  Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Verfahren gemäss den Oberbegriffen der unabhängigen Ansprüche 1 und 6 sowie auf die derart hergestellten Produkte. 



  Das fette \l aus den Samen der Hanfpflanze (Cannabis sativa), einer der ältesten Kulturpflanzen, zeichnet sich durch einen besonders hohen Gehalt an wertvollen mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren aus. Es wurde in der Vergangenheit als Speiseöl sowie als Grundstoff zur Lack- und Farben-Herstellung verwendet. Im Bereich der Kosmetik wurde das \l ausschliesslich als Rohstoff zur Herstellung von grünlichen Seifen mittels Verseifung durch Laugen verwendet. Über einen Einsatz als Pflegestoff gibt es keine Hinweise. 



  Sämtliche dieser Anwendungen sind jedoch durch die Einschränkung des Hanfanbaues und Verwendung neuer, meist synthetischer Rohstoffe weitgehend eingestellt worden. 



  Eine Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht darin, Verfahren zur Herstellung neuartiger kosmetischer und technischer Produkte anzugeben. 



  Verfahren, die diese Aufgabe lösen, sind in den unabhängigen Ansprüchen 1 und 6 definiert. Die weiteren Ansprüche geben bevorzugte Ausführungsformen sowie derart hergestellte Produkte an. 



  Nunmehrige Versuche zeigten, dass in verschiedene moderne Kosmetik-Produkte eingearbeitetes Hanfsamenöl exzellente Pflege-Eigenschaften entwickelt. 



  Besonders auffällig ist diese Wirkung auf der Haut, welche besonders weich und geschmeidig wird, sowie auf das Haar, welches äusserst locker und glänzend wird. Die Ergebnisse zeigten weiter, dass Hanfsamenöl den meisten bekannten kosmetischen Pflegestoffen in dieser Hinsicht überlegen ist. 



  Durch Kombination mit anderen kosmetischen Wirk- und Pflegestoffen ergeben sich weitere interessante Effekte. So wird die Avivagewirkung von quarternären Wirkstoffen in Haarpflegemitteln deutlich verstärkt. 



  Die Einsatzmenge des verwendeten Hanfsamenöls variiert je nach Präparat zwischen 0,1 und über 80 Prozent. 



  Um bei der Verarbeitung eine optimale Verteilung zu erreichen, wird das \l zweckmässigerweise gelöst in der jeweiligen Fettphase verarbeitet. Zur Verhinderung von thermischen Veränderungen sollte bei der Verarbeitung zu langes Erhitzen möglichst verhindert werden. 



  Um die oxidative Veränderung zu verhindern, werden die Produkte zweckmässigerweise mit handelsüblichen Antioxidantien versetzt. 



  Sein Einsatz in Kosmetik-Produkten ist sowohl von wirtschaftlicher als auch vor allem von ökologischer Bedeutung, da Hanfsamenöl als preisgünstiger und besonders aber als natürlicher "nachwachsender Rohstoff" zur Verfügung steht. 



  Folgende Kosmetik-Produkte wurden unter Zusatz von Hanfsamenöl hergestellt: 



  Haarshampoos, Haarkuren, Haarbalsame, Haarsprays, Haarwasser, spezielle Haarpflege- und Behandlungsmittel, Duschbäder, \lbäder, Schaumbäder, alkalifreie Stückseifen (Syndets), neutrale Flüssigseifen, Hautcremen, Körperlotionen, Reinigungsmilch, Sonnenschutzmittel, Aftersun-Präparate, Schutzcremen, Pflegegele, Gesichtsmasken, Peelingpräparate, Massagecremes, Massageöle, Körperöle.

  2.) Aufgrund seiner besonderen Eigenschaften und der in Zukunft zu erwartenden verstärkten und damit billigeren Verfügbarkeit des Hanfsamenöles durch weltweite Ausweitung des Hanfanbaues zur Faser- und \l-Gewinnung lag es des weiteren nahe, mittels chemischer Umsetzung wertvolle Rohstoffe für die kosmetische und chemische Industrie zu entwickeln. 



