The invention relates to a movable work scaffold specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Such mobile work scaffolds are usually used on bridges for subsequent renovation, maintenance or repair work on the underside of the bridge or in the connection area of the bridge piers. To set up the scaffolding, the slope at the beginning or end of the bridge is usually used, with an auxiliary scaffold possibly being erected. From this work station, the gondola is attached to the side of the supporting part from below. However, there are often bridge constructions in which this option is not available at all, because access from below is also not possible at the beginning or end of the bridge. Then own hoists are required, which requires a lot of effort.
In a movable work scaffold for a bridge known from DE-OS 2 365 076, the supporting part is C-shaped, so that it reaches downwards around the parapet when it stands on the support. On the lower leg of the supporting part, a stage hangs over a truss frame, which can be pulled up with cables and winches from the hanging position approximately parallel to the support part and can be supported on the bridge pier. Apart from the fact that a separate hoist is required to attach the work scaffold, this work scaffold is not suitable for continuous work over the length of the bridge because it is necessary to support the bridge piers.
The invention has for its object to provide a movable work scaffold of the type mentioned that can be assembled with little effort practically at any point along the length of a bridge or a component that is not accessible from below.
The object is achieved with the features specified in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
In this design, the main elements of the gondola are the prefabricated lightweight truss frames, which due to their low weight and because they are used individually, can be attached to the supporting part from the support without any non-scaffolding lifting devices or stationary supports from below so that the scaffolding can be attached Edition is composable. Each field is initially supported temporarily on the supporting part and swung down over the parapet before it is shifted into its correct position on the supporting part. As soon as all the fields that are necessary for a certain size of the gondola have been individually attached to the supporting part in this way, they are stiffened by the diagonal and longitudinal struts to form the gondola. The diagonal and longitudinal struts are so light that they can be easily inserted and fixed by hand.
The gondola created in this way from the support is dimensionally stable and so resilient, despite the lightweight construction elements used, that several workers can work on it at the same time. Since they have been moved to the parapet and then properly fastened after being lowered into the vertical hanging position, the lower frame spars reach so far under the parapet that access to the underside of the bridge or the structural part is possible without any problems. This has the advantage that the scaffolding can be assembled practically at any point on the bridge or part of the structure, i.e. even if no solid base can be reached at the beginning or end of the bridge or if no additional lifting gear is available or usable on the bridge.
The scaffolding can also be used profitably for bridges on which additional attachments that reach down to the side prevent the scaffolding from being driven through in the longitudinal direction. It has proven to be quite advantageous to create the fields from light metal and / or plastic profiles, because this results in a particularly low weight with high resistance to deformation and load bearing capacity. Light metal or plastic profiles in lightweight construction are characterized by high load-bearing capacity, high torsional strength and high kink resistance with low weight per unit area. Since the fields are prefabricated, the nodes of the fields can be designed with particular care.
The spars used are preferably used as round and square profiles, because a lightweight construction with mixed use of round and square profiles best meets the requirements with regard to the low weight and high resilience.
The feature of claim 2 is also important, since in this case the supporting part is included from the outset to support the fields during the construction of the gondola, so that only a few workers are sufficient to quickly erect or dismantle the scaffolding. It is expedient here that the upper frame spar of each field projects further than the lower frame spar, so that the field remains supported on the supporting part when it is lifted over the parapet.
With the training according to claim 3, a maximum stiffness of the fields and later also the gondola is achieved. In addition, the abutment support frame relieves the upper frame spar in the operating position.
The measure of claim 4 is expedient because on this outer area of the nacelle or each field, particularly high loads, e.g. Buckling loads are to be expected, which can easily be absorbed with the double profile.
Also important is the idea of claim 5, because each field is secured in this way on the support member in the vertical direction before the longitudinal and diagonal struts are attached. This results in a very intimate and stable static bond between the nacelle and the supporting part.
The assembly or disassembly time for the scaffolding is shortened with the features according to claim 6.
With the training according to claim 7, a large accessible and usable work surface is created below the parapet.
It is also important to take the measure of claim 8, since with a corresponding number of abutments on the supporting part, any number of fields can be attached with the optimal division and can be securely supported.
The measure of claim 9 is important because elements must be attached to the fields as little as possible and therefore the weight must not be increased inadmissibly if the fastening elements are already present on the support part in the abutments.
The idea of claim 10 is also to be seen with regard to the rapid assembly or disassembly of the scaffolding. The supporting part can be extended or reduced as required, since its sections are detachably connected to each other. Furthermore, the sections are easily transportable and storable in a separate state.
The subframe body according to claim 11 increases the resilience of the supporting part in its upper region, where the loads are to be absorbed by the gondola, and also creates sufficiently stable connection points for the fields.
