Formwork devices for concrete and reinforced concrete structures, in particular walls and ceilings with detachably assembled panels, which delimit a formwork space, into which fresh concrete is introduced and after it has hardened, is broken down, are known. The panels preferably consist of dimensionally stable frames with these filling formwork parts made of soft or tough-elastic materials. In use, frames with inserted, prefabricated, board-like formwork parts are also known, which consist entirely or partially of plastics, such as duroplastic. In the case of such designs, the air could not escape before the fresh concrete or other binder had hardened, and air pores formed which impaired the stability.
Maintaining the dry state of buildings manufactured using the formwork process is also problematic due to the lack of constant internal and external free ventilation.
The present invention is a formwork device according to the preamble of claim 1. The same is based on the task of causing the escape of air and water such as so-called cement milk before hardening and to prevent the formation of air pores without requiring a special mechanical installation. It is also of particular importance to reduce the cost of materials and the weight of the formwork device produced.
These objectives are achieved with the features defined in claim 1. Advantageous designs of the formwork device can be found in the dependent claims 2 to 9.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment on the accompanying drawing, namely:
1 shows part of the formwork device with two formwork elements located next to each other,
2 is a perspective view with three formwork elements, partly in vertical section, on a smaller scale,
3 shows part of a formwork element in section with reinforcement on a larger scale,
3a like Fig. 3, the reinforcement in a variant,
Fig. 3b is the same, the reinforcement in a second variant and
Fig. 4 shows part of the formwork device to vertical walls.
In FIG. 1, 1 denotes two formwork elements which are arranged next to one another and are detachably connected to one another, each consisting of a dimensionally stable frame 2 made of rustproof material, such as aluminum, on which formwork boards 3 are arranged. The latter consist of tough elastic material such as plastic and have a rectangular cross-section and a reinforcement 4 made of solid or hollow profiles. The reinforcement 4 could also be formed by conventional grids. The shuttering boards 3 have passages 5 running transversely to their planes, which extend into the outside non-stick layer 6. The passages 5 are funnel-shaped and have a width of approximately 1-2 mm in the area of the non-stick layer 6 and a width of approximately 5-15 mm each on the underside of the formwork boards 3. The number of culverts is determined by the property and the local conditions.
The frames of two adjacent formwork elements 1 are releasably connected to one another at their joints by pliers-like, retensionable clamping members 7 (FIG. 2), as shown in the right-hand part in FIG. 2. As a variant, the clamping members 7 can consist of conventional retaining bolts 8, as shown on the left in FIG. 2. The non-stick layer 6 is in the new state in relation to the frame 2 and by tightening the retaining bolts 8 and the clamping members 7 a water and airtight transition is effected.
3, 3a and 3b, the passages 5 are funnel-shaped and their very small widths are located in the non-stick layer 6, which consists entirely or partially of tough elastic material and contains waste rubber, plastic waste or Teflon as the non-stick layer as ingredients. The part of the passages 5 with larger clear widths lies in the rounded indentations 9. According to FIG. 3, the reinforcement 4 is flat-bar-like, according to FIG. 3a it has a full or hollow triangular profile and finally, according to FIG. 3b, a round-bar and tubular-piece-like Profile. The passages 5 and the indentations 9 form the air passages for free, swirled ventilation on the inside and on the surface, the air passages communicating with one another.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which two formwork boards 3 lying next to one another are detachably connected to one another by coupling bolts 11. The two ends of the latter partially engage in pipe sections 10, which are embedded in the formwork boards 3. The pipe sections 10 can form parts of a reinforcement (not specially drawn) or can be introduced into the formwork boards 3 independently of this. On each coupling pin 11 there is a stop ring 12 in the center, which after the formwork boards 3 have collided comes to rest in the state of use between the mutually facing surfaces of the latter and causes the adhesive layer 13 on the butt sides not to be pushed completely away. The adhesive layer 13 expediently consists of an adhesive which can be cut open.
4, the formwork boards 3 are spaced one above the other in the collapsed position of use and these come to lie loosely against one another, the remaining residues of the adhesive layer 13 preventing the outflow of parts of the latter when introducing binders such as fresh concrete. 4 is suitable for vertical, but also for horizontal and inclined formwork structures.
The two adjacent frames 2 of the formwork elements 1 are expediently connected by separable binding points 14 made of adhesive or light metal melting material, as noted in FIGS. 1 and 2.
The reinforcement 4 (reinforcement) with solid or hollow profiles brings about stability only in the longitudinal direction of the latter. In order to improve the dimensional stability, a flat additional reinforcement 15 is arranged in the middle of the formwork board 3, which is indicated by thick dashed lines. This suitably consists of a net or strands of metal or plastic and acts as an additional stability aid.
When cutting the connecting parts of the formwork boards 3 and the non-stick layer 6, the inside of the formwork elements 1 can be exposed and by applying adhesive, the inner parts can be joined together without any static disadvantages. connect. The formwork elements 1 can be exposed again by cutting open the adhesive points. These latter processes can be carried out repeatedly.
The formwork device is useful for buildings, civil engineering and small buildings, fences, hurdles, railings, barriers and the like.
