The invention relates to a collapsible piece of furniture with a supporting frame made of longitudinal and transverse spars which can be fixed to corner connectors according to the preamble of claim 1.
In DE 4 104 754 C2 a collapsible furniture is disclosed, are fixed in the column-like longitudinal beams and cross members of disc-shaped corner connectors with a round cross-section. The cross beams have on both sides mounting lugs, which taper towards the corner connector, so that a screw can be done via a rotation of the attachment lugs, with which threaded rods are rotatably connected. This conical shape of the attachment approaches is visually disturbing because it breaks through the otherwise uniform straight line of the furniture framework. Also, the furniture is less stable due to the tapered ends of the crossbars.
In addition arise between the cross beams and these recorded shelves, side or rear walls in the corners disturbing slots when the floors or walls concerned have consistently straight edges.
In DE 4 104 754 C2 (Fig. 2, reference numerals 19, 20) is therefore already a corner joint partially form-fitting embracing attachment approach shown, the corner connector facing surface is concave according to the circular shape of the corner connector. With such attachment approaches to the cross beams can be made generic furniture. However, since these fastening lugs can no longer be rotated due to their shape on the corner connector, the screwing of the fastening lugs on the corner connectors must be done first and only then can the tie-rods be attached. These are then connected by clamping with the fastening lugs and are possibly secured by grub screws.
Although such furniture cross beams with up to the corner connector uniform, round cross-section and thus a harmonious overall appearance, but the overall assembly is very complicated and the furniture obtained in many cases not sufficiently stable due to the purely clamping connection between the attachment lugs and the tie rods.
The invention therefore addresses the problem of providing a collapsible furniture, which has a visually appealing, harmonious appearance in its support frame, with high stability and ease of assembly and disassembly.
According to the invention, this problem is solved by a piece of furniture having the features of claim 1.
In the inventive embodiment, the actuating means for producing the screw between spars and corner connectors via a rotation of the spar side threaded elements are no longer stigungsansätze itself by the BEFE stigungsansätze formed, as was the case with the furniture with conical mounting lugs, but the spar-side threaded elements are in the Holmstange or arranged between Holmstange and mounting lug actuator rotatably mounted. The screw connection with the corner connectors then takes place by means of a twisting of the tie rod or the actuating elements, wherein the fastening projection bears against the corner connector without being twisted. As a result, a solid screw with the complete spars can be obtained without the tie rods must be plugged later on the mounting lugs.
If the screw is obtained by a rotation of the tie rod, so arranged on both ends of the spar-side threaded elements must have an opposite thread, so by rotation of the tie rod in one direction a simultaneous screwing with the adjacent at both ends corner connectors is possible. Otherwise, the other would always be solved when tightening one side, which would make assembly impossible.
Preferably, therefore, an actuating element is arranged at both ends of the spar between the tie rod and the attachment lug, in which the holmseitige threaded element is rotatably mounted. By rotation of the actuating element can then be done with the corner connector without screwing the respective attachment lug or the tie rod rotates. On both sides of the spar while the same thread can be used, so that the spars can be designed symmetrically and therefore are universally applicable.
Further advantages and details will become apparent from the subclaims and an embodiment shown in the drawings, which will be described below; 1 a to c show an attachment region of a piece of furniture according to the invention with longitudinal and transverse bars fixed to a corner connector in three different perspective views, FIG. 2 shows the article from FIG. 1 in an exploded view, FIG. 3 shows an enlargement of the section III in FIG 2 and FIG. 4 shows a section along the plane IV through the objects from FIG. 3.
In the illustrated in Figs. 1a to c section of an inventive furniture (partially) longitudinal beams 1 and transverse beams 2 are shown, which are fixed to a corner connector 3 together. The transverse beams 2 have only partially shown Holmstangen 4, actuators 5 and mounting lugs 6. The detailed structure of the transverse beams 2 is the Fig. 2 and in more detail Figs. 3 and 4 can be removed. The actuators 5 are annular with the same circular cross-section as the tie rods 4 formed, making them fit particularly harmoniously in the overall picture of the framework. By rotation of the actuating element 5, a not shown in FIG. 1 holmseitige threaded rod can be screwed into one of the threaded holes 7 of the corner connector or unscrewed from this again.
In order to facilitate the rotation of the actuating element 5, this has four recesses 8 at its periphery, in which a non-illustrated rotary lever inserted and the actuating element 5 can be rotated thereby.