A quick and durable attachment of the fields to the support member is achieved according to claim 12. These clamps are easy to handle, are robust and secure. Since the entire scaffolding is constructed in a lightweight construction, it is particularly advantageous in the case of wind influences if ballast weights are accommodated in the supporting part on the base plates in order to ensure that the entire device is sufficiently stable both under heavy loads and in strong winds. It would also be conceivable to anchor the supporting structure when working on the support.
An embodiment of the subject matter according to the invention is explained with the aid of the drawing.
Show it
1 shows a cross section through a movable work scaffold,
Fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view to illustrate the assembly of the scaffolding of Fig. 1 and
3 shows a side view of the fully assembled work scaffold from FIG. 1.
A movable work scaffold 1 according to Figs. 1 and 3, e.g. for maintenance, renovation or repair work on the underside of a bridge B, consists of a supporting part T, on which the gondola G reaching downwards over a parapet R of the bridge B is suspended on the side. The supporting part T (FIG. 3) is composed of three sections T1, T2, T3, which are set one behind the other in the direction of travel and are detachably connected and constructed in the manner of a box-like scaffold. The support part T has a lower main frame 3 which can be moved on wheels 4. The wheels 4 are adjustable in height by means of spindle block swivel castors 5. In the middle part of the support part T, vertical struts 2 are fastened to the lower main frame 3. Furthermore, diagonal struts 9 and lower longitudinal struts 8 are provided.
In the upper part of the support part T, an auxiliary frame body 10 is attached, which is also stiffened with diagonal and longitudinal struts and has upper cross struts 11 and vertical struts 12 facing the parapet R, which are approximately in extension of the lower vertical struts 2. On the subframe body 10, which is also braced by longitudinal struts 8, abutments W are provided on the upper side and facing the parapet R. In the area of the abutment W, fastening elements 13 designed as clamps are present on the supporting part. Base plates 14 are provided on the main frame 3 for ballast weight 15 lying on the side facing away from the parapet R. The scaffold structure of the supporting part T can be connected by screw closures or quick couplings in the nodes.
The individual sections T1, T2 and T3 of the supporting part T can be prefabricated and individually transported units. However, it is also conceivable to assemble the support part T directly on the work site on a support 6 of the bridge B. On the parapet R at the bridge B, a railing 7 is shown, over which the gondola G hangs down.
The main parts of the gondola G hanging down over the railing 7 and the parapet R are prefabricated truss frame fields F, in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3 four such fields F being attached to the supporting part T. Each field F (Fig. 1) consists of an upright rectangular frame R in truss design, from which a lower cantilever frame spar 17 and an upper free cantilever frame spar 16 protrudes to the same side. The frame spar 16 protrudes further than the frame spar 17. The struts of the field F, designated 18, are round profiles, while the frame spars 17 and 16 and a rear frame spar 19 are square profiles. The cross-section of the rear frame spar 19 is twice as large as that of the other spars.
At an angle between the upper frame member 16 and the rectangular frame K, an abutment subframe H is used which has struts 20 made of round profiles and a vertical spar 26. The weight of each field F is so light that two workers are easily able to manipulate the field F by hand.
In the finished nacelle G (FIGS. 1 and 3), the fields F, which hang approximately vertically from the supporting part T, are stiffened towards one another by diagonal struts 22 and longitudinal struts 21. The struts 21, 22 are connected to the fields with quick couplings 24 and 23, respectively. Base plates 25 are placed on the frame bars 17, which result in a walk-on working platform.
When setting up the scaffolding (Fig. 2), the supporting part T is first completed and moved close to the parapet R. Then one field F after the other is lifted individually and by hand from the support 6 until the free end of the frame spar 16 is supported on the support part T in the region of an abutment W. Thereafter, the field F is lifted over the parapet R or the railing 7 and pivoted downward about its frame spar 16 past the parapet R until it hangs down approximately vertically. The field F is then pulled close to the parapet by hand until the upper fastening elements 13 are tightened. Then the fasteners 13 are tightened on the vertical spar 26. Until then, each field F is expediently held temporarily by hand.
As soon as all four fields (F) have been fastened to the supporting part T in this way, the diagonal struts 22 and the longitudinal struts 21 are attached and fastened. The gondola G is so dimensionally stable that the base plates 25 can then be placed on the frame bars 17. If necessary. a railing is attached to the nacelle G in the area of the work platform and the base plates 15. It is also conceivable to attach ladders for the workers in the fields and also in the supporting part T. Because of the prefabricated fields F, the movable work scaffold 1 can be set up quickly and quickly at virtually any point on the bridge B, without external hoisting aids and without the use of a supporting scaffold reaching from the underside of the bridge B.