  So wurden durch an sich bekannte chemische Verfahren aus reinem Hanfsamenöl folgende neue Rohstoffe hergestellt: 
 
   1. HANFSAMEN\L-ETHOXYLATE (PEG-Hempseed Oil, Ethoxylierungsgrad vorzugsweise 10-50 mol Ethylenoxid): 
   Emulgatoren, Lösungsvermittler, Pflegestoffe. 
   2. ETHOXYLIERTE CFA-SALZE (3-30 mol EO): 
   Seifen mit besonderen Eigenschaften. 
   3. CFAL-SULFATE (Na- und Triethanolamin-Salze): 
   Tenside, Waschrohstoffe. 
   4. CFAL-ETHERSULFATE (Na- und Mg-Salze): 
   milde Tenside und Waschrohstoffe. 
   5. CFAL-ALKANOAL-AMIDE (vornehmlich Mono- und Diethanol-Amide): 
   Emulgaturen, Lösungsvermittler, Rückfettungsmittel, Pflegestoffe, Verdickungsmittel. 
   6. CFAL-ALKYLESTER 
   Rückfettungsmittel, Pflegestoffe usw. 
   7. CFA-AMIDOALKYL-AMINOXIDE 
   Tenside mit besonderen Eigenschaften, Schaumverstärker usw. 
   8.

   DI-CFALYL-ALKYL-AMMONIUM-SALZE 
   Quarternäre Pflegestoffe. 
   CFA = Hanfsamenöl-Fettsäuren (Cannabis Fatty Acids)

  Die Verbindungen zeichnen sich zusätzlich durch mehr oder weniger ausgeprägte Pflegeeigenschaften, ausgezeichnete dermatologische Eigenschaften sowie durch leichte biologische Abbaubarkeit aus und eignen sich hervorragend zur Herstellung verschiedener Kosmetik-Produkte und Reinigungsmittel. Durch den Einsatz dieser Rohstoffe ist es nunmehr möglich, vollkommen auf Hanfsamenöl-Basis aufgebaute Kosmetik-Präparate herzustellen. 



  Es wurden folgende Produkte unter Einsatz von einem oder mehreren der obengenannten, neuen Rohstoffe hergestellt: 



  Shampoos, Schaumbäder, Duschbäder, Haarbalsam, Haarkuren, Haarwasser, Kopfhautkuren, Flüssigseifen, Stück-Seifen, akalifreie Seifen (Syndets), Hautcremen, Körper-Lotionen, Haushaltsreinigungsmittel, Antibeschlagmittel, Fussbodenreinigungsmittel, Textilwaschmittel usw.

  Als Trub bezeichnet man die nach dem Pressen von fetten \len sich allmählich absetzenden Schwebestoffe, welche aus Resten der Samengehäuse und des Samenkerns bestehen. 



  Es wurde nun gefunden, dass sich der aus dem frisch gepressten Hanfsamenöl sich absetzende Hanföltrub hervorragend zur Herstellung von sogenannten "Peeling-Produkten" eignet, welche in der Kosmetik zur schonenden Entfernung abgesonderter Hautepithelien verwendet werden. Diesen Produkten werden im allgemeinen mechanische Partikel organischen oder anorganischen Ursprungs zugesetzt, welche geeignet sind, auf Grund ihrer Reibungswirkung die abgestorbenen Teile der oberen Hautschichten mittels massierender Bewegungen zu entfernen. 



  Versuche mit Hanföltrub zeigten, dass bei dessen Anwendung für diesen Zweck nicht nur eine effektive und äusserst schonende Epithelien-Entfernung möglich ist, sondern auch gleichzeitig durch das vorhandene Hanfsamenöl und die aus den Samen stammenden Eiweissstoffe eine hervorragende Pflege- und Nährwirkung der Haut erreicht werden kann. 



  Ausserdem ist der Einsatz dieses "nachwachsenden Naturstoffes" als ökologischer Vorteil zu bewerten. 



  Mit Hilfe von natürlichem Hanföltrub wurden so durch verschiedene Verfahren folgende kosmetische Peeling-Präparate hergestellt: 



  Peeling-\le, Peeling-Gele, Peeling-Lotionen, Peeling-Cremen, Peeling-Duschgele usw.

  The present invention relates to methods according to the preambles of independent claims 1 and 6 and to the products thus produced.



  The fat \ l from the seeds of the hemp plant (Cannabis sativa), one of the oldest cultivated plants, is characterized by a particularly high content of valuable polyunsaturated fatty acids. In the past it was used as an edible oil and as a raw material for the production of paints and coatings. In the field of cosmetics, the \ l was used exclusively as a raw material for the production of greenish soaps by means of saponification by bases. There is no information about its use as a care substance.



  However, all of these applications have largely been discontinued due to the restriction of hemp cultivation and the use of new, mostly synthetic raw materials.



  An object of the present invention is to provide processes for the production of new types of cosmetic and technical products.



  Methods that achieve this object are defined in independent claims 1 and 6. The further claims indicate preferred embodiments as well as products manufactured in this way.



  Tests have now shown that hemp seed oil incorporated into various modern cosmetic products develops excellent care properties.



