Secondo tale forma realizzativa 301, raffigurata nelle fig.
The present invention relates to the technological field of machines used both in households and in bars and in industry for washing dishes, laboratory glassware, medical instruments or other similar objects.
These machines, in the current state of the art, consist of a first zone containing the objects to be washed inside, and a second zone, arranged below it, in which various electrical or electromechanical components are housed, such as resistors , circulation pumps, etc.
With the passage of time it becomes more and more probable, due to the wear of the parts and the decay of the materials, that the washing water can reach live conductors, potentially causing serious damage to the machine and risks of injury to the operators who follow its operation.
The said electrical and electromechanical components are mainly used to heat the washing water up to a temperature of about 60 DEG and to supply the water introduced into the bottom of the machine with a pressure, which transforms into kinetic energy, to generate a relative motion between the spraying parts and the parts that hold the objects to be washed.
The inventor of the present invention, by means of calculations and accurate verification tests, has established that it is possible to derive said pressure only from the pressure existing in the water network, which is normally higher than 1 bar, and that, by taking the circulating water already heated by the existing centralized system on site, there is no need for additional resistors for its heating to the above mentioned temperature of about 60 degrees.
Considering these factual data, he devised the present invention, the object of which is a washing machine according to what has been explained so far, characterized by the characterizing part of the attached claim 1.
The further advantages achievable with a washing machine according to the invention are set forth in the course of its more detailed description which will be carried out below, during which reference will also be made to the attached drawings, which represent:
in fig. 1 is a side view of an embodiment of the washing machine according to the invention, in which the sprayers are fixed, and the parts which support the objects to be washed are moving
in fig. 2 the plan view of the machine of fig. 1;
in fig. 3 is the side view of another embodiment of the machine according to the invention, in which both the supporting parts and the sprayers are in movement;
in fig. 4 the plan view of the machine of fig. 3;
in fig. 5 the side view of another embodiment, similar to that of figs. 3 and 4, which differs from the latter mainly in the shape of a part of the sprayers;
in fig. 6 is a side view of a third embodiment in which the part which acts as a support for the objects to be washed is a conveyor belt which crosses the machine transversely, and the sprayers are also in movement;
in fig. 7 the plan view of the embodiment of fig. 6;
in fig. 8 is a diagram of the hydraulic system for the distribution of the washing and rinsing water in the construction according to figs. 6 and 7;
in fig. 9 is a front view of an embodiment of a machine according to the invention provided with an external casing and connectable with a Kit arranged outside it conventionally operated by means of electrical and electromechanical components.
The machine according to the present invention can also be manufactured in ways other than those which will now be described exclusively by way of example: by changing the type of components, their positioning and their kinematic connection, it is possible to obtain other embodiments deriving however from what is expressed in the attached claims.
The machine itself can for example be of the open type, i.e. without its casing, when it is to be recessed in the compartment of a sink or placed on a bench, while it can have a conventional casing 49, 49a, as shown in the fig. 3, 4, 5 and 9 or, when this embodiment is more suitable for the intended use, of a "tunnel" type casing 55 as in figs. 6 and 7.
Consider first figs. 1 and 2: the water at the desired temperature is drawn with two outlets 3, 4 from the water supply (not shown) via a mixer tap 2 equipped with a mechanical timer of known type (not shown), activated by the passage of water and suitable for causing the mixer to close after a predetermined period of time.
The introduction of the water into the hydraulic circuit of the machine 1 causes the activation of a diaphragm dosing device 5 which introduces a certain quantity of detergent and / or disinfectant substances into the water.
The water then proceeds towards a hydraulic impeller 6, on the rotation axis of which a pinion 7 is obtained or keyed which engages with a crown gear 8 arranged on the lower face of a part used to support the objects to be washed (in the present case a cylindrical basket 9 mounted on a platform).
This support part therefore rotates around its axis for the motion communicated to it by said impeller 6, to which the water gives, passing through it, only part of its own kinetic energy, the rest of which is then used for its election through the sprayers. , i.e. nozzles 10u fixed on sleeves 12, 13 and a blade 14, which spray the objects 15 by washing them.
In order to obtain a good mixing between the introduced substances and the circulating water, the inventor suggests inserting a lung 11 between said doser 5 and said nozzles 10u which acts as a mixing chamber.
A washing cycle similar to the conventional one is thus performed as desired, that is, without resorting to any component operated by electricity.
A further advantage provided by the washing cycle performed by a machine according to the invention compared to one performed in a conventional way consists of the fact that, to carry it out, no recycled water is used, that is, that it has already performed a part of the washing.
The entire washing of the objects 15 is in fact always carried out with clean water from the said mixing chamber, with evident hygienic advantages.
In figs. 3 and 4 show another embodiment 101 of the washing machine according to the invention, based on the same general concepts shown for the previous case, but particularly suitable for washing objects such as glasses, test tubes, flasks etc. that have an opening.
In this embodiment of the machine according to the invention the support parts 16n are applied on a support platform 17 so that they can rotate and are made, for example with elastic arms 18 as in figs. 3, 4 above, so as to be able to contain, by locking it inside, a container 19i with predetermined shape and dimensions with its opening facing downwards.
