The invention relates to a device on a fiber-processing textile machine for guiding a fiber structure on a guide surface of a guide element, which extends transversely to the conveying direction of the fiber structure, wherein the guide element is formed as a in an aligned transversely to the conveyor of the fiber structure plane arcuate element and a Holding device is held in the set position.
In a known device, the guide element is formed as an arcuate, deformable element. To change the width of the fiber structure pressure is exerted on both sides of the guide element, so that changes the arch shape. The disadvantage is that the setting of a uniform (symmetrical) arc shape is difficult. In order to achieve a centric same arc shape, must be applied at the same time on both sides of an absolutely equal pressure. In the case of an asymmetrical arch shape, the fiber composite is drawn into the machine unevenly, which leads to uneven processing, and in particular to high quality production, at high working speeds. In addition, the printing device on both sides plant complex consuming.
The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a device of the type mentioned above, avoids the disadvantages mentioned, which is particularly simple and allows a centric (symmetrical) accurate setting different bow shapes.
The solution of this object is achieved by the features of claim 1.
The fact that an axially rotatable guide element is used with different bow shapes, different bow shapes are set in a simple and safe way in particular. The guide element is simply further rotated, so that a lateral surface with another arc shape is engaged with the slivers. All arched forms are fixed prefabricated and thereby symmetrically absolutely uniform and accurate.
Advantageous developments of the inventive device are the subject of the dependent claims.
The invention will be explained in more detail with reference to exemplary embodiments illustrated in the drawings.

Referring to Fig. 1, a distance 1, e.g. Trützschler line HSR, a drafting system 2, the upstream of a drafting inlet 3 and a drafting outlet 4 are downstream. The slivers 5 come, coming from cans, in the band guide 6 and, pulled by the take-off rollers 7, 8, transported past the measuring member 9. The drafting system 2 is designed as a 4-over-3 drafting system, d. H. it consists of three lower rollers I, II, III (I output lower roller, II middle lower roller, III input lower roller) and four upper rollers 11, 12, 13, 14. In the drafting 2, the distortion of the fiber structure 5 is made of several slivers. The delay is composed of pre-delay and main delay. The pairs of rollers 14 / III and 13 / II form the Vorverzugsfeld, and the roller pairs 13 / II and 11, 12 / I form the main drafting field.
The drawn slivers 5 reach in the drafting outlet 4 a nonwoven guide 10 and are pulled by means of the take-off rolls 15, 16 through a belt hopper 17 in which they are combined to form a sliver 18, which is then stored in cans. The take-off rolls 7, 8, the input lower roll III and the middle lower roll II, the mechanical z. B. are coupled via toothed belt, are driven by the control motor 19, wherein a desired value can be predetermined. (The associated upper rollers 14 and 13, respectively, run along.) The output lower roller 1 and the take-off rollers 15, 16 are driven by the main motor 20. The control motor 19 and the main motor 20 each have their own controller 21 and 22 respectively.
The control (speed control) is carried out in each case via a closed loop, wherein the controller 19, a tachogenerator 23 and the main motor 20, a tachometer generator 24 is assigned. At the drafting inlet 3, a quantity proportional to the mass, e.g. the cross section of the fed fiber slivers 5, measured by an inlet measuring element 9. At the drafting unit outlet 4, the cross section of the leaked sliver 18 is obtained from an outlet measuring device 25 assigned to the sliver funnel 17. A central processing unit 26 (control and regulating device), e.g. Microcomputer with microprocessor, transmits an adjustment of the target value for the control motor 19 to the controller 21. The measured variables of the two measuring organs 9 and 25 are transmitted to the central computer unit 26 during the stretching operation.
From the measured variables of the inlet measuring element 9 and from the setpoint value for the cross section of the emerging sliver 18, the nominal value for the control motor 19 is determined in the central computer unit 26. The measured variables of the outlet measuring element 25 are used to monitor the emerging sliver 18 (output tape monitoring). With the aid of this control system, fluctuations in the cross section of the fed-in fiber ribbons 5 can be compensated for by appropriate control of the drafting process or equalization of the sliver 18 can be achieved. The central processing unit 26 of the machine is associated with a memory 27, where the or certain signals of the drafting control system are stored for evaluation, and an input and output unit 28. A is the running direction of the fiber ribbons.