  This effect is particularly noticeable on the skin, which becomes particularly soft and supple, and on the hair, which becomes extremely loose and shiny. The results further showed that hemp seed oil is superior to most known cosmetic care products in this regard.



  Combining it with other cosmetic active ingredients and care ingredients results in other interesting effects. Thus, the aviva effect of quaternary active ingredients in hair care products is significantly increased.



  The amount of hemp seed oil used varies between 0.1 and over 80 percent depending on the preparation.



  In order to achieve an optimal distribution during processing, the \ l is expediently processed in solution in the respective fat phase. To prevent thermal changes, excessive heating should be avoided when processing.



  To prevent the oxidative change, the products are expediently mixed with commercially available antioxidants.



  Its use in cosmetic products is both economically and above all of ecological importance, since hemp seed oil is available as an inexpensive and especially as a natural "renewable raw material".



  The following cosmetic products were made with the addition of hemp seed oil:

  2.) Due to its special properties and the increased and therefore cheaper availability of hemp seed oil to be expected in the future due to the worldwide expansion of hemp cultivation for fiber and oil production, it was further a matter of course to use chemical raw materials for the cosmetic and chemical industry to develop.



  The following new raw materials were produced from pure hemp seed oil using known chemical processes:
 
   1. Hemp seeds \ L-ETHOXYLATE (PEG-Hempseed Oil, degree of ethoxylation preferably 10-50 mol ethylene oxide):
   Emulsifiers, solubilizers, care substances.
   2. ETHOXYLATED CFA SALTS (3-30 mol EO):
   Soaps with special properties.
   3. CFAL SULFATE (Na and triethanolamine salts):
   Surfactants, detergent raw materials.
   4. CFAL ETHERSULFATE (Na and Mg salts):
   mild surfactants and detergent raw materials.
   5. CFAL-ALKANOAL-AMIDES (mainly mono- and diethanol-amides):
   Emulsifiers, solubilizers, refatting agents, care agents, thickeners.
   6. CFAL ALKYLESTER
   Lipid replenishers, care products, etc.
   7. CFA AMIDOALKYL AMINOXIDES
   Surfactants with special properties, foam boosters, etc.

  The compounds are also characterized by more or less pronounced care properties, excellent dermatological properties and easy biodegradability and are ideal for the production of various cosmetic products and cleaning agents. Through the use of these raw materials, it is now possible to manufacture cosmetic preparations based entirely on hemp seed oil.



  The following products were manufactured using one or more of the above-mentioned new raw materials:



  Shampoos, foam baths, shower baths, hair balms, hair treatments, hair lotions, scalp treatments, liquid soaps, bar soaps, acalif-free soaps (syndets), skin creams, body lotions, household cleaning agents, anti-fogging agents, floor cleaning agents, textile detergents etc.

  Trub is the term for the suspended matter that gradually settles after the pressing of fatty oil, which consists of remnants of the seed casing and the seed core.



  It has now been found that the hemp oil trub that settles out of the freshly pressed hemp seed oil is excellently suited for the production of so-called "peeling products", which are used in cosmetics for the gentle removal of separate skin epithelia. Mechanical particles of organic or inorganic origin are generally added to these products, which are suitable for removing the dead parts of the upper skin layers by means of massaging movements due to their frictional action.



  Tests with hemp oil trub showed that when used for this purpose it is not only possible to remove epithelia effectively and extremely gently, but also that the existing hemp seed oil and the protein substances derived from the seeds provide excellent skin care and nutritional effects .



  In addition, the use of this "renewable natural product" is an ecological advantage.



  With the help of natural hemp oil trub, the following cosmetic peeling preparations were made using various processes:

Claims (11)

1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Kosmetikprodukten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein aus Hanfsamen gewonnenes Produkt zugemischt wird.     1. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eines der aus Hanfsamen gewonnenen Produkte aus Hanfsamenöl gewonnen und chemisch modifiziert ist, insbesondere ein Stoff aus folgender Liste ist: Hanfsamenöl Ethoxylat; ethoxyliertes Hanfsamenölfettsäuresalz, Hanfsamenölfettalkoholsulfat, Na- oder Triethanolamin-Hanfsamenölfettalkoholsulfat, Hanfsamenölfettalkoholäthersulfat, Na- oder Mg-Hanfsamenölfettalkoholäthersulfat, Hanfsamenölfettalkohol Alkanol-Amid, Mono- oder Diethanol-Hanfsamenölfettalkohol-Amid, Hanfsamenölfettalkohol-Alkylester, Hanfsamenölfettsäure-Amidoalkyl-Aminoxide, Di-Hanfsamenölfettalkohol-Alkyl-Ammoniumsalze, wobei Alkyl für CH3 bis C9H19 steht. 2.