At the center of each support part 16n a sleeve 13i is connected, with at least one nozzle 10u, arranged along the longitudinal axis of the container 19i so that it can be washed inside.
Each of the support parts 16n has a toothed crown 20r on its lower part which engages with one or more similar toothed crowns 20r integral with as many support parts 16n adjacent thereto; at least one of the cited gear wheels 20r meshes with the cited pinion 7 of the hydraulic impeller 6 which, as already explained, is moved by the water circulating in the machine 101.
In this way the containers 19i are rotated during washing. In this embodiment, this washing machine also includes a central vertical tube 12 carrying a horizontal washing blade 14 with further nozzles 10u. Said blade is integral with a further toothed wheel 21 which also engages with a part of said pinion 7 of the hydraulic impeller 6, so that said blade 14 rotates during washing, for example in the direction indicated by the arrow A.
According to this embodiment, both the objects 19i to be washed and the sprayers arranged externally thereto rotate, generating a pronounced relative motion between the washing water and the objects themselves which, as seen, are also thoroughly washed inside them.
In fig. 5 shows a further possible embodiment 201 of the machine, which differs from the one described last only in the fact that the sleeves 13i facing the internal walls of the said containers 19i do not penetrate inside them, but bear the nozzles 10u oriented along their longitudinal axis, so that only the liquid jet in turn penetrates axially into the containers, then falling along their internal walls.
As for the embodiment described first, also for the two subsequently described, the inventor plans to use the aforementioned mixing chamber 11 between water and detergent and / or disinfectant substances. This chamber is visible in figs. 2, 4.
The further embodiment which will now be described is particularly suitable for its use on a special bench and also for the "continuous" washing of objects which are inserted one after the other in its washing area.
According to this embodiment 301, shown in figs. 6 and 7, in the washing machine of the invention the pinion of the already described hydraulic impeller 6, which is fed by a duct 24 coming from the aforementioned mixer tap (not shown in this case), is replaced by a worm screw 48 engaging with a helical crown gear 25 integral with at least one roller 26 adapted to drive a conveyor belt 27, composed of several belts 27p side by side and suitably spaced apart, capable of acting as a support for the objects to be washed 15 while sliding them transversely through the machine 301.
Two washing blades 14, 314 with several nozzles 10u, joined together by means of a sleeve 12, are arranged on opposite sides with respect to the support surface constituted by said parallel belts 27p, so as to spray the objects to be washed in two opposite directions , and a further washing blade 14a is arranged side by side at a predetermined distance.
As a result of the pressure of the water network, as already said, the objects 15 are washed while they are animated by a relative transversal motion with respect to the nozzles 10u, 10s which spray them.
To carry out a more effective washing, the inventor has foreseen for this realization a hydraulic circuit different from those used for the previous realizations: as can be seen from the basic diagram drawn in fig. 8, the water that comes out of the hydraulic impeller 6 after passing through it is made to flow along two ducts 50, 51 placed parallel to each other, one of which 50 reaches a mixing chamber 11 with a dispenser 5e from which the mixed water with desired chemical substances it then proceeds to the nozzles 10u of the sprayers 14, 314 which are arranged so as to spray the objects to be washed, carrying out their chemical-mechanical washing during a first part of their transverse advancement with respect to the machine 301 (in the drawing and with the crossing direction indicated by the arrow B of figs.
6 and 7 the nozzles on the left side of the machine).
The remaining nozzles 10s on the right side of the machine 301 are instead reached directly through the other conduit 51 by that part of water that has not mixed with other substances, and therefore perform with their jets an accurate rinse after said washing.
Summarizing what has been described so far, by means of a washing machine according to the present invention it is possible to carry out, by means of the most suitable realizations, different types of washing suitable for the most diverse operational needs, using only the potential energy of the water network, if only this one has a pressure equal to or greater than 1 bar.
A long lasting safety and reliability of the machine, if the most suitable materials are used to make it, are therefore easily obtainable.
Since sometimes it may happen that the necessary pressure in the water supply network temporarily fails, the inventor expects to use in that circumstance a Kit 54 (fig. 9) separate from the machine and of a conventional type (i.e. equipped with traditional electrical elements and electromechanical devices such as pumps, programmers, etc.) which can in any case be placed at a desired safety distance, and the delivery of the hydraulic circuit which can be connected to that of the machine of the invention by means of suitable means, for example a fitting 53, located downstream of said dispensing tap, which in this case may or may not be used to power the aforementioned "Kit".
Many changes can be made on each of the component parts of a washing machine according to the present invention.
To cite an example, in the embodiment described last, to introduce the desired chemicals into the water of the mixing chamber, a cam can also be used, connected in motion to said impeller 6 or to a roller, with a profile shaped so as to pressing on a flexible wall of a container provided with one or more outflow nozzles suitable for introducing a desired quantity of said substances into the aforementioned first duct or into said mixing chamber 11. (This solution is not shown in the drawings.)
Realizations other than those described so far and depicted in the drawings but based on what is expressed in the appended claims will in any case fall within the scope of the protection conferred by the present patent application.
