution of this object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1.
Characterized in that the outside of the carrier and the supporting body of the flat bar are positively engaged with each other and the carrier is fixed in the recess by an additional fastening element,
is a simple production of the garnished flat bar and replacement of clothing strips allows. All manufacturing tolerances of the flat rod, the clothing and during assembly (including disassembly) are eliminated. With the garnished flat bar according to the invention, an addition of the tolerances in the assembly and disassembly of the flat clothing, the technologically harmful leveling and the deterioration of the accuracy in use are advantageously avoided in an advantageous manner. The dependent claims have advantageous developments of the device according to the invention to the content.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

The drum set 4a opposite Festkardierelemente 33 and 34 are arranged.
According to Fig. 2, a flexible sheet 17 is fixed on each side of the card laterally on the machine frame, which has a plurality of adjusting screws. The flexible bend 17 has a convex outer surface 17a and a lower side 17b. Above the flexible arch 17 is a sliding guide 20, e.g. of slidable plastic, present, which has a convex outer surface 20a and a concave inner surface 20b. The concave inner surface 20b rests on the convex outer surface 17a and is able to slide thereon in the direction of the arrows B, C. Each flat bar, e.g. According to EP-A-0 567 747 may be formed, consists of a back portion 14a and a support body 14b. The support body 14b has a foot surface 14c, two side surfaces and two upper surfaces (see FIG.
Fig. 3). Each flat rod 14 has at its two ends in each case a lid head 14 ¾, 14 ¾ (see Fig. 6a), which in each case comprises two steel pins 141, 142 and 143, 144, which with a part in the axial direction (see in Fig. 6a) secured in recesses 14b of the support body, for example glued, are. The parts of the steel pins 141, 142 (see Fig. 6b) projecting beyond the end faces of the supporting body 14b slide on the convex outer surface 20a of the sliding guide 20 in the direction of the arrow D. The clothing strip 18 is attached to the lower surface of the supporting body 14b. With 21 of the tip circle of the flat clothings 19 is designated. The drum 4 has on its periphery a drum set 4a, e.g. a Sägezahngarnitur, on. At 22, the tip circle of the drum set 4a is designated.
The distance between the tip circle 21 and the tip circle 22 is indicated by a and is e.g. 3/1000 ¾ ¾. The distance between the convex outer surface 20a and the tip circle 22 is designated b. The distance between the convex outer surface 20a and the tip circle 21 is denoted by c. The radius of the convex outer surface 20a is r1, and the radius of the tip circle 22 is r2. The radii r1 and r2 intersect at the center M of the drum 4.
According to Fig. 3a are in the support body 14b of the flat bar 14, which is extruded from aluminum, over the width of two outwardly open longitudinal slots 14d and 14e present, which extend to the center of the flat bar 14 toward hollow cylindrical openings 14f and 14g. In the openings 14f, 14g of the respective mounting portion of the cover pins 141, 142, 143, 144 is shown.
In the middle of the flat bar 14 there is a longitudinal groove 14i which is open towards the foot surface 14c and extends across the width. Between the opening 14g and the longitudinal groove 14i there is a plurality of through holes 14h (see Fig. 6b) which extend substantially parallel to the foot surface 14c. The holes 14h are aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal groove 14i. The bores 14h have an internal thread, which are in engagement with the external thread of threaded pins 28 according to FIG. 3b. The carrier 26 of Figure 3c consists of two sheet metal strips 26a, 26b, the respective end portions of which are oriented at right angles in the same direction, i. Sheet metal strip 26a counter and sheet metal strip 26b clockwise, are bent.
The bent portions 26 ¾ and 26 ¾ of the sheet metal strips 26a and 26b are fixed to each other by laser welding, thereby forming a lug 26c which is fixed in the longitudinal groove 14i (Fig. 3a). The bent regions 26 <III> and 26 <IV> serve to additionally support the support element 23 of the clothing strip 18 (FIG. 3d). According to FIG. 3d, the clothing strip 18 consists of clothing tips 19 (wire hooks) and a support element 23 made of a textile material. The strength of the support element 23 is denoted by f. The wire hooks 19 are fastened with their one end through the surface 23 ¾ ¾ in the support member 23. The other end of the wire hooks 19, the clothing tips, are free.
Fig. 4 shows the flat bar 14 corresponding to Figs. 3a to 3d in the assembled state.
The trim strip 18 is attached to one side 26i of the carrier 26, e.g. by sticking, and the projection 26c of the carrier 26 is inserted inserted in the longitudinal groove 14i of the support body 14b, so that the other side 262 (the outside) of the carrier 26 and the support body 14b are positively engaged with each other. The screwed-in threaded pins 28 (see Fig. 6a, 6b) press the projection 26c against the threaded pin 28 opposite inner wall of the longitudinal groove 14i, whereby the carrier 26 is attached to the clothing strip 18 on the flat bar 14. In addition to the elements shown in Figures 3a to 3d, as shown in Figure 4, between the inner surface 262 of the carrier and the support member 23 there is an intermediate layer 24, e.g. made of hardened synthetic resin or the like., Arranged.
The leveling layer 24 can compensate for different distances between the flat bar 14, namely the foot surface 14c and the flat set 19, namely the envelope of the free tips.
According to Fig. 5, two longitudinal grooves 14i1 and 14i2 are mounted in the support body 14b, in which engage two lugs 26c1 and 26c2, which are secured with threaded pins 28a and 28b. The setscrews 28a and 28b engage from different, opposite sides through the holes 14h1 and 14h2, respectively.
As shown in Fig. 6a and 6b, between the cover pins 141, 142 and a flat plate 25 is a cuboid support element 27a with parallel and flat surfaces between the cover pins 143, 144 and the plate 25 another parallelepiped support member 27b same height h fixedly mounted on the plate 25.
With this device and (not shown) further lateral web elements or the like. (e.g., slidable boundary surfaces for the leveling layer 24 and / or the support element 23), the clothing tips 19 of the clothing strip 18 on the plate 25 and the flat bar 14 with the pins 141, 142, 143, 144 can be positioned on the support elements 27a, 27b. Subsequently, the compensation layer 24 is introduced between the carrier 26 and the support element 23. This can e.g. by pouring, injecting, brushing, inserting or the like. respectively. The e.g. doughy leveling layer 24 is distributed in the space and fills this compensating.
In the embodiment of the invention according to FIGS. 6a and 6b, the bores 14h1 and 14h2 - seen in the direction of the length h - offset from one another.
There are a plurality of setscrews 28a and 28b, each on opposite sides of the support body 14b, which fix the lug 26c in the longitudinal groove 14i (see Fig. 4).
