In Anwendung von Art. 24 Abs. 1 Bst. b des Bundesgesetzes über Erfindungspatente vom 25. Juni 1954 (Stand 27. April 1999) verzichtet hiermit der Inhaber des Patents Nr. 689452 teilweise auf dieses Patent, in dem Sinne, dass: In application of Art. 24 para. 1 let. b of the Federal Act on Inventive Patents of June 25, 1954 (as of April 27, 1999), the holder of patent No. 689452 hereby partially waives this patent in the sense that:

Verfahren zur Verhinderung von zementbedingten Ablagerungen in einem Bauwerksentwässerungssystem, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem abzuführenden Sicker- oder Grundwasser Konditionierungsmittel zugegeben wird, und dass das Konditionierungsmittel in fester Form mittels Depotsteinen dem primären Bauwerksentwässerungssystem zugegeben wird.
