Description
Fig. 1 eine über ein Befestigungsteil an Deckenbalken montierte Profilleiste entsprechend dem Stand der Technik;
The invention relates to a fastening part of a profile according to the preamble of claim 1 and claim 2.
Such fastening parts are used in particular for fastening profile strips to struts, such as roof beams or wall strips. Wall or ceiling panels can then be mounted as cladding on the profile strips themselves.
Traditionally, U-shaped hooks are screwed to roof beams, between which, for example, insulating material is inserted and which are to be clad with panels, and which have a series of holes on their legs for the optional positioning of screws. The profile strip is then inserted between the two legs, and - horizontally and / or aligned with respect to the neighboring beams - fixed by means of screws inserted through the legs on both sides.
As can be seen on the basis of FIG. 1, which illustrates this traditional type of fastening, three working steps are therefore necessary for mounting the profiled strip at a fastening point on a beam. In addition, there is the difficulty that the adjustment of the profile strip by means of the screws inserted through the legs of the hook fixed to the beam, which may also have to be brought into the correct position, is unwieldy and - in particular with insulating material arranged between the beams - more difficult .
From EP-A1-0 442 243 an element is known which can be used as a sound-insulating insulation element in a hollow profile, with a through hole for a connecting bolt, which is used either for connection to a structure or with apparatus or lines. If the insulation element is guided so that it can move longitudinally within the profile, readjustment is no longer possible after installation.
In contrast, the invention has set itself the task of providing a fastening part for profile strips, which allows both simple and quick assembly and adjustment of the profile strips.
This is achieved by realizing the characterizing features of claim 1 and claim 2. Advantageous or alternative developments are described in the characterizing features of the dependent claims.
The fastening part can be moved within the profile strip in the non-assembled state and is in the assembled state with this in a positive or non-positive connection. This makes it possible to mount the profile bar directly - in a single step - using the fastening part on a beam at the desired fastening point and at the same time to horizontally align or adjust the profile bar in the desired manner. Profile strip and fastening part can be designed in such a way that the profile strip has elastically resilient side legs, wherein in particular projections can be provided which snap into recesses provided on the fastening part.
However, the profile strip can also be fixed on the fastening part (s), in particular under the additional weight of the cladding panels attached thereto, for example via angled edge regions and via correspondingly shaped counterparts on the fastening part (s).
The invention is described below purely by way of example with reference to drawings. Show it:
1 shows a profiled strip which is mounted on a ceiling beam via a fastening part in accordance with the prior art;
Fig. 2 shows a section through an inventive fastening part with profile strip and
3a, 3b, 3c, 3d and 3e examples of training variants of a fastening part according to the invention.
Fig. 1 shows, as explained above, the traditional way of fastening profile strips to ceiling beams. U-shaped hooks 2 are fastened to the ceiling beams 1, which are arranged at a certain spacing from one another, which are provided by the customer, by means of screws 3. Screws 3a, 3a min can be inserted at different heights on the two legs 4 of a hook 2, so that a profile strip 5 inserted between the two legs 4 can be correctly adjusted so that any differences in height between adjacent beams can be compensated for. In Fig. 1, the positioning options for the screws 3a, 3a min are shown symbolically by the representation of a row of screw heads arranged one above the other. A cladding panel 7 fastened to the profile strip is indicated by dashed lines.
2 shows an attachment part 6 according to the invention with profile strip 5a in section. The profile strip 5a, which is essentially designed to correspond to that of FIG. 1 and is commonly referred to as a CD profile, has 8 recesses 9 on its base, which are each spaced apart from one another in accordance with the spacing of the fastening points on the struts or ceiling beams. The legs 10 protruding from the base 8 have angled edge regions 11 directed towards the base 8.
The fastening part 6 according to the invention, which is designed as a block which is essentially freely movable within this profile strip 5a, has a recess 12 on the side facing the base 8 of the profile strip 5a between two supports 13 which are supported on the base 8, so that when fastening cladding panels 7 (indicated by dashed lines) on the profile strip 5a screws or other fastening means have free space and do not engage in the fastening part 6. On its opposite side, the fastening part 6 has a shoulder-shaped projection 14, against which the edge regions 11 of the profile strip 5a are supported.
A screw 3b protrudes through a borehole 15 in the fastening part 6. A screwdriver can be inserted through the recess 9 and - after the fastening part has been pushed to the desired fastening point - the screw 3b can be screwed into the beam. The profile bar 5a can be adjusted in a simple manner via the screwing depth. It is obvious that in the same way the fastening parts 6 could first be fixed to the beam and the profile strip 5a could be pushed onto it or pressed on elastically. The latter is possible in particular if the legs 10 are designed to be elastically resilient (see also FIG. 3d) and if appropriate the edge regions 11 have a rounded nose 11a, as shown in FIG. 2 on the right as an alternative embodiment.
A spring plate 16 with barbs, which hold it in the fastening part 6, serves as an assembly aid, for example when screwing the fastening part 6 into a ceiling beam.
3a, 3b, 3c and 3d show examples of further designs for a fastening part according to the invention. 3a shows a very simple, block-like fastening part 6a which does not have a wide recess for fastening means. It may be used if an additional fastening of the cladding panels is desired, or if, conversely, the panels are only glued to the profile strips, attached with adhesive strips or clamped on. The profile strip 5b shown in FIG. 3a can easily be snapped onto the pre-assembled fastening parts 6a with the edge regions 11b projecting upwards with respect to the base 8a.
3b shows a fastening part 6b which has a lateral groove 17 into which correspondingly shaped projections 18 on the legs 10a of the profiled strip 5c engage, optionally snap-in elastically.
Fig. 3c shows a fastening part 6c, which is designed in section according to a double-T profile, the T-beams 19 extending between the base and edge areas, optionally held between them elastically clamping.
In FIGS. 3d and 3e, a fastening part 6d with counter plate 16a fixed to the screw 3d is shown. 3e shows the section A-A corresponding to FIG. 3d through the fastening part. This fastening part 6d is designed as a stable frame - for example made of metal - through which the screw 3d protrudes. After fixing the fastening part to the beam, the profile 5d can be snapped onto the fastening part via the resilient legs 10d, the edge regions 11 engaging in corresponding recesses 17d on the fastening part 6d and thus fixing the profile strip to the fastening part in its vertical position, whereby the slidability of the profile bar in its longitudinal direction is largely preserved.
An elastically flexible intermediate piece 18 - possibly in the form of a rubber washer - compensates for slight beam movements.
The fastening parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, such as wood, plastic or - as is particularly suggested in the embodiment according to FIG. 3c - from metal.
