Bekannt sind:
- Transportable Toilettenanlagen, eingerichtet auf einem Container-Toilettenwagen, die an Frischwasser, Strom und Kanalisationsleitungen angeschlossen werden müssen und sehr teuer sind.
- Transportable Toilettenkabinen, die vor allem auf Baustellen zum Einsatz kommen, die aber an Frischwasser- und Kanalisationsleitungen angeschlossen werden müssen.
- Transportable Toilettenanlagen, für deren Benützung teure und für die Umwelt nicht unbedenkliche Chemikalien benötigt werden, die eine grosse Geruchsbelästigung verursachen. Zudem sind für die Entsorgung der Fäkalien aus Umweltgründen Spezialisten mit den notwendigen Entsorgungsgeräten (z.B. spezielle Absauggeräte) erforderlich.
- Bekannt ist auch eine transportable Toilettenzelle, wie sie in der Schrift DT 2 450 331 A1 beschrieben ist.
Diese Toilettenzelle hat im Dach eine Vorrichtung zur Aufnahme eines Wassertankes, einen Fäkalientank unten, über dem ein Leibstuhl mit einem nicht näher beschriebenen Klappenverschluss und einer über einen Fusshebel auszulösenden Wasserspülung (ohne Spülkasten) montiert ist. Wird diese Klappe betätigt, so entsteht eine direkte \ffnung und Verbindung zum Fäkalientank, was auch mit einer starken Geruchsbelästigung der Toilettenzelle verbunden sein dürfte. Im Weiteren ist diese Toilettenzelle mit Füssen und zusätzlichen Auslegern für die Aufstellung ausgerüstet. Das bedingt, dass diese Toilettenzelle auf einem festen Untergrund (Beton) aufgestellt werden muss, damit die Standfestigkeit gewährleistet ist.
Die Erfindung wird beispielsweise in der Zeichnung dargestellt. Es zeigen:

Die transportable Toilettenkabine 1 besteht aus einem obenliegenden Wasserbehälter 2, einem Fäkalientank 4 unten, je einem Vierkantrohr als Trägerelement 6 in jeder Ecke und einem U-Eisen 7. Alles ist fest miteinander verbunden und bildet eine selbsttragende Stützkonstruktion. Die transportable Toilettenkabine 1 (Fig. 1) wird mit zwei Seitenwänden 8 und einer Rückwand 9 aus Aluminium sowie einer verschliessbaren Türe 10, gebildet. Je nach Bedarf kann an einer Seitenwand 8 oder in der Türe 10 ein kleines Fenster eingebaut werden, das in den Zeichnungen aber nicht aufgeführt ist.
Der Wasserbehälter 2 wird über eine Füllleitung 11 mit Wasser gefüllt (z.B. über einen Hydranten oder Gartenschlauch), bevor die transportable Toilettenkabine 1 an einem Bestimmungsort aufgestellt wird. Der Wasserbehälter 2 bildet zugleich das Dach 3 und die Decke 5 des Innenraumes der transportablen Toilettenkabine 1. Er ist mit einem Entlüftungs- und Überdruckventil 12 und zwei \sen als Transportvorrichtung 13 sowie mit einer Zuleitung 14 zum Wasserhahn 15 und dem Spülkasten 16 versehen.
Der Spülkasten 16 der WC-Anlage, wird mit dem Eigendruck des Wassers aus dem Wasserbehälter 2 über die Zuleitung 14 gefüllt. Die Spülung des Klosetts 17 erfolgt nach bekannter Art (wie bei einer Haus-WC-Anlage). Die Fäkalien gelangen auf bekannte Art in den Fäkalientank 4 und werden dadurch geruchsfrei beseitigt.
Das bekannte Lavabo 18 wird über die Zuleitung 14 und den Wasserhahn 15 gespiesen. Das Abwasser gelangt über ein Leitungssystem 19 in den Fäkalientank 4. Das Lavabo 18 wird speziell gelagert und so gegen Vibrationen geschützt. Es kann an einer Aussenseite oder im Innenraum der transportablen Toilettenkabine 1 angebracht werden.
Der Fäkalientank 4 besteht aus einer Stahlkonstruktion mit einer Verstärkungsplatte 20, an der eine Transportvorrichtung 21 befestigt ist. Im Weiteren hat der Fäkalientank 4 einen Service-Stahldeckel 22, der auf einer Dichtung mit dem Fäkalientank verschraubt ist, eine Entleerungsöffnung 23, die mit einem gummibeschichteten Entleerungsdeckel 24 über eine spezielle Anpressvorrichtung 25 festgeschraubt werden kann. Im Innern des Fäkalientanks 4 sind zwei Verstärkungen 26 für die selbsttragende Konstruktion angebracht. Der Fäkalientank 4 wird über eine sehr kleine, mit einer Klappe verschliessbaren Entlüftungsöffnung 27 entlüftet und hat einen Einlass 28 für die Aufnahme des Lavaboabwassers.
Das Klosett 17 der WC-Anlage ist auf einer Gummiplatte 29 gelagert und mit dem Fäkalientank 4 verschraubt. Die Gummiplatte 29 dient dazu, die Transportvibrationen aufzufangen damit das Klosett nicht zerspringt und sie garantiert eine gute Abdichtung.
Die Lichtquelle 30 wird durch eine Batterie 31 über das Elektrokabel 32 mit Strom versorgt und über den Lichtschalter 33 betätigt. Unterhalb dieser Lichtquelle ist ein Spiegel 34 angebracht. Die Inneneinrichtung wird durch die WC-Papier-Rollenhalterung 35 vervollständigt.
Die Eingangstüre 10 ist an zwei bekannten Scharnieren 36 an einem Trägerelement 6 befestigt, mit einer Falle inklusive Verschlussvorrichtung 37 versehen und besitzt unten einen Belüftungsschlitz 38 und oben Entlüftungslöcher 39.
Vorteile der Erfindung
Die beschriebene transportable Toilettenkabine hat im Wesentlichen folgende Vorteile:
- Geringe Herstellungskosten dank einfacher, stabiler Konstruktion unter Verwendung von bekannten Einrichtungen (Lavabo, WC-Anlage z.B.).
- Benutzerfreundlich, hygienisch einwandfrei, entsprechend dem Standard von bekannten, stationären Haus-WC-Anlagen.
- Servicefreundliche Konstruktion, einfache Reinigung.
- Gute Transportmöglichkeiten, z.B. mit Traktor, Hubstapler, Kran, Lastwagen oder als Anhänger konstruiert.
- Gute Standfestigkeit auch auf Wald-, Wiesen- oder Kiesboden
- Vielseitige Einsatzmöglichkeiten z.B.
in der Waldwirtschaft, im Jagdwesen (Jagdhütten), Ferien- oder Gartenhäusern, auf Baustellen, bei kleineren Veranstaltungen u.a., weil Wasser-, Kanalisations- und Stromanschluss-unabhängig
- Einfaches Füllen des Wasserbehälters über einen Schlauch ab einem beliebigen Wasseranschluss.
- Einfache Entleerung des Fäkalientanks über einem Kanalisationsschacht oder einer Jauchengrube.
- Absolut umweltfreundliche Konstruktion ohne Einsatz von Chemikalien.
Are known:
- Transportable toilet facilities, set up on a container toilet truck, which have to be connected to fresh water, electricity and sewer lines and are very expensive.
- Transportable toilet cubicles, which are mainly used on construction sites, but which have to be connected to fresh water and sewage pipes.
- Transportable toilet facilities, which require expensive chemicals which are not harmless to the environment and which cause a great odor nuisance. For environmental reasons, specialists with the necessary disposal devices (e.g. special suction devices) are also required for the disposal of faeces.
- A portable toilet cell is also known, as described in the document DT 2 450 331 A1.
This toilet cell has a device in the roof for holding a water tank, a holding tank below, above which a body chair with a flap lock (not described in more detail) and a water flush that can be triggered via a foot pedal (without a cistern) is mounted. If this flap is actuated, there is a direct opening and connection to the holding tank, which should also be associated with a strong odor nuisance in the toilet cell. This toilet cell is also equipped with feet and additional brackets for installation. This means that this toilet cell must be set up on a solid surface (concrete) to ensure stability.