At the entrance of the drafting system 2, between the take-off rolls 7, 8 and just before the pair of rollers 14 / III, a guide member 30 is arranged, the lateral surface of which is in engagement with the slivers 5 and which is formed axially rotatable. The guide member 30 is connected to a drive means 31, e.g. a stepping motor connected, which is electrically connected to the arithmetic unit 26.
Before the slivers 5 enter the drafting system 2, they are guided over the guide element 30 as shown in FIG. In this case, the fiber ribbons 5 are spread outward over the width (from 5a to 5b). The guide element 30 is designed in the manner of a roller and is rotatably mounted in its end regions 32a, 32b in holding devices 33a or 33b (see also Fig. 7a).
According to FIG. 3, at the beginning the bands 5 are placed close to each other under a first, straight strip guide strip 34 and over the upwardly bent lateral surface of the guide element 30. Subsequently, the bands 5 are placed close to each other under the second, straight tape guide rail 35.
According to Fig. 4a, the guide member 30 is formed as a roller which is rotatable in the direction of arrow B and includes end surfaces 301 and 302. As shown in FIG. 4b, the arched shape of the crowned lateral surface has 30 min. Different radii of curvature r. M is the center of the end face 302, around which the guide member 30 is rotatable in the direction B. The guide element can also be rotated in the opposite direction, as shown in FIGS. 7b, 8b.
FIG. 5 shows a stationary graduated disk 36 with a scale that can be assigned to the end face 301. A pointer 37 is attached to the rotatable end face 301. In this way, the position of the guide member 30 can be adjusted manually according to specification. Also, the manually or automatically set position of the guide member can be visually displayed.
According to FIG. 6, two guide elements 30a and 30b are provided one behind the other in the working direction, wherein the fiber ribbons 5 are in engagement with the respective spreading region of the lateral surface 30 min. In this way, a variety of combinations for the spread can be adjusted.
According to FIGS. 7a and 7b, the convexly curved lateral surface of the guide element 30 has three regions 30 min, 30 min and 30 min min. As shown in FIG. 7b, the radii of curvature r1, r2, r3 are the same for the three regions 30 min, 30 min and 30 min respectively. The certain center of the radii of curvature r1, r2 r3 is denoted by M2. The center point M1 about which the guide element 30 is rotatable in the direction of the arrows B, C lies (eccentrically) outside the center point M2. In this way, despite the same radii of curvature r1, r2 and r3, the arc curvatures of the regions 30 min, 30 min min, 30 min min, which are in engagement with the sliver 5, different.
This design is advantageous in terms of manufacturing because e.g. a milling cutter with a concave curved milling surface can be used for all three areas 30 min, 30 min min, 30 min min min.
According to FIG. 8b, the convexly curved lateral surface of the guide element 30 shown in perspective in FIG. 8a has three regions 30 min, 30 min min, 30 min min. The radii of curvature r1, r2, and r3 for the three ranges 30 min, 30 min min, 30 min are different. The center M for the radii of curvature r1, r2, and r3, on the one hand, and the center M, by which the guide element 30 is rotatable in the direction of the arrows B, C, is identical. As a result, in spite of the identical (concentric) center M, the arc curvatures of the regions 30 min, 30 min min and 30 min min that engage with the fiber ribbons 5 are different.
According to FIG. 9 a, the radial distance (distance) of the generatrix of the region is different for 30 min min from the longitudinal axis determined by the center M. The distance a is greater than the distance b. Correspondingly, the radial distance (distance) of the generatrix of the region 30 min from the longitudinal axis of the guide element 30 defined by the center point is different. The distance c is smaller than the distance d. In this way, the arc shape (curvature) is realized in the axial direction, whereby the intended spread of the bands arises. Fig. 9b shows an embodiment such as Fig. 9a, but in which the center axis M determined by the longitudinal axis and the axis of rotation 32 are not identical, but are arranged eccentrically to each other.
According to FIG. 10, the radii r1, r2, r3 are of equal length and although they intersect at the common center M2, they do not start from the center M2, i. they have no common starting point. Because the center mi of the rotation axis 32 of the guide element 30 is arranged eccentrically to the center M2 (see Fig. 9b), a different distance between the bent outer surface area 30 min, which is engaged with the fiber ribbons 5, during operation in axial rotation, 30 min min, 30 min min min and the axis of rotation and thus realized a different spreading in the lateral direction.
