Abstract

The second profile (2) in the side surfaces (15) connecting to the C-profile attachment (3) has longitudinal grooves (16).   Eine Eckverbindung gemäss Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 ist aus der DE-PS 2 751 753 bekannt. Diese Verbindung wird insbesondere angewandt zur Herstellung von Wagenkastengerippen aus Strangpressprofilen. Die zu verbindenden Profile haben einen oder mehrere C-Profilansätze mit zwei parallelen Schenkeln und an den freien Schenkelenden angeformten, gegeneinander gerichteten Leisten. Der Eckverbinder hat zwei rechtwinklig zueinander stehende Schenkel, die an den Aussenseiten der Profilleisten anliegen. Die Verbinderschenkel haben je zwei Durchgangsbohrungen, durch welche Schrauben gesteckt sind. Die Schrauben sind in Parallelogrammuttern eingeschraubt, welche mit ihren kurzen Seiten die Profilleisten hintergreifen. Dieser bekannte Eckverbinder ermöglicht eine rasche und präzise Montage und hat sich sehr bewährt. 



  Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine solche bekannte Eckverbindung derart weiterzubilden, dass über die Eckverbindung grössere Biegemomente übertragen werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Weiterbildungen der erfindungsgemässen Eckverbindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen 2 bis 5. 



  Der Vorteil der erfindungsgemässen Eckverbindung liegt darin, dass in Richtung senkrecht zur gemeinsamen Ebene der beiden Profile mindestens doppelt so grosse Biegekräfte übertragen werden können und dass die Ausreisskraft eines Profils aus dem Verbindungspunkt wesentlich erhöht wird als bei der bisher bekannten Eckverbindung. Wagenkasten, welche mit diesen erfindungsgemässen Eckverbindern hergestellt sind, weisen deshalb in Wagenkastenquerrichtung eine gegenüber bisherigen Konstruktionen mehrfach erhöhte Steifigkeit des Fahrzeugs auf. Darüber hinaus ist die erfindungsgemässe Eckverbindung sehr montagefreundlich und lässt sich auch nachträglich in bestehende Profilkonstruktionen einbauen. Es lassen sich daher gegebenenfalls Nachrüstungen an Wagenkastenkonstruktionen unter Verwendung der erfindungsgemässen Eckverbindungen durchführen.

  Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung anhand der Zeichnung erläutert. Darin zeigt: 
 
   Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht einer Eckverbindung, teilweise geschnitten, und 
   Fig. 2 einen Teilquerschnitt durch die Eckverbindung. 
 



  In Fig. 1 ist eine Eckverbindung zwischen einem ersten Profil 1 und einem zweiten Profil 2 dargestellt. Die Profile 1, 2 sind stranggepresste Aluminiumprofile und haben gleiche Breite. Das Profil 2 ist stirnseitig gegen das Profil 1 angestossen. Das Profil 1 hat oben einen, das Profil 2 beidseitig einen C-Profilansatz 3 mit zwei von einem Steg 4 abstehenden Schenkeln 5, die an den freien Schenkelenden gegeneinander gerichtete Leisten 6 haben. Die beiden Profile 1, 2 sind durch zwei Eckverbinder 7 gemäss der DE-PS 2 751 753 miteinander verschraubt. Der Eckverbinder 7 besteht aus einem Winkel 8, dessen zwei Schenkel an der ebenen Aussenfläche der Leisten 6 anliegen, vier in Durchgangsbohrungen dieser Schenkel eingesteckten Schrauben 9 und Parallelogrammuttern 10, in welche die Schrauben 9 eingeschraubt sind und die die Leisten 6 hintergreifen. 



  Das Profil 2 ist ein Hohlprofil. Es hat an den Seitenflächen 15, die an die C-Profilansätze 3 anschliessen, je eine Längsnut 16. Die Basiswand 17 dieser Längsnut ist gegenüber der Stirnfläche 18 in Längsrichtung des Profils 2 zurückversetzt, so dass sich eine Ausnehmung 19 zwischen der Basiswand 17 und der Aussenfläche der Leisten 6 bildet. Durch diese Ausnehmung ist ein hakenförmiger Fortsatz 20 eines Verbindungsgliedes 21 durchgesteckt. Der Haken 22 dieses Fortsatzes 20 hintergreift die Leiste 6. Ein abgerundetes Stirnende 23 des Fortsatzes 20 liegt am Steg 4 an. Die ebene Innenseite 24 des Hakens 22 ist gegenüber der ebenen Aussenfläche der Leisten 6 geneigt entsprechend der Neigung der Innenflächen der Leisten 6 zu deren Aussenflächen. Durch diese Ausbildung ist der Fortsatz 20 formschlüssig im C-Profilansatz 3 des Profils 1 verankert. Er überträgt sowohl Zug- als auch Druckkräfte.

  



  Ein quaderförmiger Arm 25 des Verbindungsgliedes 21 hat einen Querschnitt entsprechend dem Querschnitt der Nut 16 und ist in diese Nut 16 eingesetzt, so dass die Aussenfläche 26 des Arms 25 bündig ist mit der  Seitenfläche 15. Der Arm 25 ist mit der Basiswand 17 verbunden, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel durch mindestens einen Blindniet 27 vernietet. Alternativ kann der Arm 25 mit der Basiswand 17 auch verschraubt sein, wobei die Schrauben z.B. in einen quaderförmigen, in den Hohlraum des Profils 2 eingeschobenen Körper eingeschraubt sein können. 



