Beschreibung description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Auftragen einer Dichtpaste, wie sie im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 beschrieben ist. The invention relates to a device for applying a sealing paste, as described in the preamble of claim 1.

Zum Abdichten von Rohrverbindungen im Installationsgewerbe ist es bekannt, auf die mit einer Faser wie z.B. mit Hanf umwickelten Rohrgewinde mittels Hand — z.B. mit dem Finger oder einem Pinsel -eine Dichtpaste aufzutragen. Das Auftragen der Dichtpaste auf die Faser soll ein Quellen der Hanfwicklung verhindern und die Lebensdauer der Dichtwirkung insbesonders bei höheren Mediums-Temperaturen verbessern. Nachteilig hierbei ist, dass durch das direkte Auftragen von Hand ein hoher Verbrauch der in Tuben oder Dosen angelieferten Dichtpaste entsteht, dass ein umfangsgemäss gleichmässiges Auftragen nicht gewährleistet ist, dass keine intensive Einwirkung auf den Hanf gegeben ist, und dass aufgrund der unsauberen und zeitaufwendigen Auftragsmethode dieser für die Dichtwirkung erforderliche Arbeitsgang oft nicht durchgeführt wird.