Fig. 2 also shows the connection between the longitudinal beams 1 and the corner connector 3, which engages with a bottom clamping jaw 9 in the lower tubular longitudinal spar 1. At the top of the corner connector 3, a further Klemmansatz 9 'are screwed, to which the likewise tubular upper longitudinal spar 1' is plugged. As already stated, the connection between the corner connector 3 and each cross member 2 via a screw with threaded elements. These are formed in the illustrated embodiment as threaded holes 7 in the corner connector 3 and threaded rods 10 of the cross members 2.
It would also be possible, conversely, to provide threaded rods in the transverse bars 2 and at the corner connector 3, but these are difficult to accommodate at the corner connector 3 because of the limited space available there for attachment, so that the illustrated embodiment proves to be more advantageous.
To assemble the cross member 2, starting from the exploded view of Figs. 2 to 4, the threaded rod 10 is pushed into the plug-in holder 12, wherein a hexagonal head 13 of the threaded rod 10th and a hexagonal recess 14 of the plug-in holder 12 prevents mutual rotation of the two elements 10, 12. The inserted behind the threaded rod 10 in the plug holder 12 spring 11 presses the hexagonal head 13 of the threaded rod 10 against an inner shoulder 15 of the plug holder 12, so that the front end 16 of the threaded rod 10 out of the front opening 17 of the plug 12 looks out.
In order to prevent the spring 11 from snapping back out of the plug-in holder 12, the plug-in holder 12 has lugs 18 on the end, which are bent inward and thus fix the spring 11. On the plug holder 12 is provided with an external thread 19 threaded sleeve 20 is pushed and abuts against an outer stop 21 of the plug-in holder 12. The screw 20 is inside and the plug-in holder 12 at its outside the screw sleeve 20 receiving portion 22 outside smooth, so that the plug-in holder 12 is freely rotatable in the threaded sleeve 20. By screwing the screw 20 into a corresponding internal thread 23 of the Holmstange 4 formed from threaded rod 10, spring 11 and plug holder 12 holmseitige threaded element is connected to the tie rod 4.
An unillustrated stop in the tie rod can prevent slippage of the holmseitigen threaded element in this.
On the Holmstange 4 partially protruding plug holder 12, the actuating element 5 is now pushed, the front-side non-circular outer contour of the plug holder 12, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment by a square 24 in a corresponding non-circular inner side recess 25 of the actuating element 5 is stored. Due to the mutually corresponding contours of the square 24 and the inside recess 25 between the spar side threaded member and the actuating element 5 thus a rotationally fixed connection is made. Each rotation of the actuating element 5 is therefore transmitted to the holmseitige threaded element and leads to a rotation of the threaded rod 10th
In addition, the actuator 5 can be fixed on the plug holder 12 by screwing a grub screw into one of the recesses 8 and a corresponding provided with an internal thread bore 26 of the square 24. The non-rotatable mounting of the spar-side threaded member in the actuator 5 through the corresponding non-circular recess 25 and corresponding outer contour 24 represents a particularly stable and at the same time easy to manufacture execution. The same applies to the embodiment of the spar side threaded member held in a plug neck 12 threaded rod 10th
To connect the cross member 2 with the corner connector 3 of the attachment lug 6 is pushed onto the projecting from the actuator 5 threaded rod 10 with a corresponding inside smooth bore 27, wherein the front end 16 of the threaded rod 10 protrudes from the front opening 28 of the attachment lug 6. The attachment lug 6 can now be created with its concave curvature on the periphery of the corner connector 3 contoured right. The screwing of the threaded rod 10 in the corresponding threaded hole 7 is then carried out by a rotation of the actuating element 5, without a rotation of the attachment lug 6 or the tie rod 4 takes place. So that the screw connection between the threaded sleeve 20 and the tie rod 4 does not come loose again during this rotational movement, the two thread pairings should be designed in opposite directions, e.g.
Threaded rod 10 and threaded hole 7 as a right-hand thread and the external thread 19 of the threaded sleeve 20 and the internal thread 23 of the tie rod 4 as a left-hand thread.
The bias of the threaded rod 10 in the direction of the corner connector 3 by the spring 11 ensures that the threaded rod 10 engages immediately upon its rotation in the threads of the threaded hole 7. The longitudinal displaceability of the spar-side threaded member, i. in the illustrated embodiment, the threaded rod 10, ensures easy installation of individual spars, if the support frame of the furniture incidentally is already finished sets.
The protruding on both sides of the mounting lugs 6 threaded rods 10 can then be pressed against the spring force in the mounting lugs 6, so that an attachment of a spar is still possible even if the clear width between two corner joints 3 only the length of the spar of the outer edge of the one attachment lug 6 corresponds to the outer edge of the opposite attachment lug.