The portable toilet cubicle 1 consists of an overhead water tank 2, a holding tank 4 below, a square tube as a support element 6 in each corner and a U-iron 7. Everything is firmly connected and forms a self-supporting structure. The portable toilet cubicle 1 (FIG. 1) is formed with two side walls 8 and a rear wall 9 made of aluminum and a lockable door 10. Depending on requirements, a small window can be installed on a side wall 8 or in the door 10, but this is not shown in the drawings.
The water container 2 is filled with water via a filling line 11 (e.g. via a hydrant or garden hose) before the portable toilet cubicle 1 is set up at a destination. The water tank 2 also forms the roof 3 and the ceiling 5 of the interior of the portable toilet cubicle 1. It is provided with a ventilation and pressure relief valve 12 and two as a transport device 13 and with a supply line 14 to the tap 15 and the cistern 16.
The cistern 16 of the toilet system is filled with the intrinsic pressure of the water from the water tank 2 via the feed line 14. The toilet 17 is flushed in a known manner (as in a house toilet system). The faeces get into the faecal tank 4 in a known manner and are thereby removed odorless.
The known wash basin 18 is fed via the feed line 14 and the tap 15. The waste water reaches the holding tank 4 via a line system 19. The wash basin 18 is specially stored and thus protected against vibrations. It can be attached to an outside or inside the portable toilet cubicle 1.
The holding tank 4 consists of a steel structure with a reinforcing plate 20 to which a transport device 21 is attached. Furthermore, the holding tank 4 has a service steel cover 22 which is screwed to the holding tank on a seal, an emptying opening 23 which can be screwed tight with a rubber-coated emptying cover 24 using a special pressing device 25. Inside the holding tank 4, two reinforcements 26 are attached for the self-supporting construction. The holding tank 4 is vented via a very small vent opening 27 which can be closed by a flap and has an inlet 28 for receiving the lavabo waste water.
The toilet 17 of the toilet system is mounted on a rubber plate 29 and screwed to the holding tank 4. The rubber plate 29 serves to absorb the transport vibrations so that the toilet does not burst and it guarantees a good seal.
The light source 30 is powered by a battery 31 via the electric cable 32 and operated via the light switch 33. A mirror 34 is attached below this light source. The interior is completed by the toilet paper roll holder 35.
The entrance door 10 is attached to two known hinges 36 on a carrier element 6, is provided with a latch including a locking device 37 and has a ventilation slot 38 at the bottom and ventilation holes 39 at the top.

- Service-friendly construction, easy cleaning.
- Good transportation options, e.g. Designed with a tractor, forklift, crane, truck or as a trailer.
- Good stability even on forest, meadow or gravel floors
- Versatile applications e.g.
in forestry, hunting (hunting lodges), holiday or garden houses, on construction sites, at smaller events, among other things, because water, sewerage and electricity connections are independent
- Easy filling of the water tank via a hose from any water connection.
- Easy emptying of the waste-holding tank over a sewage shaft or a septic tank.
- Absolutely environmentally friendly construction without the use of chemicals.