   Durch die beiden Verbindungsglieder 21 wird die Eckverbindung insbesondere zur Aufnahme von Biegemomenten um Achsen parallel zur Längsrichtung des Profils 1 wesentlich verstärkt. Die erfindungsgemässe Eckverbindung findet hauptsächlich Anwendung im Fahrzeugbau, insbesondere für Wagenkastenkonstruktionen von Strassen- und Schienenfahrzeugen. Durch die verstärkte Eckverbindung können die Fahrzeuge wesentlich quersteifer gebaut werden. 



  
 



  A corner connection according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from DE-PS 2 751 753. This connection is used in particular for the manufacture of car body skeletons from extruded profiles. The profiles to be connected have one or more C-profile lugs with two parallel legs and molded, opposed strips on the free leg ends. The corner connector has two legs at right angles to each other, which rest on the outside of the profile strips. The connector legs each have two through holes through which screws are inserted. The screws are screwed into parallelogram nuts, which engage behind the profile strips with their short sides. This well-known corner connector enables quick and precise assembly and has proven itself very well.



  The object of the present invention is to develop such a known corner connection in such a way that larger bending moments can be transmitted via the corner connection. This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Further developments of the corner connection according to the invention result from claims 2 to 5.



  The advantage of the corner connection according to the invention is that bending forces which are at least twice as large can be transmitted in the direction perpendicular to the common plane of the two profiles and that the pull-out force of a profile from the connection point is significantly increased than in the previously known corner connection. Car bodies which are produced with these corner connectors according to the invention therefore have a greater rigidity of the vehicle in the transverse direction of the car body compared to previous designs. In addition, the corner connection according to the invention is very easy to assemble and can also be retrofitted into existing profile constructions. It is therefore possible, if necessary, to retrofit car body constructions using the corner connections according to the invention.

  An exemplary embodiment of the invention is explained below with reference to the drawing. It shows:

  In Fig. 1, a corner connection between a first profile 1 and a second profile 2 is shown. The profiles 1, 2 are extruded aluminum profiles and have the same width. Profile 2 is pushed against profile 1 at the end. The profile 1 has at the top one, the profile 2 on both sides a C-profile shoulder 3 with two legs 5 protruding from a web 4, which have strips 6 facing each other at the free leg ends. The two profiles 1, 2 are screwed together by two corner connectors 7 according to DE-PS 2 751 753. The corner connector 7 consists of an angle 8, the two legs of which rest against the flat outer surface of the strips 6, four screws 9 inserted in through holes of these legs and parallelogram nuts 10, into which the screws 9 are screwed and which engage behind the strips 6.



  Profile 2 is a hollow profile. It has a longitudinal groove 16 on each of the side surfaces 15, which adjoin the C-profile lugs 3. The base wall 17 of this longitudinal groove is set back in relation to the end surface 18 in the longitudinal direction of the profile 2, so that there is a recess 19 between the base wall 17 and the Forms the outer surface of the strips 6. A hook-shaped extension 20 of a connecting member 21 is pushed through this recess. The hook 22 of this extension 20 engages behind the bar 6. A rounded end 23 of the extension 20 bears against the web 4. The flat inside 24 of the hook 22 is inclined with respect to the flat outer surface of the strips 6 in accordance with the inclination of the inner surfaces of the strips 6 towards their outer surfaces. With this design, the extension 20 is positively anchored in the C-profile shoulder 3 of the profile 1. It transmits both tensile and compressive forces.

  



  A cuboid arm 25 of the connecting member 21 has a cross section corresponding to the cross section of the groove 16 and is inserted into this groove 16, so that the outer surface 26 of the arm 25 is flush with the side surface 15. The arm 25 is connected to the base wall 17 in illustrated embodiment riveted by at least one blind rivet 27. Alternatively, the arm 25 can also be screwed to the base wall 17, the screws e.g. can be screwed into a cuboid body inserted into the cavity of the profile 2.



   By means of the two connecting links 21, the corner connection is substantially reinforced, in particular for absorbing bending moments about axes parallel to the longitudinal direction of the profile 1. The corner connection according to the invention is mainly used in vehicle construction, in particular for car body constructions of road and rail vehicles. Thanks to the reinforced corner connection, the vehicles can be built much more rigidly.

Eckverbindung zwischen einem ersten Profil (1) und einem mit seiner einen Stirnseite daran angestossenen, als Hohlprofil ausgebildeten zweiten Profil (2), wobei beide Profile (1, 2) mindestens einen C-Profilansatz (3) mit zwei von einem Steg (4) abstehenden Schenkeln (5) und an den freien Schenkelenden gegeneinander gerichteten Leisten (6) aufweisen und die C-Profilansätze (3) der beiden Profile (1, 2) mittels mindestens eines Eckverbinders (7) miteinander verbunden sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Profil (2) in den an den C-Profilansatz (3) anschliessenden Seitenflächen (15) je eine Längsnut (16) aufweist, dass die Basiswand (17) dieser Längsnuten am stirnseitigen Ende gegenüber dem C-Profilansatz (3) in Längsrichtung des zweiten Profils (2) zurückgesetzt ist und je eine Ausnehmung (19) bildet,       1.
